This was probably one of the best campsites we stayed at during our road trip. The staff were super friendly--we even got to go on a ride around the campground to see our site and the fenced dog park. The campsite was well maintained and the bathrooms are really clean. The gift store at the campsite has so many neat items. The area may get a bit windy since it's on flat land, but we got lucky and had a nice, quiet night. Thanks for the cookie at check-in as well!

Great little RV park with full service gravel sites. The store has lots of supplies and souvenirs. There is a clean laundromat and washrooms.it is a great location to drive to Bryce Canyon National Park or the town of Panguitch. The people that work there are kind, helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Kelly!!

I read all the five star reviews so I chose this place. Let me say first that it’s not a bad place at all. There is a video of a stream that doesn’t exist anywhere on that property. Large lots, level packed gravel, decent showers and laundry. No shade trees but they’re trying to grow some. The store and gas station on site are a big plus. The couple I met this morning seem to be the owners and were very nice and helpful to travelers. Not five stars due to location and price. Again, not bad. If I had known anything about the area, we’d have driven up the road to Panguitch.

Easy check in and very large RV spaces. The views of the valley and mountains are incredible, and it's very peaceful here. Not only are the sites very spacious but they sit at an angle so your not looking in your neighbors RV when you raise your blinds!

I can’t thank them enough here… we had an emergency situation with our vehicles, and they got us in for the night right away. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. Then when we went to leave, we even had more trouble… Jeff came to our rescue, and helped us get back on the road. I can’t thank them enough for being there for us. The site is nice as well, clean, spacious, and in a beautiful area.

We found this great campground through RV Tripwizard and what a find! A fairly new park, about six years old. The shade trees have to get a bit bigger! But what a nice place. Large gravel sites with FHU and wonderful views! A store, laundry, showers AND a Sinclair gas station on site for your fuel need! Just north of Panguitch, this great campground is close to Bryce Canyon and surrounding area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed the night but after a quiet and cool rest, we are ready to hit the road! This is definitely a place to visit again! Doug and Susan Bjarko ….Peoria Az

I really don't want to share the secret of what a hidden gem this place is. First of all the staff are extremely kind, fun and helpful. They made us feel so welcome. The RV park is our favorite thus far with more than ample room between spaces and well graded so it's flat. Hook up was a breeze. Laundry and shower facilities were SO clean, nice and water hot. What a great of experience, we will be back!

Found a jewel nestled conveniently 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon and one hour from Zion National parks. The check in office is a convenient store so you have everything you need plus the laundromat as well. What impressed me most is the neatness and organization of the store. It’s obvious they take pride in their business. Was fortunate enough to meet the owner and his campground and store is a positive reflection of him.All the spots are drive through (huge) with a picnic table and fire pit.50 amp plus sewer, water and pretty good WiFi.Definitely a chill place with beautiful views of valley surrounded by mountains.Did I mention clean?

Had to find a place to stay to break up a long trip home. Heading north on Hwy 89 I did some research and found a couple of places that had potential. The first choice I had was right in town. Lots of very good reviews not only for the resort but for the owner who was on site and very helpful and friendly. Tried calling that resort and the call kept getting a Verizon intercept. Figured maybe they had gone out of business. Decided on Bear Valley (second choice) because it got great reviews as well. Can’t go wrong if the reviews are so good, right? Driving through town we saw that the first choice place was indeed still in business and it looked very clean and nice and accommodating. What was wrong with the phone I do not know. Drove 9 miles further up the road to Bear Valley and it was kind of a shock at first glance. No trees, all gravel, nothing really special. Got checked in and was VERY surprised that we had to pay $48 just for the night. The night previous we had stayed at a resort in Arizona that was immaculate. Concrete pads to park on (very level) paved roads throughout, beautiful trees, very nice pool hot tub and wonderful amenities. It was a beautiful place to stay and cost me less than Bear Valley. The site we were assigned was nowhere near level and there is no concrete anywhere. No pool. No hot tub. Nothing really to attribute the high cost to stay for just one night. The gas station on the property was very convenient (but definitely not worth the high cost for the stay), the hookups all look new or are very well maintained (but not worth the high cost for the stay). In the other reviews the laundry and shower facilities were both praised as very clean however we did not use either so cannot comment on them. Stay if you must but check out the place right in town as well before deciding. Just a heads up!

Wonderful place to stay! Kelly, the owner and everyone else there were very kind and helpful. The showers were clean, hot water, and lots of shelves and hooks to put your stuff. There is also land behind the campground to walk your doggies off leashed. It's also near Bryce Canyon! I will definitely be back!

Excellent, I can’t say enough for this place. Very clean facilities, which include a laundry room, rest rooms, and showers. There is also a small gift shop and groceries if you need them. The whole staff was very welcoming. We stayed four nights while in the area visiting Bryce Canyon, and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Almost forgot, LP gas is also available here as well, which I had to utilize. I can only imagine this place getting better as they continue to add new amenities!!

We found this RV spot after we discovered Bryce Canyon National Park was completely full. It’s very friendly, very clean and very quiet. We were comfortable during our stay here and would recommend staying if you’re taking 89 north from Bryce. Stay on 89 and about 15 mins north is the childhood home of Butch Cassidy. It’s a free stop and worth the time. The entire canyon on 89 is gorgeous.

Our group stayed 1 night here before going into Bryce and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The RV sites are graveled, with hookups easy pull through sites. The trees are young so don't generate much shade yet. The restroom, showers and laundry facilities were extremely clean and modern. The staff was great to work with! We would definitely stay again.

Gas pumps always clean and available. Owners best, most nicest ppl I've met AND bonus they treat my daughters like royalty. I LOVE coming here!

I tent camped here for almost a week and had a great stay! I asked for an rv site to have electric and water hook up and they were happy to accommodate! Pump water at my site, and they had 24hr laundry and shower services in the main building! Very close to Bryce Canyon and 2hrs to Capitol Reef! Friendly service as well!

Very spacious campground featuring small wagon cabins that fit four people comfortably.I stayed in a wagon; it was tidy, there were plenty of electric outlets, and the air conditioning/ heater worked properly. There's a scenic view and the attached gas station had lots of food, drinks, & gifts.Bring your own linens/sleeping bags.

Spent 2 days in May 2019 @ $32.16 per day. This a newish park which is nothing more then a gravel lot with full hook ups. Lots of road noise from trucks. Over the air TV was great but the WiFi was beyond bad. 1 Mbps or less at any given time. The Verizon "hot spot" was better, but not by much. Pull through with plenty room between neighbors. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful!!! The showers, while very clean and new, but had the strangest configuration I've ever seen. Screened dressing rooms are separate from the screened showers which is in a separate room from the sinks & toilets. The shower heads for both ladies and men, were at 8 feet high. Water was great pressure at both site and showers. Tasted very good, also. Washers $2 and driers $2. Both new and non-stacked. Approx 30 min drive to Bryce Canyon.

Our Atv club held a group ride there a month ago and were so impressed a few of us came back this weekend. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location to get to trails, Panguitch Lake National Parks. Spacious RV sites , super clean bathrooms and showers. We decided to use the showers this time vs RV and they are extremely well maintained. This will be a place we will come back to again.
