Lovely small privately-owned hotel! Super clean and attractive rooms, comfortable bed. Well appointed rooms. Electric car chargers in back! The owner is friendly, helpful and showed kind hospitality. Room in the back was quiet. One warning: The restaurants in town close early, some as early as 7 or 8 - and many are closed Sunday. Plan ahead!

What sets this hotel apart is the personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met especially since we didn’t arrive till after midnight The room was great… the bed and pillows were so comfortable! Will definitely be back!Noteworthy details: Great location right off Main Street

This hotel was super clean, convenient, and comfy! Our room had everything we needed and walking to restaurants was so quick! Would stay there again if we come back through.

We got there and front desk empty. Called prominently displayed number and a nice young gal was down the stairs and taking care of us efficiently, professionally and welcomingly (is that even a word?). A bit later my wife was attempting to make bedtime tea and Kuerig machine did not work. We called Allison and she was ‘Johnny on the spot’ with a new one. Place was quiet, comfortable, clean. Our stay was one of the best values for the money I can recall…and I’m old!Walkability: In the smack dab middle of mid-town, as it were.Noteworthy details: Surprising value particularly in terms of reception, comfort, location and ‘sleep ability’. Not a lot else to ask for or expect:)

Lori was very nice. The hotel is in the perfect location, very clean, and has all the amenities. The best part was the Tesla destination charger, which we needed before entering Bryce Canyon National Park. I highly recommend it. T:)

Nicely remodeled and in a perfect location. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I 100% recommend. Our room was on the second floor and had a nice view of the street below. The room had a microwave, fridge and TV.As a FYI - They don’t necessarily do 24h check in. We checked in after hours and communicated with the gentleman running the front that we would be there late. He met us at the front when we arrived. I would recommend communicating your arrival time if it’s out of the normal operating hours - they were super accommodating

Stayed for three nights when visiting Bryce Canyon NP. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The only con about this hotel was that strange noises woke me up throughout the night and the walls were a bit thin. My partner didn’t wake up at all though, so unless you’re a light sleeper you should be fine. Overall this was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at and I’d highly recommend booking here if you decide to visit Bryce Canyon NP.

Old hotel upgraded by new owners. All new floors, fixtures, and furnishings. Very nice, welcoming staff. Quiet at night, located downtown with various historic shops and businesses. Well located to Bryce and Zion. Great restaurants within walking distance. This is not a four-star hotel with all the spa/pool/room service amenities - where we usually stayed - but I have to stress it is very comfortable, clean and welcoming for a great rate. We're staying at more refurbished/updated small independent hotels and motels; the owners deserve our support for recycling older buildings instead of tearing down and building new. We fully recommend Two Sunsets Hotel; Check it out!

Two Sunsets Hotel was a much needed break between cheap and shotty air bnbs, and expensive low quality inns closer to Bryce Canyon. This place is truly a gem, and found by pure luck! We wish there were more reviews and recommendations for this hotel so that more people could find it.A few things to start, all the rooms on the bottom floor are recently renovated and gorgeous! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the sheets are soft and warm. The AC was very quiet and kept the room at the perfect temperature; the cool room was so nice to come back to after a day in Bryce. The room had a large tv with quick access to cable and all streaming services, and a mini fridge with a freezer. The garage that’s available for parking also has a freezer that’s always full of ice which was clean and convenient.Miranda was so kind and helpful. Truly the best host, and makes great recommendations. She even said hi and chatted with us when she saw us in town, which was an awesome example of the small town manners and culture. The best part of the hotel? It was quiet. There were other people staying in the hotel while we were there seeing as how the parking garage always had cars in it, and we didn’t hear a single person. We had the most relaxing experience here and will come back with no doubt. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone looking for a great resting place for vacation.

A wonderful comfortable place to stay during our visit to charming Panguitch. This hotel is newly remodeled and close to everything in town. Top customer service! It was so comfortable, clean and very convenient. It has a covered place to park as well. Would 100% recommend staying at this hotel! We'll be back!

Staying in Two Sunsets Hotel was an extra bonus on our trip to Utah. The hotel is totally remodeled so everything is new, clean, and good quality. I love the beds. The mattresses are new and very supportive, and I had a wonderful sleep. I have a bad back so I appreciated this very much. It was a unique and comfortable stay in a spacious room in a renovated hotel in the heart of the historic center of Panguitch. We were initially captivated by the small Western town atmosphere and surprised to find a number of high-quality eating establishments within steps. My husband and I were especially enthralled with the historic Gem Theater (across the street), where we could not only enjoy first run movies at an affordable price, but also homemade ice cream and chocolates made on site (the dark chocolate quinoa crunch bars and passion fruit truffles are to-die-for).Highly recommended for those looking for a step back in time, something different but comfortable, friendly and knowledgeable owner and manager (go Miranda!), and a great location and unique gateway to explore the nearby world-class National Parks.

We stayed here for a night on Saturday while visiting Bryce Canyon national park. The room was spacious, clean. The only thing was there was no microwave, fridge or no breakfast provided by hotel but there are restaurants just below the hotel but unfortunately they close early on Saturday and were not open on Sunday for breakfast.

Located within walking distance of shops, and restaurants in Panguitch, this is an older, but a nicely refurbished hotel. Our room had a Microwave, Fridge (with a freezer section), and other amenities you would expect in a hotel room. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I definitely would stay here if I came through Panguitch again.

Best place to stay in Panguitch!Great, modern, newly renovated hotel. Amazing location right in the middle of historic downtown Panguitch - right next to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and an awesome movie theater! This place only covered parking area in Panguitch, which is great to have when it's cold and/or snowing. The owners have a long history in Panguitch, and the staff is wonderful. I really enjoyed the geology theme, rock art, the literature in the lobby, and the beautiful murals!
