I'm so done using this pharmacy. I've given them lik4 tries now.it takes them like 4days to fill my prescriptions. I don't know why they can't send me a text when my script is ready like every other pharmacy. Does. Nice staff but it's frustrating. When my doctor sends them a prescription. And I have to go all the way down there, to find out they don't have it.

Meg the manager at the pharmacy was so nice and helpful!!!! I was visiting from out of town and suddenly didn’t feel well and she helped me feel better. I am really grateful for her support when I was at a moment of need! Everyone in town was kind, especially Meg. I’m so grateful for the support. These people really care about their customers.

Disaster of a pharmacy. Was told my prescription would be ready by 11am. By 3pm it still wasn’t ready, so called to ask why. On the phone they said it would be ready in the next 30 minutes. By 6pm still not ready. When I finally was able to pick up, one of my prescriptions was missing and someone else’s filled prescription was in my bag! To be fair the pharmacist was kind, apologetic, and seemed legitimately disturbed by the mistakes that were made. But from the other reviews on this page, it sounds like these things happen here all too often.Edit: got home and found that one of my RX’s got filled with 170 pills instead of 30. Just going to pray this is still the right medicine

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I waited hours for them to finally tell me they were out of Amoxicillin. I saw 4 or 5 people storm out in anger, and the techs are so used to being horrible they just yell back at angry customers. It was amazingly bad. I wanted to make sure they got a bad review but they only have 2 stars, so much like the angry customers yelling at them my review will have little effect.

Walgreens Park City is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. You now need to give them at least 3 hours to fill a prescription called in by your physician. A few years ago, it was an hour or less. What was once a decent customer experience is now just awful.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! I will not repeat everything the previous reviewers have mentioned, they are all accurate. I am just amazed that the store manager allows for this type of service to continue. It is apparent that they do not care about their customers.

I called the pharmacy to get a prescription. I was placed on hold and informed that there were three calls ahead of me. Literally 50 minutes later the recording told me the pharmacy was now closed for lunch, and I could hold for 30 minutes more or call back. I don’t know if there is a staffing issue at this store, but they need to put in place a better phone system - possibly they can call back customers in the order they call. HORRIBLE communication system

The pharmacy is the most disorganized I have ever seen. You often wait 30+ min for meds already prepared. Such a disgrace for the town I live in.

Soulless and inhuman. Not hyperbole. Fact. I mean, how dare I make a human mistake and forget my medication creating an inconvenience for these people doing yeoman’s work with a star rating of 1.7. I made my situation clear and was treated as if I was a criminal for asking them to help me. Called ahead, was told one hour. Came back almost 1.5 hours later and the technician informed me that they “usually need 24 hours.” I guess I didn’t make it clear enough, the five times over the course of talking to three people, that it was a mistake. I worked as a technician at Walgreens. What a pathetic display at this store. Walgreens is deteriorating at an alarming rate nation-wide, but this is a special kind of apathy. Not very many name tags, no one answers with their name. I always assume that means they don’t want to be held accountable for their laziness. I don’t care if you’re a CPht, an RPh or a PharmD. If you work in a retail pharmacy you’re in customer service. The RPh I talked to on the phone didn’t give a name and sound so dull and listless. I can’t really fathom why I bother with Walgreens anywhere in the country anymore at all. There has literally been some problem 100% of the time I’ve had to have any dealings with them at all anywhere in the country. Gig Harbor Washington, Oceanside California, Lebanon Indiana. It doesn’t matter. Incapable of being human. Incapable of having empathy. Incapable of just being average. I’m 44 years old and I don’t think I’ve been treated as badly anywhere ever in my life. Again, not hyperbole. Fact.Update about an hour later:Just got off the phone w/ MD’s office who were concerned because the pharmacy apparently called them and behaved pretty abhorrently to my MD’s office as well. I was out of refills, which is okay and manageable but when the nightmare of a human tech asked no one knew what she was talking about. So, either someone refused to acknowledge the question or someone left without communicating what was happening. Neither is okay. I’ve worked at pharmacies with a script count of over 500 daily. This kind of mistake happens, fine, but own it. Don’t deflect and make your failure in this my fault. Everyone I talked to in this pharmacy to a person offered passive-aggressive remarks indicating that their ineffectiveness MY was error. No apologies, just defensiveness if I asked any kind of question or offered help by way of my experience in pharmacy. Pathetic. Lazy. Just clocking in, punching their widgets and punching out, collecting checks, no thought of human compassion made. Look at the other reviews. This is not new.Go to Fresh Market next door. Just had this all resolved with alacrity and patience by RPh Jim.

This is the worst pharmacy in America. Everyone in town, including local doctors and urgent care, acknowledges how bad the pharmacist is. The staff is intentionally slow and rude. There is always a conflict with someone. You can come straight here from the doctors and be waiting in the store while they go on filling non-urgent prescriptions. They are rude and unprofessional. They don’t even have good “other” products to browse while you shop, or if you need quick meds. Honestly, I wish this store would just close. It’s useless. Whoever gave this store 5 stars because she was told that saline spray isn’t addictive is out of her mind.

Zero stars for the male pharmacist. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We are from out of town, my baby was under the weather and I stopped by to buy some over the counter meds. I asked the pharmacist if he could give me a dropper to administer the meds, and he told me I could just buy one (for $8)He was extremely rude, and even gave me a dirty look. I said “thank you”and he didn’t even have the decency to respond. Seemed to me like he hates his job, don’t work with customers if you hate people that much.

God forbid, you need to reach someone in the pharmacy by phone, bc they do not answer their phones. I’ve had no problem with the stafff in person, however. I hate to change pharmacies, as I’ve used Walgreens for years, but in park city I may have to.

Not sure what’s happening. Pharmacy counter hasn’t been open or returning rx calls from my doctor. Called location in Heber- super helpful! Hope this gets figured out soon.

We have been getting our Rx's here for 9 years and in the last 2 years the service at the Pharmacy has been terrible. One of the male pharmacists in particular is very unpleasant. I walked in last December to get my booster shot and there wasn't a soul around he growled at me that I had to book an appt on line. I went to do that and the site wasn't working and I called him, and he still refused to make an appt over the phone. Then most recently my daughter had an RX filled that she had never taken before and the technician asked if she had any questions and she said yes and waited in line to speak with the mean pharmacist. He barked at her to read the directions. We will be shifting all of our prescriptions and drug store shopping to The Market which has much nicer people working there.

We had a a friend visiting who forgot some of their medication. Their prescription was with a CVS and as there are now CVS in PC we contacted Walgreens to transfer the prescription. When we called, the pharmacy tech told us it would take 48 hours to take care of this and we would have to drive to SLC to a CVS if we wanted it earlier… not an option. He was complete unwilling to help out. We called the Walgreens in Heber and they couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. The Walgreens in PC has always been a mess. The city deserves better

This is probably the worst pharmacy I have used in my entire life. I’ve used them for 4 years before finally switching (so glad). Everyone that works behind the counter is either completely incompetent or one of the rudest people you’ll ever meet. Do not give them your business!!! I never write reviews for anything but I had to write one for this pharmacy because it is just that bad. I wish I could give 0 stars!

The pharmacist and staff are very helpful in explaining products. I did not know that nasal sprays can be additive. Thus, the 'Saline' solutions are safe without addiction. Checkout staff are friendly. Store is wonderfully clean!

My husband and I have been customers here for a very long time. It was great when it used to be Rite Aid, but since Walgreens took over it seems to be going down hill drastically. My husband stopped by the pharmacy today to pick up his prescription and the pharmacy tech said she would be right with him. He waited there for over ten minutes and had his phone held to his ear while on a conference call with his boss, but he wasn't talking. After waiting for so long he nicely asked the tech if he should come back. She was snippy with him and said they were waiting for him to finish with his call.. He was surprised because he had picked up his rx countless times and never had a problem with being on the phone while doing so. The pharmacy tech started SCREAMING at my husband and she said they have a policy on cellphones and that he isn't allowed to be on his phone. She was extremely rude to him. I'm disgusted and shocked an employee would treat a PAYING customer in such a way. If she would have said he needed to be off his phone when he walked up he would have gotten off his phone in the first place. He was left there waiting completely oblivious that he was waiting because they have a 'policy'. My husband called corporate and in fact they DO NOT have that policy on cellphones in the first place and they agree the situation is ridiculous and completely inappropriate. They are going to give my husband a call back in a couple of days and agree this is unacceptable. My husband and I will not go back there. I am sad about this because Lance is the best and it's always great to see him, but unfortunately the treatment from the pharmacy was uncalled for.

Sadly after many years I have had to change pharmacies. They rarely pick up their phone, are condescending when in person, inflexible and quite dismissive. Im sorry its come to this.

I sent a prescription to this Walgreens, needing it the same day. Upon arriving, I was told it would take about an hour-it didnt. I came back the next day, and it was still not ready, but I was told I could receive a text message when it was. About 3pm the next day. It was 24 hours late, not a huge deal for my situation... but when I checked back in, they said it was out of stock and wouldn't be ready until the following Monday-a solid 4 days after I was supposed to begin treatment. No one ever proactively communicated this unacceptable delay; I had to check in time and time again. Ultimately had to call the doctor back and send the prescription to Smith's, where it was produced in under an hour. I will likely be okay despite this 30+ hour delay... but I am truly scared to think about what would happen if this was a more critical situation. Absolutely will not be using Walgreens again.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst in PC area. Use to be great with former employees when it was a Rite Aid. The pharmacist/Tech, Erica, is extremely rude and very unprofessional; she doesn’t take any time to listen and is very confrontational with customers. Doesn’t explain anything and is highly disrespectful. Walgreens corporate needs to address this employee and correct their issues. Highly recommend seeking another pharmacy.

I recently moved from Salt Lake City, and thought it would be easiest to just switch to Walgreens in Park City. Was that ever a mistake. I have filled numerous prescriptions there, and there is always some kind of problem. I have waited outside at the drive through for over 15 minutes, to give up and go inside, finding no one in the pharmacy line inside the store. I was told they wait on all inside customers first, and then, when they have time, the outside customers. Strange practice in light of coronavirus. The list goes on, but the details are too convoluted for a review. Let’s just say that most prescriptions are not in stock, the staff are rude, and the policies are not customer friendly.

I rarely leave reviews but after 2 days of dealing with this pharmacy I felt obligated. I’m a local physician and failed to successfully call in 2 prescriptions due to the horrible phone tree, greater than 15 minutes of being on hold and no ability to leave a messsge for the pharmacist. Until they fix this, please do your doctor’s office a favor and choose a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy technician shamed me for getting my booster saying I'm not 65 and asking me where I work. None of his business why I'm getting a booster. I would not recommend going to this Walgreens. The guy who gave my shot was very rude also. Go down to Heber. They are much nicer down there.

After reading the prior reviews, I dreaded going here. But did so anyway because of its location.I called in and spoke to a tech to see if my prescription was ready - the doctor had literally just sent it to them. She said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there 15 minutes later. No wait, prescription was ready, and the tech (or pharmacist) was as nice as could be.

Good selection of stuff has an ice cream parlor of sorts. Beware despite it being one of the 2,000 Rite Aids that Walgreens bought, they do not accept your Rite Aid rewards phone number. The register clerk was so rude arguing about this with me the customer. I told him would post in online review. The garrulous old guy had to have the last word telling me to go ahead. He asked for it.

I would like yo give the pharmacy department 0 stars. I went to pick up my Rx when I received a text it was ready and was told my insurance was expired. In fact, it was not expired. I have to call my insurance company while at the store to find out what the problem is when the cashier says I need a group #. My insurance rep informs me there is no group #. And have to now wait until tomorrow for them yo contact the store. I leave and receive another text again informing my Rx is ready so I call and Erica informs me the Rx is ready but the insurance issue has not been resolved. I asked her why they sent me the text and she responds, "the Rx is ready but insurance problem is not solved, so it's a good thing you called". What?? Terrible experience! This will hopefully be the last time I use them as my pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy experience i have ever had, waited on the phone for 40+ minutes for them to tell me it wasnt ready when it was suposed to be ready, complete lack of caring. Then they tell me I have to wait an hour and a half. I will be calling corporate to complain on the staff members that i worked with.

Staff TRULY CARES. I was unable to walk due to an ankle injury and alone. In the middle of a busy season and snow storm they dropped everything to make sure my pick up order was ready within minutes. Marshall coordinated with myself to assist my uber package carrier. They also followed up with local care options should I need to seek additional care. Worked with Marshall and store manager - both amazing!

Walked in for my scheduled second Covid vaccine, searching for clues on the 6 windows I approached the middle window and a scruffy young man with a pony tail barked at me saying your at the wrong window for Covid vaccines and pointed to the far window. Extremely rude and looked like a hippy. Once I was in the back room a very friendly professional lady administered the vaccine, dear Walgreens tell your front line staff to be courteous to your customers!!! I don’t care if you allow rockstar like outfits and hairstyles just as long as they are courteous and professional
