I recently used Bob Cat Towing for repairs on my RV’s coupler and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Our RV coupler came off and got twisted as we tried to camp in a BLM land that was very rugged. He stayed off hours and waited until we arrived. Chris was not only friendly but also incredibly efficient, completing the work quickly without compromising on quality. He got it fixed the next day! The price was very reasonable, adding even more value to the excellent service provided. Highly recommend him for his professionalism and skill.

I tried to drag my camper into an area with way too much show on the road and went further than I should have. One call to these guys and they drove almost an hour to come recover not only my truck, but my camper too. They were definitely my heroes today because I was in the middle of nowhere.This was a tricky recovery too because of the steep grades and deep snow, they even got the wrecker stuck but used their obvious skills and tools available to remedy that situation before rescuing me.My dog and I are very grateful and happy to be on solid ground again. We’re not from here but I’d recommend these guys to anyone. Straight forward pricing and no nonsense. A solid service for sure.Thanks!

I got myself stuck WAY OUT, used my GPS sos feature and they sent Chris of Bobcat Towing. He arrived faster than they had quoted and was very fair with charges based upon how long it actually took him to rescue me…and then suggested I submit to my insurance for reimbursement…something I would never have thought to do…and they reimburse me in full. Bobcat Towing FOR. THE. WIN. Thanks again Chris!!!

Chris from Bobcat Towing seriously saved me, my friend and my car from what was a dangerous situation and what easily could have been a life-threatening one!While on an off-road trail outside of Panguitch my VW Dune Buggy broke a spindle and lost a front wheel, stranding it in a dry creek bed way-out in the Dixie Forest. With an early winter storm forecast to hit in just a few hours I knew we had to get ourselves and my car out of there quick!I was referred to Bobcat Towing by another local towing company which didn't have the equipment to get us from where we were broken-down. I called Chris then sent him my GPS Coordinates, he confirmed my location and gave an ETA. This required he drive his Wrecker 20 miles down a very challenging off-road trail (Fremont Trail). He arrived, quickly assessed our situation, came-up with a plan and soon we were on our way!Because of where we were in the forest it took three hours to get us back to town. The predicted wet weather arrived and soon we were getting rained and snowed on! Chris though was excellent in navigating the trail, the obstacles and the weather and soon he was dropping my broken car, along with my friend and I back at our Hotel in town.The next day Chris helped me find a shop which could make the repairs I needed and towed my car a second time to deliver it to that shop. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and Bobcat Towing to anyone who needs a tow, especially if they need an off-road recovery!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Local hauling

My two kids and I were stuck off a dirt road in the middle of nowhere with a broken down Mazda. I called Bobcat towing and gave him the best directions I could. Luckily he was able to find us despite my awful directions. The driver showed up in about a half hour and got us out. After torrential rainfall sank both my heart and RV in mud near Navajo Lake leaving me stranded, Chris showed up to wench me out. It didn’t look promising because it wasn’t. But Chris didn’t give up on me even though he would have been in his right mind to.I told him I’d never forget him which was probably weird, but I don’t care. He really came to my rescue. If his blue Jeep pulls up, you’re in great hands.As Chris drove away, I noticed he had his kid in the backseat. 10/10 cannot possibly recommend enough. My girlfriend and I had our camper trailer break down 15 miles outside of Bryce Canyon. Bobcat towing answered on the first ring, told us they’d be there within an hour. They showed up an hour later and quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem. He went above and beyond to locate and acquire the part that we needed, and gave us a quote right up-front that he stuck to. Chris was extremely likable and friendly, and is obviously a very skilled mechanic. We were back on the road right after. I would recommend him to anybody in the area.

5 stars doesn’t do Bobcat towing justice. Chris was a LIFE SAVER.My friend was looking for a place to pull over to relieve himself, and drove our Subaru Impreza into a gravel runaway truck ramp. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ We were more than stuck. We should have just unpacked our camping gear and gotten Utah ids. We lived there now.We barely had time to push ONCE (and hadn’t attempted to call anyone yet) and Chris from Bobcat towing saw us while driving by going in the opposite direction, and immediately pulled over to help. It was so fast, we honestly didn’t even know if he was pulling over for us, or just a coincidence.That right there shows you the kindness and integrity of Chris. We hadn’t called. But he saw people in trouble and he stopped without hesitation.We are SO grateful for his kindness and support, and can not recommend his services enough. What should have been at least a 3+ hr mistake, turned into only a 15 minute delay, and a great story to tell.Also- he seriously saved my friend’s life. Cause I was BIG mad lol.

I don't usually leave reviews but this gentleman was a life safer! I broke down with my 2 young kids. I got in touch with the tow truck driver and he made a stressful/scary situation so much better! He made it to us quickly and got us to the nearest shop! He was so nice to me and the kids. I felt like he went outnof his way to make sure we were warm and had some water to offer. I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT BOBCAT TOWING!! If you are in need of a tow definitely give them a call!! My mom, MSgt. Michelle Martinezjunco and dad, SSgt Juan Martinezjunco, both retired USAF veterans of over 20 years, were just turned away by this company while stuck in the snow in Duck Creek Village, UT. The driver would not confirm with USAA that they had sufficient coverage to pull them out because they were not within 15ft of the road. He refused to help unless we paid cash at a rate of $160/hour, and said there would be no one else that would do it for us. When I asked him how many hours he wanted to charge us for, he said two hours. $320 to get a truck down a drive way? On top of what USAA was going to give you? You’re a con artist, plain and simple. The man dares to drive around with an American flag painted on his tow truck and leaves two veterans stranded because they didn’t have that much cash on them! Even dropped f-bombs and SOB’s at my mom while she was trying to give him directions to where we were over the phone. Accused her of giving him the wrong address, even though USAA uses GPS location to send him the address. If you’re in the area and need a tow, use Bryce Canyon Towing. This company was able to get my parents out in in 10 minutes and even offered to drive them to the main exit, SR-14 that was freshly plowed.Service: Car towing

This review should be kept short and simple.You are lying claiming you had something to do with our safe towing. How dare you even lie so blantly? The insurance company literally had to make us wait another 60mins to find a company that had availability so please explain how you played a role in our safe return.My insurance company did not say we werent willing to comply with COVID restrictions because when we explained what just happened, she actually advised us to make a complaint because she TO said you sounded rude over the phone. Our roadside fee even got reimbursed to us because of your rudeness. And please dont say its my version. That last phone call to you was placed in front of an officer who also agreed you sounded rude.When you said you couldnt take us, we said OKAY! So why did you continue to say "you were on your way"I understand your trying to make the company sound good but the truth of the matter is you were dishonest, you were a coward and couldnt even say you changed your mind and you DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH OUR OUTCOME because after you cancelled she clearly stated that she was having a hard time finding a company. And every towing company was following the same protocols, so how werent we complying with covid protocols. Once you said NO we didnt push the topic.

We lost our transmission just south of Hatch around 10 PM. My 7 month pregnant wife and two of my kids were sick with food poisoning, stuck by the side of the road. I found Mike at Bobcat through google and he said he would be right down to pick us up. He ended up dragging his parents out of bed to bring their SUV to pick up my family of 5 with all the car seats and bring them to a motel in Panguitch. They treated us like family, and I am getting emotional writing this, but they were our saviors that night.A big thanks to the whole crew! I highly recommend them! Pricing is more than fair for the service rendered.Strange coincidence but no relation to the other Sorensen who wrote a review here also.
