The room (king bed) is clean and spacious, it has two chairs while many 3 star hotels I've stayed had only one chair in bedrooms that accommodate 4 persons. Also has two ig bedside tables and another table. Hot water comes out immediately after shower was turned on. Soaps and shampoo and Kleenex provided. 17 miles to Bryce canyon visitor center. Overall it's a good place worth the money. I just hope the manager learn to smile, even if just a little.

As a solo traveller this was a great hotel to stay at for the price. Location was great for visiting Bryce Canyon and the surrounding beautiful hiking trails. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The hairdryer wasnt working but the gentleman at the front desk was quick to replace it. Friendly service. No breakfast offered and just a heads up, in winter hardly anything local was open. I had to drive quite a distance to get food, but I would stay here againNearby activities: Bryce canyon is a close drive as well as many stunning hiking trails

Rooms adequate -- beds somewhat comfortable though noisy when turning. Shower temperature pretty touchy. Can hear a lot of hallway noise from the rooms, but most people turned in early. Very little available in immediate town during the winter months.Nearby activities: Have you heard of Bryce Canyon

Look, this is a good budget hotel. We have done a couple and this one is really fair price for a good location and clean room.Things others have mentioned that we also have experienced:- clean sheets, clean bathroom, a very fuzzy green carpet that I would not inspect too closely- there's complementary coffee- small refrigerator and microwave present- very quiet- enough space for 2 adults- only a 20 min. drive to the Bryce Canyon- yeah, the locks act a bit weird but we had no need for black magic to close them- it is a bit outdated, but not in a musty wayFor this price, that is more than good. We had a great time here.

This place was okay. The bedding and towels were clean. Our room could have been cleaner, and the baseboards were very dusty. The carpet seemed clean but should be replaced. The whole place could stand to be updated. They, like the rest of the country, seemed to be struggling to find enough workers to keep the place running smoothly. We only paid $50 for the room, and that's all it was worth.

Such a great value! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

Great hotel very close to the Bryce Canyon entrance and half the price of hotels down the road. It's an older place with many areas in the hotel seeing signs of wear but our King bed rm was very clean and included a fridge and microwave. A few restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. My only complaint is the lamps mounted right above the bed headrest in our room so you couldn't sit up in bed without them in the way. Other than that, for a 'cheap' hotel it was more than what we expected.

This hotel is very convenient to stay at due to its proximity to Bryce NP. However, the inside is not the best. The carpet was very dirty. Stained by socks black. The shower/bath tub was not clean. The comforters had small holes. and contrary to what is mentioned on google maps, there is no breakfast. The walls are thin and I could hear guests who were loitering in the outside parking lot late at night- very disruptful.

Stayed here on a last minute trip to Bryce Canyon. Yes it's an older building with dated decor. Yes the rooms have some flaws. But it was clean enough, the Manager was friendly, and the price was great. So all in all it did the job and I would stay there again. Also, the Manager recommended the Cowboy Smokehouse Cafe in Panguitch for dinner after a long day of hiking. It's about 7 miles away, but was well worth it. The food there was great. So a decent room and good food, did the trick after a day of adventuring.

Room was clean with comfortable bed; bathroom was clean as well. However there is construction/renovation going on in the hotel and there are many workers and tools all over the hallway (common hallway for guests as well) starting early morning. We found it pretty inconvenient and not a great environment to stay in.

Good rates. The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. Twin beds, no queens or kings. If you're just passing through, it's a good place to stop. Nothing overly special. When showering in the morning the temp of the water is very unreliable, and for hot water we had to turn the shower faucet to the right, not the left (opposite of what it's labeled and what it normally should be).

Drove from Arches to panguich after viewing the sunset so we arrived at 3 am. Place was pitch black because the whole area lost electricity. I already had a reservation but i had to find a creative way to wake-up the front desk worker from his slumber. I did apologize for the lateness, he wasn't mad at all, verified my info and gave me a key card immediately. The room i had was on the first floor, brand new engineered wood flooring, no carpets, everything super clean. Man it felt good to sleep. The location is great too, 25 minutes away from Bryce canyon. If there's a room here, don't hesitate to book it. Inside is dated but they are renovating them one by one since i hear hammering at 8am.

Horrible experience. Refused to clean room only provide towels, and Munit kept interrupting me and repeating “you had the DND sign out” and was incredibly rude! He is in the wrong job, just said you can get your money back if you didn’t like it - and we did.Not the best location either.

Nice and clean hotel and good price to fir your budget. Location is great, just 30 mins to Bryce National Park and 10 mins to Panguitch. In the night you can also see beautiful night sky from near the hotel itself.24*7 reception desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again when visiting Bryce.

This hotel has a very good location for Bryce Canyon National Park. It is a dated hotel but it was clean and quiet. The gentleman that appears to run it is friendly, along with the few others we saw. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave and a table and two chairs and a king size bed. We also were able to get some laundry done. We would stay here again if the price stays good.

Only 25 minutes from Bryce Canyon NP visitor center and very close to the scnenic drive. Tiny and perfect for an overnight stay or 2 days. The family who owns the place is helping and assisted everyone during the snow situation. Breakfast isn’t there but not a big deal. Also, make sure you bring some food if driving to Bryce, there were not many places in the area and I had to rely on what I had from previous night. It’s not the hotel/motel but the area doesn’t have that many restaurants.

This isn't one of the new super fancy resort style hotels of the last 10 years and I didn't try to rate it as such. While researching hotels, I saw this had some reviews of 1 or 2 stars from people trying to compare it to the new resort style hotels but that is comparing apples to oranges. It is a cheap motel in a high demand tourist area. We showed up late and left early. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was refreshing and we got a good night sleep for a quarter of the price of other hotels in the area which is exactly what we expected from this place. I'm rating it 5 stars because it met all of my expectations.

Stayed here a while back and found it to be clean and cozy. No roaches and nothing major to complain about. The front desk were helpful and friendly. But the best part about staying here was FOR SURE the views! OH MY GOSH! SOOO BEAUTIFUL!! If you get a chance to visit this area, DO IT! There are so many wonderful spots to enjoy. Just be careful of the wild life; there are some dangerous critters out there.

We didn’t spend much time here - checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning. The room was pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. There were some leftover hair ties in the bathroom and a sticky spot on the carpet. The black out curtains were excellent. Overall, I thought it was a good value for the money and I’d stay here again.

Would have reviewed higher but was pretty frustrated. At 10pm I was woken up to knocking on my door and the phone ringing, it was two of the staff members. They claimed I hit their car earlier. I told them no, and they asked me to come outside. Apparently a 6in scratch on my car (it’s been there since I bought it) and a ‘wiggly’ bumper (he was pushing his weight on my bumper corner to make it move, it was broken from a previous incident), I was the culprit of a basketball sized dent in his passenger side door. He said he even tried the ‘water test’ on the scratch… thanks for touching all over my car… I told him we could review my dash cam footage, I told them where I parked earlier before I left, I said over and over it wasn’t me, and then finally I asked how a scratch on my car and that being the only damage, would leave a dent that size on his car. Finally after all of that, they realized I didn’t hit their car. They apologized and I was able to go back to my room. I can understand the frustration of someone hitting your car and not leaving a note, but there was definitely a better way to talk to a guest about it. Waking someone up angrily at 10p with very little to prove it was them, when it wasn’t, could have been avoided. So tip if you’re staying here, don’t park behind the black suv that parks parallel to the designated parking spaces..
