A true 2 star motel. We were of the last folk to check in. And were given a room that faces the street. So not very quiet.Luckily I brought a speaker & played water sounds to make it more peaceful. There were at least 3 small black beetles in the room. None in the bed. And they didn't look like roaches. So that's a plus. And there were no bed protectors on the mattress. It was just a mattress then bedsheets. I could see the mattress. This alarming as I have never seen a bare mattress in all the rooms I've ever stayed in. The mattress has always had a protective waterproof & bug-proof layer. This place did not.The beds were not very plush. If you enjoy firm then this place is for you!The round table was more like a lazy Susan & didn't stay still- wobbled about & the top actually spun around. HahaOn the bright side we were able to park right in front of our room & they gave us 15 extra minutes free after checkout. That's why service receives 3 stars :)

I recently stayed at the Bryceway Motel during a short trip to the city. The motel has a classic setup, nothing out of the ordinary, but it serves the basic needs. The reception was standard, with a straightforward check-in process, which I appreciated given my tight schedule. The location is convenient as it's situated within the city, making it easy to get around. The WiFi connectivity was decent, allowing me to catch up on some online tasks, which was a plus. However, the room I stayed in felt outdated and showed signs of wear and tear. The lack of sound insulation was quite noticeable as I could hear traffic noise and activities from neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive, especially during the night.Although the Bryceway Motel provides the essentials for a stay, the experience could have been better with some renovations to modernize the rooms and improve sound insulation. It's a suitable option for a short-term stay if you're not looking for anything fancy and can overlook some of the shortcomings.

Classic hotel! The room was clean and quaint. The bathroom in our room was upgraded. Great staff! I slept like a baby, almost slept through half a day, good thing I've seen Bryce Canyon before. :-)

Look, I want to preface this by saying I wasn't expecting the Waldorf Astoria, I knew what I was getting into. We only needed a place for a night on a busy holiday weekend, so we took what we could find. The room was big, 4 beds, so we all fit easily, and slept comfortable enough. The problem was the spiders, son woke up with one in his hair, and the ants...see the pic. Yes, ants all over in the fridge. Luckily we just had waters we were keeping cold overnight so nothing was ruined. Anyway, check in and out was easy, we got the sleep we needed and we were on our way. I wouldn't stay here again if I had my choice.

We ordered a 2 queen room online and paid extra for it. When we got there, they tried to put is in a 1 king bed instead for the extra price of the 2 queen room. They'll try to take advantage of you if you're not paying attention. We went back and they did switch us to the room we paid for, but they shouldn't try to take advantage of people. Also there was a huge spider in the bathroom and some mildew on the shower curtain. I won't stay here again.

Got a room with one double bed. I knew it would be small beforehand and was ok with that but it turns out it was very very small! Like very small! Not that this was a big problem but just beware. Not much wider than the bed itself! The room was clean and comfortable though. I’m torn between 3 stars and 4 stars but am settling with 3 because it was a little more no frills than your typical no frills room and the room was small. But it definitely deserves about 3.5 stars.

There is everythimg you need during your Trip through USA. Shower is very good, excellent pressure. Clean and cozy. Staff is very nice. Heater working well, we even get an upgrade in the room - 3 beds instead of 2.

Very easy to find. Great office person and knowledgeable about area and gave suggestions as to where to go for dinner. Inexpensive and renovated room with new carpet. Clean and comfortable. She upgraded us to King from Queen bed when I checked in. Cute covered patio with chairs and table adjacent to the rooms that any guest can use. Recommend!

The staff were so nice, especially Raj! (so sorry if I’m spelling that wrong!!!) They were able to give me an early checkin which made my trip 10x smoother and when I checked in, Raj offered me a free room upgrade. The location is great, with local gas stations, restaurants, and a laundromat all on the same street, plus only 30 minutes to Bryce! Would definitely stay here again :)

I would give 0 stars if I could. I booked 2 rooms on booking.com , 1 prepaid and the other was to be paid when we checked in. When I got here a less than helpful guy was at the front desk. He was acting like checking into the two rooms (2 queen beds in each was an issue). I apparently only put that there would be 6 people when I booked but there ended up having 8. My mistake, I would have been fine paying extra if it was explained to me. But nope, the guy just ran my card for an extra $40. I simply wanted to know what I was paying for. He said, "I am not charging you for the extra 5 people ." Not sure where he got that from. It was originally 6 but now 8. We would have been fine on 4 queen beds. Instead of explaining it he just voided my transaction and told me I could find somewhere else to stay. He lacked any customer service skills and didn't bother explaining the charges. Steer clear of this place and don't give them any of your $. Clearly they don't need the business!

Rooms were cheap but they're cheap for a reason. The place smelled old and of cigars. The other thing was that there was one role of measly toilet paper. I think there were like 10 squares left. When I asked for more they said they were out. Like, seriously?

VERY reasonably priced. Great employee at the front desk. So helpful in giving us the best information on our travels to Bryce and the best places to eat in town which we took and we were not let down!! Room was very clean and up to date. New carpet. We even received a room upgrade for no charge! Perfect that we were able to back right to the hotel room door! Nice new TV, large desk, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and amazing shower:) would highly recommend for anyones stay in the quiet little town!

We stayed here as a starting place for a motorcycle run! Raj was so amazing, he worked with us on our rooms and was just an amazing person in general!!! If you are needing a place to stay on your family trip, stay at the Bryceway Motel (Inn) in Panguitch, UT!!! They have rooms with 3 or 4 beds and the standard 2 bed rooms!! The rooms were super clean and the beds are very comfortable!! I will definitely stay here again!!! I HIGHLY recommend it!!! Thank you Raj, for your amazing customer service!!!

First of all let me say thank you to Raj and I think his wife... VERY nice people and really helpful and check in was easy and fast. 4 of us on motorcycles and he got us all together and the bikes parked out front of the rooms. I accidentally left my lights on and he was courteous to come get me so my battery wasn't dead in the morning. Now about the rating, some of you people really need to get a grip! This is a motel probably built in the 40's or 50's and yes it's dated but it's a throwback to old times when this was the norm. The rooms were clean and everything worked and the price was right. If you need a clean room with a comfortable bed in a really charming Utah town then you'll love it. If you are old enough to remember motels (not hotels) and traveling in the USA, this is right up your alley. For the price, near Bryce, you can't beat this. If you are looking for a 5-star hotel to be pampered in, that's not what this is about. My 5-star rating is based on the wonderful people running the place, and the great value.

For the price, this was everything positive I expected. Room was clean, with newer and good quality bedding. Although bathroom fixtures were dated, everything in our room was well maintained and in working order. I needed a good value, safe, clean place to spend the night on a road trip, which Bryceway delivered. What really stood out is Joseph's professionalism. A third party booking site was experiencing technical issues, which I didn't know until check in. Joseph handled all of this with good humor and ease. He had also popped into our room an hour earlier to turn on the heat so we were treated to a toasty warm room right as we walked in after a late night check in. This attention to detail and professionalism turned a brief pit stop into a pleasant and memorable experience. We will be keeping Bryceway on our list, the next time we are in the area.

This location is definitely cheap and you get what you pay for which I usually am all for on trips where you plan to be outside hiking. My issue is with the dishonest person who received us at reception. We booked our night through booking.com for $41. Upon check in, the man said we practically had it for free and pretended to be shocked by the deal. Later on when checking the prices online we found that they were going for the same rate on the Bryce way website. Annoying to say the least.Today is a week after our stay and I have received an email from booking that the motel reported that we did not show up for our booking (or pay for it). Of course I am contesting the accusation. I have receipts to prove it. It’s just unprofessional and dishonest. Will not be staying here again. It’s worth it to pay more money somewhere else.

My 2 friends and I each rented a room. One room was slightly cleaner, but the heater would not shut off and had to be unplugged when the room got too warm, Another room, "a suite" was super smelly with filthy carpet that had foot print stains on it. My friend had to wear a mask all night to stand the stench. The next room had a small electric portable room heater that had broken off wheels that had been replaced with a wooden block but still tilted drastically toward the jumble of cords plugged into one extention. After finding food crumbs and trash under the bed we were given a different room. This ones carpet was cleaner but the heater did not work and the bed skirt and bedding were filthy. The outside temp was 28⁰. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Ok, I'll give an honest review. Check in was easy, staff was nice, location wasn't bad, and it was quiet. For the price, I even got a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. So far so good. I checked in, put my luggage in, and I immediately went to Bryce Canyon National Park to go hiking. Everything on the surface appeared to meet/exceed expectations.I did a long trail, and I was gone from about 2:50-9pm. When I got in, I jumped in the shower, and there was a large clump of hair. Still not a deal breaker, right? Right, because it's just some hair in the shower. After I dried off, I lifted up the toilet seat, and the bottom of the seat had diarrhea splatter everywhere...yeah, pretty gross, but somewhat tolerable. I had sanitation wipes on hand. After that, I ate and relaxed a bit on what looked like a well-made, clean bed. That was until I pulled back the covers. The white bed spread had what looked like fresh menstrual blood in multiple spots. Fine, I'll remove the bedspread and just use the sheet....drum roll: there was no top sheet, just another dingy blanket. Now I really had to question whether the bottom sheet, and towels had even been changed. The blood had cleary been hidden by whoever was supposed to have cleaned the room. Up to you on whether you would want to rent a room here. If you do, make sure you check everything before the office is closed

Great place for the price. We just needed somewhere cheap to stay on our road trip and this was great. I was worried after I read these other reviews-my husband had booked this-but turns out there is a new owner and he is really doing a good job of cleaning it up. The mattresses were brand new, I checked them all over for bed bugs and there was no sign or hair or bugs anywhere in the room. You get what you pay for, and this room was perfect for that.Ice machine still is broken, but we just got ice at the gas station.

This hotel certainly isn't modern, not are there many flourishes to that impress. Overall, it was a decent place to sleep but not much else. The bed was actually much more comfortable than I expected based on the rest of the room. A handle was missing from the bedside table drawer, and I stabbed myself on some pins that I guess we're holding the handle in place previously. The shower alternated from ice cold to scalding. The toilet paper was probably the worst I've ever used. All that said, it could have been worse. The room was reasonably clean and there was a decent microwave as well. I've stayed in many better places, but I've also stayed in far worse. If Google allowed half stars I'd give a 2.5, but I'm rounding up to 3 since the staff was really nice.

Good value for the price. Front desk employees were delightful. It is older, but very clean and our room had new carpet. Mattresses were a little squishy for my taste, but my daughter described them as comfy.

Rooms are big and spacious but they are very dated and cleanliness was definitely questioned. We got our rooms at 10 pm and they were not clean. Had to wait a bit longer for them to be cleaned. Shower worked but they were very small with the shower head about 5 feet off the ground. It was definitely overpriced

It was appropriately priced. Hours without hot water, but did get moved to one with hot water. Stayed four nights, would stay again. Employees very nice. Be aware the office is not always open during the day and I don't think ever at night/early morning, so plan accordingly.

Great place to stay! We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion. The location is great! Very safe! Walking distance to a Dollar Store and restaurant. The person that manages the Inn is Raj. He is so friendly and very helpful. We parked right outside of our room. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable! We were told by Raj that he just replaced the mattress’s in the rooms. We will definitely stay here again if we are in this area. Thanks Raj for a great experience! We will be watching your website for a PEACOCK FEATHER!
