I'm pretty upset with my dogs haircut. They asked me everything I wanted done and I explained it to them. When I picked her up everything was wrong. I said do not trim her tail or ears and they hacked both her tail and ears. I asked to cut her hair on her face really short and they did not. They made her look like a bobble head.You don't get to explain to the person grooming your dog, its passed through whoever checks you in.They also make you pay and tip before you even see your dogs haircut.

Jill was incredible. It was my puppy’s very first time being groomed and she and all the ladies made him feel so comfortable and were so sweet to him. I know he was treated very well and his coat is soft and shiny and his nails look great. I will definitely be back. I’m very happy.

If you have a Pomeranian dog, don’t bring it here “PETCO” they don’t like this dog breed, I think is too much work for them because the dog’s coat long need special care, I’ve tried to leave my dog two times and they lied, saying that my dog was aggressive and denied the service.

If you have a schnauzer I don’t recommend you ya e them groomed here. They completely ruined his face cut his eyebrows off chopped his beard off unevenly and left his ears all fluffy. I don’t know who the Groomer was but if you do decide to go just make sure whoever is cutting their hair knows exactly what they’re doing because I was assured that he would get a schnauzer cut and it was nothing even close to a schnauzer cut.

I will never use Petco again. Not will my friends. My cat was butchered. She ended up at the vet three different times. The groomer obviously knew nothing about cats.
