My husband and I stayed there as we were traveling to se the 5 National parks. It was a nice flat campground. Quiet, restful. There was no one in the checkin building so we had to call to get a spot. The view was lovely. Unfortunately they forgot to give a code for the bathroom but we used our camper van. We would stay there again. The town seemed fun but we had to move on.

I really wanted to give this place 3.5. No water was available at the sites because it was still winter..that was not advertised b4,we got there. We were one of two campers there and they put us in a space where when we opened our door we looked straight at the caretakers big opened (no curtains) house. I did not like that feeling of being watched. Then when another camper came they put them right next to us. Mind you there were over 40 spots available. Why park them so close together? The office was not opened at 9am. We left before it opened so we don't know when they opened. They did provide us with propane after hours. The bathrooms were clean but it took forever to get warm water. It was easy to find and overall very neat and tidy.

The RV site was level with crushed stone. Close to highway, gas station nearby, quiet rural area, very clean bathrooms, dog park, surrounded by mountains and 29 miles to Bryce Canyon. Good Sam discount and reasonably priced.Nearby activities: We spent a day visiting Bryce Canyon, which was only a 25 minute drive.

Only the second RV park we’ve ever stayed and it was a great experience. Used this location as a launching spot for Bryce Canyon and Zion. The park is only 25 minutes to Bryce and 69 minutes to Zion. The RV park was clean. We didn’t. Realize that they were still wintered so we had to use their freshwater filling station during our stay. The showers and restrooms were clean. The WiFi worked perfectly. Only about 8 Mbps upload and download but fast enough to stream with an occasional lag. The town has very few amenities but all the necessities were available. The people are hospitable. The Mountain Views were great. You won’t be disappointed if you stay.

My family and I stayed here 2 nights starting 12/7/23 and absolutely loved it. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Dixie Forest RV is one of the only resorts, if not the only resort in the area that's open during the winter months. It was 8 degrees fahrenheit over night, but their showers were still open, operating, warm, and very clean. They have to shut off running water to the campsites during hard freezes to prevent burst pipes, but they offered us use of a heated hose to keep our RV's fresh water tank topped off whenever we needed it. We're definitely staying here again.

This place is a gem! Very nicely maintained, the bathrooms and laundry room were very clean. Grounds were neat, campsites were level. Trees throughout the park provided shade for some sites. Fire rings were provided as well as picnic tables that were in good shape. They had a small enclosed dog park and treats for Fido at the front desk, and we also saw a horseshoe game area, though we didn't play. They also had several very nice cabins, though we didn't stay in them so I can't speak to their interior. Staff was very accommodating, allowing us to overstay the checkout time to resolve some generator issues. And the price for our midweek stay was outstanding. We would definitely return to this park.

Absolutely a wonderful RV park‼️We enjoyed watching the Eclipse there with other campers. The RV park is well maintained, clean, beautiful with shade trees and picnic benches. The hosts had two fires going to keep us warm during the Eclipse event. They also had Coffee, Hot Chocolate, cookies and a luscious Cinnamon Cake. Great to enjoy these treats while interacting with the other campers. This Park is close to National Parks. We left and enjoyed going through Cedar Breaks next door! Great Experience!!❣️Nearby activities: We plan on returning and make this RV Park part of our stay while we explore Bryce Canyon and Big Candy Mountain and other near-by natural wonders!!

Had a wonderful time here and staff Linda and her helper (sorry forgot your name) Wer very helpful. It wasn’t too busy this weekend because winter is coming but site was still very well taken care of, and bathroom and showers Wer very clean. This resort even has propane on site and a convenient store as well. Plenty of space to maneuver your RV or your trailer throughout the park. We will be coming back to stay next year. Also resort close to downtown stores to do some shopping.

So happy we found this place! We wanted to escape the heat of Phoenix and explore the National parks. This little park suited us perfectly! The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. A great little spot for birding with all the shade trees. The only negative was a bit of noise with ATVs coming in and going out, and a bit tricky getting into and out of our site with a 30 ft rig, otherwise, site #24 was great. Planning to return in the future!

Stayed a week in fhu pull through spot 48. Though I didn't use the sewer hook-up because it's a bit far out and didn't have a hose to reach. The office brought an extension but didn't work with mine. Wasn't an issue though, I just used the dump station. The wi-fi was excellent. I was able to work without interruption. The spot is nice on the end right next to the bathrooms and showers. Though I didn't use them there's a laundry facility and pool. They also have little cabins as well. Nice quiet location. Beautiful area. Sunsets and sunrises all very pretty against the beautiful mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

Park was quiet and well kept. The restrooms/showers were newly remodeled and kept very clean. The park attendant was polite and very helpful, even lending us an waste drain extension when ours was too short. Both evenings were quiet and restful. I would definitely recommend this RV park, and would stay there again without hesitation.

The staff at Dixie RV were great. We had some friends that had to cancel and we were complete Taken care of. The manager stopped by our site to chat and we loved the personal touch to everything. The location was quiet and the mature trees were great shade. Only 23 miles from Bryce Canyon and great to be out of the business of that national park. You can’t go wrong at Dixie Forest RV by RJourney.

We stayed at Dixie Forest RV Resort by Rjourney while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. The RV resort was very conveniently located and was easy to find. The staff was professional, kind, and courteous during check in and came by while we were hooking up to make sure everything was ok with the hookups. The campground was quiet and clean however we did not use any bathrooms/laundry facilities. Our RV site had full hookups which worked without issue. The layout of the campground and sites was a bit different compared to others where each RV pulled in the site in the opposite direction of their neighbor so the hookups faced each other and the RV doors faced each other which was nice to not look at your neighbor’s sewer hose while enjoying your morning coffee or if you were traveling with another camper, it would be nice to share this space. My only issue was the the spaces between the sites was quite narrow with 2 picnic tables situated between each 2 campers with maybe 8 feet of space between each rig (my travel trailer is also small with no slide outs - I can only imagine having a Class A with slide outs!). The fire pit/grill was also shared so my not so kind neighbors took over the entire space with their array of chairs/tables/grills/coolers since “they arrived first” (which is NOT a problem of the campground, just a problem with annoying people). This was fine because we spent most of our time at Bryce Canyon and really only came back to sleep, but if you want to have some space/privacy for yourself, you might want to book an end site. Overall, this was a lovely, clean, quiet campground with kind staff and easy access to Bryce Canyon.

We had such a great trip. The camp hosts were wonderful. They were so welcoming and helpful. I don’t usually rave about bathrooms, but we were so impressed by how clean and nice the bathrooms and showers were. We will definitely be back!Nearby activities: Panguitch is a darling little town with fun shops to walk through. Bryce Canyon is just a few miles away, with lots of atv trails nearby.Safety: We get safe and did not have any concerns about leaving our campsite unattended.Walkability: We loved to walk and bike through the surrounding neighborhoods. Lots of darling pioneer homes to see.

We were camping in our trailer, and had a wonderful time at this campground. Not only were their shower and bathroom facilities immaculately clean, my husband enjoyed the power of the shower. Loved all the trees and the pad with the firepit and furniture. People in the office were the nicest that we have ever dealt with at a campground. We will never camp at another campground in Panguitch.
