We had a delicious dinner on our travels at this restaurant. My husband and I both had the smoked turkey platter and it was smoked to perfection. My brother had the smoked beef and while I can't remember the other dishes from our party of 5 I do remember that everyone was full of praise. The service was great and the prices reasonable for such high quality meals. I would definitely love to eat there again and made a note in my travel diary. We all enjoyed the atmosphere and cowboy vibe. Unfortunately I failed to take photos of the food

My wife and I shared a combination platter which had BBQ pork ribs, pulled pork and turkey. Our sides were green beans and coleslaw. Everything was delicious if pushed to put an order; both of us liked the turkey the best, then ribs then pork. But the real surprise was an absolutely delicious bread pudding that had a brandy sauce. We had just completed a trip to New Orleans where we had 5 bread puddings each from different restaurants and each unique. Cowboys bread pudding would match the best we had there. The owner even came by to check on us and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend.

We visiting Bryce Canyon and stayed just outside of Panguitch. We stopped into Cowboy's Smokehouse on a Friday night. It was busy but not overly crowded. We had a very short wait to be seated. We all chose the Combination Platter off the menu.It states: "Choose any 3 of our BBQ meats, to customize your platter. There is an up charge for double portions of ribs."We were not told until ordering that ribs counted as 2 of the meats. Then when we asked if we could add a meat or what the "up charge" amount was we were simply told "I don't know" by the wait person. We had to go get our own salad plate and had to ask for bread while we waited for our food. Overall, it wasn't anything to be overly picky about but made it feel clunky.The food was delicious and had a down-home homemade taste and feel. Our friends said it was the best coleslaw they ever had.We were pleasantly surprised when the local singer started singing. He not only sounded great but walked around and interacted throughout the restaurant as he sang. Made for a fun atmosphere.

Fantastic food! We are so glad we stopped here on our way to Bryce Canyon. Robbie was our server and she was absolutely wonderful, kind, and welcoming. It is a slower pace and chill place but it's what we wanted after driving for so long. The people here are so nice. We got pulled pork fries and it was great! My family makes a killer dutch oven cobbler so I'm a bit of a snob. There's was better than most restaurants I've been to. We got 4 other entrees and all were fantastic.

Clean, quaint, downhome atmosphere. Quick and kind service. The food was amazing. My steak sandwich was tender and tasty. The real French fries are a perfect match the sweet potato fries have just a touch of cinnamon and sugar. Burgers are generous. It's a great place to eat! The prices were very reasonable (and were clear on the menu). We'll be back.Vegetarian options: They had a veggie burger too!

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about this restaurant. It was okay BBQ, a little dry, but it can't be compared to high-end BBQ joints like "Little Miss." I'd give it four stars since the pricing was reasonable for the quality, however our waitress took 20 minutes to bring us a bill, and our empty beer cans remained on the table the entire time.

We had the stuffed jalapenos for an appetizer and they were delicious!I had the barbeque plate with pulled pork, ribs, and sausage had ok flavor, but it was really dry. I'm not sure if it was just because we were there so late in the day or what. Also wish there were more options for barbeque sauce because the one they had was just ok.The other two that I was with said they enjoyed their food, so maybe it was just the barbeque plate.

This place is amazing. The food was so satisfying and delightful. A home cooked meal like no other.We were traveling with our four children and the establishment was half an hour from close time. But they happily found a spot for us!Then not only is but several people after us!They kept open for all of the hungry customers. Such a family feel. The service and food were incredible. Please come support them and find out!

Very reasonable prices for large portions. We had the pig tails for appetizer and that was so much I had to take my pulled pork burrito back to the Motel. That burrito btw is to die for! We shared it for breakfast the next day. 😋

Well, this place is AMAZING!!!! I am not sure if they are generally that good (I think they are) or if it was due to 5 miles hike with kids, but that place was God sent. We ordered pig tale (appetizer made of curly fries, pulled pork and coleslaw), full rack of ribs, clam chowder and peach cobbler (2 adults, kids got the food from kids menu). We ATE IT ALL!!!! Everything was beyond good. I wish we were not only passing thru, as I would be coming here every day. Our server Paula was extremely friendly and helpful. GREAT PLACE!!!!

Went there for lunch...there were a lot of people seated and unfortunately more than the small staff could handle...things took a little longer than they normally would...although the staff was a little overwhelmed..they took their time to be nice and apologize for the wait...that goes a long way for me.Once I got the food, it was well prepared and was fresh and very well seasoned. Even though the staff was overwhelmed I felt that they took their time to make sure each item in the meal was at their high standards......thank you very much for helping to make this first time visitor feel welcome...and full.

Had some of the best food on our trip traveling from Sedona, to Grand Canyon, to Page, then to Zion and Bryce Canyon. I got the green chili pork burrito, and it was perfect. We came for breakfast and watched the cook throw ribs on the slow cooker. Swore we would return for Dinner, and thank god we did. Long day in the canyons, and Piper (our server) gave us a warm welcome back to town. The ribs were everything we dreamed about all day on the trails, and the sides alone filled us up. We even brought our leftovers all the way back to SLC and kept referring to the restaurant as "Piper's Place". Thank God they aren't in the city because I would eat here every weekend!

We were in Panguitch last week and got incredible dinner here! We enjoyed the live music immensely! I wish I remembered the young man’s name but he was SO talented. Laura was an incredible server and made it a personal experience for our group of 10. She went above and beyond and even helped us vote on which cobblers to order. She thought of the little details for us. Also, these guys out cinnamon sugar on their sweet potato fries and they were the best sweet potato fries I’ve had in my LIFE.
