I have been shopping at Alpaca International for years, both there Park City, UT and Annapolis, MD stores, and I must say, it has always been an outstanding experience. As a lover of high-quality alpaca products, they offer a wide range of top-notch merchandise but also provides exceptional customer service.The store offers a vast selection of alpaca products, including luxurious sweaters, outerwear, gloves, hats, and socks. The quality of the items is truly exceptional, and it's evident that the store takes pride in offering only the best.The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the products they sell. They were able to provide detailed information about the materials, production process, and care instructions for each item, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable.I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-quality alpaca products and exceptional customer service. We have items from years ago that are still fashionable and stylish to this day.

Love the high quality clothing and designs that they offer. I've been a long time (15+ years) customer in both their Park City and Annapolis locations. I am always thoroughly impressed with the quality and selection of their merchandise. The designs are stylish and sophisticated. They even go beyond Alpaca-centric products and offer designer dresses and more from Italy. The staff is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service, offering personal styling advice and recommendations. I highly recommend Alpaca International.

Super cute shop! My friend and I purchased sweet little alpaca dolls with winter hats on - they're adorable! The clothing is beautiful, as well! Definitely worth a stop in to this cute shop when you are in Park City!

We were in Park City for Spring Break 2022 and had a wonderful experience in the Alpaca International store. The lady helping us was very nice and polite and helped us pick out special guinea pigs and mini alpaca souvenirs with our kids. They were so thrilled!! Great store with very nice quality items.

Found an alpaca and silk shawl/wrap for my wedding. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Beautiful, soft and luxurious. I wish I could buy the whole store! Service was extremely helpful and I found the perfect item for my special day. Alpaca is also a more animal friendly fur item if you’re into that. Highly recommend stopping by here!

my family ( including 3 small children) was met with the most welcoming sales ladies who were happy to help my kiddos choose a toy alpaca guinea pig and toy alpaca bear as souvenirs from our trip. They had so many other lovely things - a unique and welcoming shopping experience. Thanks ladies!

My wife and I visited from Seattle over Presidents Day. We've been to Peru and loved it. Finding this was a real treasure and the owner and two folks with her could not have been nicer or more accommodating. My wife found three lovely items, including a beautiful white alpaca coat. You want find better in the U.S., a real gem.

Awful experience, all the five stars reviews are definitely from the owner. I walked into the store excited because alpacas are my favorite animal. I was met with snobby attitudes from who I assume is the owner. I don’t know what you’d they are talking about, we were not allowed to touch anything. She was trying the whole time to get us out of the store, she kept telling us the store was closing even though their sign said they were opened for another two hours. I was so excited to buy something cute from alpaca international but because of the service and the condescending attitude from the owner I would not have spend a dime. I would strongly suggest not going here.

I went into this shop looking for an alpaca coat. The blonde sales person, I assume the owner, could not jave been more rude. She didn't acknowledge our presence, acted like we were disturbing her phone call, never enaged us in any conversation. I found a coat that I would have purchased, but don't want to spend I money with someone who treats customers with such rudeness.

Quality products and incredibly kind people. This place is definitely worth checking out. Also, they have the most precious toys. And baby alpaca is hypoallergenic if you have sensitivities!

Rudest person I have ever met in my life. They lost a HUGE sale and they'll never know it. The owner is the terribly nasty. I would recommend steering clear of this business.

They had a sale on accessories and then lied to me and said it didn't include socks. I would have been ordering more items online in the future but after that I'm never shopping here again. They have zero interest in having repeat customers.
