For over nine years, Park City Pet Salon has been the go-to destination for grooming my beloved fur babies, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service provided by Leigh and her team. From the moment I stepped foot into their salon, it was evident that the staff genuinely cared about the well-being and comfort of every pet entrusted to them. What sets Park City Pet Salon apart is its unwavering dedication to ensuring that every pet, regardless of temperament or special needs, receives the care and attention they deserve. One particular aspect that stands out is Leigh's remarkable patience and expertise in handling even the most challenging of pets. Despite my little one's tendency to nip and bite, Leigh took her under her wing and worked tirelessly to make her feel at ease during grooming sessions. It's this level of understanding and compassion that truly sets Park City Pet Salon apart from the rest. Moreover, their professionalism and commitment to excellence are evident in every interaction. Despite their busy schedule, they always go above and beyond to accommodate their clients, emphasizing the importance of booking appointments in advance to secure a spot.Recently, when my larger dog contracted lice, possibly from the dog park, Leigh's expertise shone through once again. She not only provided top-notch grooming services but also went the extra mile to ensure my pet's health and well-being were restored. In conclusion, Park City Pet Salon is more than just a grooming salon; it's a haven where pets receive the love, care, and attention they deserve. Leigh and her team's dedication to their craft and their clients is truly commendable, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any pet owner seeking exceptional grooming services.

Received a distressing call from a dear friend today regarding her cherished service dog, entrusted to Park City Pet Salon for grooming. The owner claims the dog chewed through her leash, jumped out a window, and ran away from her and her assistant. This is a service dog that is exceptionally well-trained, has never displayed any inclination to run away, and loves being around people. The explanation provided by the salon regarding the open window, citing warm weather, appears questionable considering that it is springtime in Park City, where the temperature tends to be mild rather than hot. They claim they ran after her dog yelling its name and with treats, but apparently, they never knew or "forgot" the dog's name.Unfortunately, the situation has escalated where now the owner now sending menacing text messages to my friend, unfairly blaming my friend and even disparaging the dog's training, instead of taking responsibility for her and her assistant's actions. They even went as far as to claim that the assistant brought her dog to her, which is a lie because I was on speakerphone with my friend when she found her dog on the side of a busy road. Such behavior is deeply troubling and raises questions about the treatment of animals at the salon. Considering these unsettling developments, I advise fellow animal owners to steer clear of Park City Pet Salon to ensure the safety and well-being of their beloved companions. Dropping your beloved pet off at Park City Pet Salon may be the last time you see them. The owner will lie and threaten you, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

We have been seeing Leigh for the last few years. Our dog sees Leigh and her assistant once a month. We have learned that Leigh is very much an animal person. She is most content working with animals. Leigh has been a steady hand as our dog ages, we have watched as she refines her craft and we see how our dog feels when he leaves the salon. In the last few years, our dog has had two acl surgeries (if you want to answer the question of, do dogs where pants on two legs or four? Well, they only have two acls. ;) ). In addition, he had a major ear infection and he is going deaf. Leigh has only treated our dog with compassion and understanding. It’s been a long road, but it’s great to know we have a true partner.Dog grooming is very much a fine art. I have taken our dog in for a regular appointment and found Leigh is in trainings…learning more and more. She has over 20+ years of experience, but continues to train and learn. Animal grooming does not have this requirement, so it speaks to Leigh’s commitment that she spends time and energy to continue to refine her craft. Finally, our dog is a sweet old guy, but also a mischief maker. Leigh has nothing but complete patience for him. She also finds him to be somewhat humorous. She truly loves animals and figures out what motivates each animal. I see this in the way she handles him, but also in the way he response when we pick him up. He very much has that strut out of the salon…..the “I look good,” strut.Grooming is a tricky art, and Leigh truly puts animals first and I have consistently seen that over the years.

My recent visit to Park City Pet Salon has left me utterly devastated and deeply concerned for the safety of all animals under their negligent care.My service dog, a meticulously trained companion who has never displayed a hint of escape tendencies, vanished within moments of being carelessly left unattended. I dropped her off at 11 am, only to receive the gut-wrenching call by 11:30 am, informing me that my beloved canine had jumped through an open window. This raises serious questions — what distressing circumstances led my dog to flee? Why was she left unattended in a room with an open window, exposing her to such peril? The streets surrounding Park City Pet Salon are extremely busy. The glaring lack of basic supervision and safety protocols at Park City Pet Salon is not just an oversight but an egregious violation of trust and care. When I confronted the owner about the open window, her response was shockingly dismissive, callously chalking it up to "warm weather." This blatant disregard for fundamental safety measures is not just unacceptable but also an appalling reflection of their contempt for animal welfare.Neither the owner or her assistant bothered to learn my dog's name. Their shameless claims of chasing after my dog and calling her ring hollow — how could they call her if they didn't even know her name? This level of deceit and incompetence is not just disgraceful but also an indictment of their gross ineptitude in managing a pet salon.Instead of promptly alerting me to my dog's escape, the owner callously downplayed the severity of the situation, assuring me that her assistant was "on it." I had to ask several times before receiving any semblance of a response as to where the assistant was. Their disregard for my concerns was further highlighted when I inquired about my dog's collar, and they callously refused to answer. It was only after I raised my voice with the assistant that he reluctantly admitted they had taken off her collar. The assistant was more interested in idle chitchat with a neighbor than aiding in the search. He showed no urgency, no concern for my dog's safety, and was utterly clueless. As I drove around frantically, screaming my dog's name, he sat in my car in silence, I had to ask him to help me by calling her name. His feeble attempts to recall her whereabouts were pitiful — he hadn't seen her because he was too busy gabbing with the neighbor for the past 20 or so minutes. I decided it be best we contact 911/Animal control, something he clearly did not want to do.It's abundantly clear that the owner's sudden show of concern is nothing but a facade, a pathetic attempt to salvage their tarnished reputation. Had I known about the salon's abysmal reputation and spoken to locals beforehand, I would have steered clear of this despicable establishment, which is closing down soon — and rightfully so.I was left to navigate a living nightmare, consumed by dread with every passing moment. The thought of my dog, who never strays, in grave danger due to the utter negligence of those entrusted with her care, fills me with an all-consuming rage and inconsolable sorrow.Park City Pet Salon's callous disregard for animal welfare is nothing short of abhorrent. The owner's chilling admission, via text, that she "didn't even want to notify me" speaks volumes about their depraved indifference to my dog's life and makes me wonder how often this has happened.I implore all pet owners to boycott Park City Pet Salon. My dog's harrowing ordeal stands as a chilling testament to their incompetence and heartlessness. Entrusting them with your cherished pets is a gamble not worth taking. My dog's safety should have been their paramount concern, but instead, they treated her life as expendable in their quest for profit and I have text messages from the owner to prove it.Update: Owner is now texting me nasty things to hide her negligence. My dog is HIGHLY socialized, she’s a service dog! Also her assistant did not lead me to my dog, I found her ALONE without help from her or her assistant.

I have been taking my cat to Leigh every other week for about four years. My cat is a crazy long hair that requires much grooming. I’m so happy I found Leigh. Super easy to work with for pick up and drop off. About three times a year I send the dog in too. Lucca, 15 years old.

Leigh is the best pet groomer. We take our long hair Persian Cat to her, and our two German Shepherds, and they always look amazing. The care they get with her is impeccable ! :)

Didn't give my dog the cut that I asked for. She entirely shaved my mini labradoodle (13 lbs) with one size clipper down to the skin and left a long poof at the end of her tail. She also missed some pieces and charged me $60. Also, my dog is not TERRIFIED of getting groom insinuating that she was not treated nicely.

In the past, I've had mixed results with groomers. Upon doing some research, I was shocked to find there are no training or licensing requirements. And you're going to take scissors to my dear, wiggly little dog???Leigh at Park City Pet Salon is exceptional. She is a seasoned professional. She handles you and you pet with care and attention to detail. She listens carefully to how you want your pet groomed, and delivers a very good result.Leigh is someone you can trust with your beloved furry family members.

I had an appointment to take my four dogs to be groomed right before Christmas and unfortunately I had to cancel- Leigh was extremely gracious in spite of losing 4 customers on Christmas Eve! Yesterday I was able to take them in and Leigh was greeted by fluffy winter-dirty dogs! After meeting each one, and discussing how I wanted them trimmed, I left them in Leigh’s capable hands. A mere 3 hours later I got the text that they were ready to pick up. The cuts were great, the boys were happy, and my wallet was happy! The Pack will definitely be back!!

I'm extremely happy with both Leigh's grooming of our Goldendoodle and how much she accommodates us in scheduling "Molly" for frequent appointments. She always has given our dog the best grooming ever. She has many years of experience and groomed our Irish Setter 15 years ago. The Pet Salon is small and efficient.Leigh's scheduling is excellent. She grooms at the appointed time and the dog is ready for pick up within about 2 hours. There's no waiting around all day where the dog is put in a kennel for a lengthy time either before it is groomed or after. Large businesses seem to do this and it makes for an unpleasant experience for both dog and owner.

Leigh is the best around! As a long time resident in Park City (20+ years) she has been grooming my dogs for years. They always leave looking fantastic and smelling amazing. She is fast and efficient, which my dogs love. Whenever I get asked where to take pups for grooming, I always recommend Leigh, hands down! If you need a great groomer, Park City Pet Salon is your place!

Park City Groomers is the best in town. My two dogs have been going to Leigh for the last 15 years. It's easy to make an appointment and she has my dogs in and out within a couple of hours. She takes great care of my babies and they always look fantastic after their grooming.

Leigh and her staff have done a great job on both of our golden doodles for about 10 years now. She understands their personality quirks and cares about them enough to mention any concerns about their health and behavior. The dogs are always happy and looking good after a visit. Good groomers hard to find. Leigh is great!

I can’t say enough good about this place! The groomer did a great job giving my very matted long haired tortie cat a lion cut! My cat tends to be a little nervous with any kind of change but I could tell she had been taken care of during her grooming session based on how calm she was when we picked her up. She looked great too! Not only that I got a text later in asking how my cat was doing and it was a holiday! I would definitely refer Park City Pet Salon for anyone who needs cat grooming! Very impressed and very grateful for helping my cat!

We are 30-year residents of Park City and began using Leigh when she worked at a local vet clinic as a groomer. As soon as she opened her own business 15+ years ago, we followed her. We would not think of using anyone else for our golden retriever. She is very experienced, efficient but careful and thorough, and strives to satisfy. I would also trust anyone whom she trains to work alongside her. Another great attribute is that Leigh has given back to the community in the form of donated services to fundraisers for local nonprofits. Lastly, our goldie always looks and smells awesome!!

We have been taking pur pets to Leigh for approximately twenty years. I can't even say how many dogs and cats that would include. We have always been very happy with the services at P.C. Pet Salon and would never think of going elsewhere. Some of those pets have not been the easiest, especially the cats. But there has never been an issue and they always look great.

Park City Pet Salon always does a great job with my poodle/husky mix. He has a thick, curly coat that is not easy to groom. I think the pricing is moderate based on my grooming experiences in Houston, Chicago, & Austin. It is also really easy to make an appointment by texting the owner. She generally gets back to me within minutes. I’ve been a client for a little over a year now & have my dog groomed every 2-3 weeks.

Pet City Pet Salon went above and beyond to accommodate my dogs on short notice. Both my 120-pound chocolate lab and my 65-pound lab/boxer/Staffordshire/pit mix looked beautiful and pranced around like they were movies stars. The grooming was outstanding, and both dogs looked and smelled as good as they apparently felt. What a great place!

We have been going Park City Pet Salon for many years. Privately owned and operated, Lee takes great care of our now, very senior Pomeranian, Junior. She has always been very accommodating with scheduling. She is thorough and very communicative. Highly recommended!

Our dogs love when it is time to get groomed! Leigh does an amazing job with them (and they are a lot to handle) I would never even think about sending my doggos anywhere else. When its time for another hair cut and bath I know exactly who to call

Lee is amazing with my extremely neurotic toy poodle. I had a previous groomer tell me they couldn't finish because he was going to hurt himself so we eventually had to sedate him but I walked in to Park City Pet Salon and she had him calm and happy...while being trimmed with loud clippers. She is a miracle worker

HiI have a newfoundland who is my child. I take very good care of my dog. I took her to this salon for the first time and the experience was horrible from the beginning.Lee is very rude and condensending. I told her to take care of my dog and all she could say is that she's been doing it for 20 years. I don't care how long you've deb working I care that you take care of my child!!!!At check out, I found my dog a newfoundland in a time kennel where my dog couldn't even lay down!!!!!Absolutely horrible. As for pricing way too experience for the low class experience. Not coming back. Ever.

We took our toy poodle there because our groomer was out of town. We picked her up and she had a cut on her ear which was clearly from careless and rushed grooming. The cut was uneven with a large bald spot on her neck which was clearly a screw up. The lady there when we picked up was horribly rude and even set the cc machine to settle with a 20% tip. No tip was given. We later learned from a friend that the salon has a very bad reputation in town. We will never take our dog there again and will make sure the community knows terrible this place is.Unbelievable.
