Booked a room for 3 nights through a third party site. Found Yelp reviews listing a problem with bed bugs, and so attempted to call them to ask if the problem was ongoing. No one answered. Attempted to call to cancel, again, no one answered. I contacted the third party website to cancel, they also couldn't get ahold of the hotel to cancel.The next day hotel then charged me for the full three nights stating I was a no show and denied the cancellation request.I'm grateful the 3rd party site had better customer service, but between customer service of the hotel and their lack of communication, I will never stay here. They feel predatory, and I don't trust them.

Our two night stay at this small hotel was disappointing at best. The main issue was cleanliness and not giving us the room we booked. We booked two queen beds and were put in a room with two double beds. We arrived late from hiking all day at Zion and decided to make do the first night as we were exhausted and it appeared to be full. In the morning, we went to the office, but no one was there, and pushing the button to summons someone didn't help. Tried to call - no answer, emailed - was undeliverable. When we got back from Bryce in the late afternoon, we finally talked with someone at the office. Explained our issues, and she said our room had two queen beds. I had to explain the difference. Brought up the lack of housekeeping, and she said we should have brought those up when we first arrived, which was fair. I proposed a solution; move us to a room with two actual queen beds for the second night or, if unable, discount our rate. She said she would have to talk to her daughter "boss", and returned saying they refused to do either option. I responded, saying I would leave an honest review refecting our experience. The beds were comfortable, so I'll give them that. I understand times are hard economically, but the cost of doing a good job cleaning as opposed to a poor job is negligible. Perhaps this review will help them to do a better job and improve the quality of the next person's stay. Hope so!

An okay motel for a 1 night stay during a road trip.... Meaning you can park your car, sleep and shower. Very reasonably pricedSafety: Simply can't imagine there's any form of crime in this forgotten place in the middle of nowhere in Utah.

Decent motel at a convenient location in Penguitch town. People visiting Bryce National park. There are some amazing restaurants nearby. Rooms are good but lack natural light. Parking could be difficult at times. Do not expect too much. You can good deals online. Bryce national park is around 25 miles drive from the hotel. Will definitely recommend for a short stay or overnight haltRooms: Rooms are small, clean, has all the basic amenitiesNearby activities: Bryce Canyon ParkSafety: Not too sure. It is located in a decently populated place. Did not see cops around too much. Could be moderately safeWalkability: Not too walkable right beside the main roadsFood & drinks: There are some decent restaurants around this motel.

Coming through town in the middle of the night I was happy to see a place with lobby lights on and was open despite the time. The room was cheap, which was great, I didn't need much. They also had a tesla charger!! Yay!! There is also a second room with 2 beds. Great if traveling with kids!! Lastly, I accidentally left something behind when I left. I realized and turned around to come back. The cleaning crew had already come through, but she found it and sat it aside for me!! Very grateful!! Thank you for being there for me! Great easy stay. The rooms are dated, but these guys will truly leave a light on for you!Rooms: Having a second room with 2 beds makes traveling with kids easier!!Noteworthy details: Tesla destination charger allowed us to charge while we slept!Fridge and microwave makes it super convenient.

We ended up here after having a problem with the check in at Wyndham. They check us in at 10:30pm, the service was great. The room was very comfortable and clean, everything we needed. The room had a refrigerator which was great. And GREAT PRICE.

Very clean and super sweet family running the place. The price was amazing. Yes, it's very old, but the beds were comfortable, and being in the room just felt homey - like being at Grandma's house. We would definitely stay here again. A few nights later, we stayed at a new place 4 times the price that was filthy and had horrible service. We were wishing we could drive 10hrs back to this motel!

Wonderful motel! The room was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable, and a nice TV.We love staying at roadside motels and this was hands down the best one we've stayed at. 100% recommend staying here!

I would say great for the price, but I thought I was being charged $35 instead of $45. Would've went to a different motel if I had known! The staff are super friendly but very difficult to communicate with. Because of this, it was bare basics and writing down my info, and I wasn't even told about ice, laundry, any other basics besides room # and wifi. I should have booked it online for a better price and less hassle.Rooms are old and outdated, but mostly clean. My comforter looked like a mouse has chewed up part of it, right by the top / your face. For a bed and a shower, it's worth the stop.

No Frills, felt safe,Covers essentials and seemed clean. Other than TV,Fridge,Microwave furnishings were dated. Would be great stop to recharge and clean up after some camping or last minute accommodations. 2 thin pillows so may consider bringing your own. Only real complaint is the $25 pet fee which is extreme considering the accommodations and above description. No healthcare worker/public service discount. Accurate pictures, Friendly family that operates the motel.

Honestly had a really good experience with this motel. For being the price it was, it surpassed what you should have received. It was really clean and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Heater worked well, which was necessary since it hit 5° at night. Only minor inconvenience is the little drive from Bryce Canyon NP, but worth it because you'd pay double the price for a motel closer (not any nicer than this one).

Lovely classic motel with a friendly front desk, comfortable beds, and lots of space. The bathroom was ice cold and it took a long time leaving the heater on to warm it up. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Surprisingly quite good. Owners are making a great attempt at refurbishing the place. New bathroom fixtures and everything was clean and we'll appointed for the price. My only suggestion would be to add some power points closer to the night stands, such as those alarm clocks with power and USB ports. Otherwise, great!

Only an HGTV design critic would leave disappointed. The room was small but big enough for two people, and the furnishings outdated but in good working condition. The nightly rates are very reasonable too. Most importantly, it was impeccably clean, with the fresh scent of cleaning products filling the air.

Super clean!! Excellent options for cable TV (directv) has HBO and many other quality options. Room is tight but the bathroom is airy and has lots of natural light (during sunny days). The AC is very effective! Bed is meh. Service is swift and efficient. Dog/pet friendly. Their website didn't work so I figured out their pet fee (in person) is $20 cash or $25 credit. I only stayed one night so not certain if that's per night or per stay.

Friendly staff and clean room. But, luke warm water, very hard bed, no breakfast, and very loud heat/AC unit. So loud you couldn't hear the TV. Had to turn it off to sleep and had to dress warm to sleep. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.
