We took our mixed small breed dog in today for the first time. They did a great job with her very strange and challenging hair. She also came back in great spirits which is rare for her. So happy to have found this place! We will definitely be bringing her back again.

My Standard Poodle always comes out looking great. He gets compliments from strangers all the time and a few people have been impressed enough that they asked me where he is groomed. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. This is a good choice for pet grooming.

We have two Frenchies that we take to stylin pets for their nail clips. Our dogs are stubborn when it comes to getting any kind of beauty treatments done and complain LOUDLY every time. Kristy and her team are so patient and sweet to our doggies and they do such a good job clipping their nails, it’s a job I couldn’t do and I’m so grateful to have stylin pets as my go to!!

Inexpensive but don't expect them to go out of their way.I took our dog in for a haircut today. As I dropped her off I told them that I had a reaction to the shampoo or perfume or whatever they used the first time we took her there. I asked if they could please use something else. I also gave them the phone number to call when they were done since the number they have on file won't work.Fast forward to this afternoon and I get a call that I need to come right away to pick up my dog because they have been trying to call me and nobody was answering and they are close to closing time. It turns out they were calling the number I told them wouldn't work. And as I write this review my nose is stuffed up and my eyes are watering because they used the same stuff.I guess they just get in a routine and stick with it no matter what you tell them. The really annoying thing for me was when I picked up our dog they had the phone number I asked them to use written on a little dry erase board where they could have read it and reached me any time after they finished the haircut.

We had taken my dog to stylin pets salon once before and they actually did a really good job at grooming him- it took a really long time but the end result was good. We took him again this week. I took him in at 10 am and told the girl working that I knew he was a little matted and would prefer if they would just cut him short rather than trying to brush him out. I even showed her a picture of a dog with very short hair and told her to not worry about length- to go as short as she needed. She was pleasant but seemed distracted and didn't seem to be listening to my instructions. At about 2:30 I called to see about how much longer he would be. They said it would be about an hour to two hours longer because he had been soaking in conditioner and they were trying to brush him out so they could keep his fur long "like I asked". I reminded them that I didn't want them to traumatize him and to just shave him! I was pretty upset that they had pretty much ignored my instructions to make the process as easy as possible. I went in at 3:45 and they still hadn't even done his head or ears but I told them that I had planned my day around picking him up and that I couldn't wait any longer and took him and left. Also we asked for them to grind his nails instead of clip them and when I got him home realized that they did clip one foot but left the rest long. So I ended up paying full price to have my dog sit in a tub and soak in conditioner for hours and then to not even be completely groomed. As far as matting goes- I understand that it can make the grooming more of a process but we do actually brush him once a day so the matting couldn't have been that extensive. The owner was in when I picked him up and she was nice and apologized for it taking so long and I appreciated her good attitude but was definitely not happy with the service.

Staff was friendly and helpful and Bailey (my dog) seemed to have enjoyed the attention and pampering. I dropped her off at 10am and they called me at almost 4pm to pick her up. It really shouldn't have taken nearly 6 hours to bathe, brush, dry and clip her nails.Might go back since I felt the price was right, but I'd have to make certain it's on a day when I have no definite plans since I have to wait so long to pick her up.

I brought my little shih tzu Yorkie mix in the other day, and I was stunned!! She was not the same dog anymore!! She was so cute, and she smelled lovely!! They put orange bows in her hair and she was just darling!! The woman that brought her out to us was very nice, and you could tell she knew what she was doing, and every dog she got to know a little bit😊the only reason I’m giving four stars is because we tried to schedule her in and had to wait over a month!! Ik it can get busy, but I was not expecting a month!! Once it was THE DAY we took her in and turned us away because we didn’t have records of her shots, (which we do by ourselves at home) ik this is mandatory and it’s for the safety for others and other dogs, but tbh, it was a bit frustrating. I had a great experience when we did bring her in tho!!!!!😅👍🏼

I love this place! I take my 2 cats in every few months and THEY LOVE IT!!! They smell so good every time I get them back! They are quick and the staff is amazing! They are always great about getting me appointments right when I need them! They are well priced and best deal around!

My dog was an abused puppy before I got him so he's very skittish and terrified of new people. Everyone here knows him by name and is so overly friendly with him. He obviously hates getting his haircut but I never worry about how he's reacting to them. They're SO GOOD TO HIM. He comes home so handsome and I love that I don't have to worry about how he'll look. It's the only place I'll ever take my little guy! Over two years of visiting them and I'm definitely a lifetime customer.

My wife and I can't begin to tell you how happy be are with Stylin Pets Salon. We own a long haired person who gets really bad mattes and hates getting brushed.Other groomers were rough with our Cat and left him more traumatized with every visit. However, Stylin Pets Salon did a phenomenal job, gentler, kinder, and in half the time of other salons. Not only that but our Gus is happy as ever and has even more pep in his step.Even if Stylin Pets Salon is a bit further than other Groomers near you, they're worth the trip!

Someone who's new to the area and trying to find a great groomer can always prevent its challenges. However Jennifer and her crew are completely amazing. I dropped my havanese off at 10 am, with instructions to just clean up around the face, paws, and cut the hair to half the length it currently was (it was originally about 5 inches long). I called around 1 p.m. to give them a different phone number to call when he was ready, and asked when to expect to pick him up. They said between 2:45-3 p.m. I said perfect. I then arrived about 3:10 p.m. and he was currently on the table they had not begun to cut his hair. The place seemed unorganized, frantic, and a mess. The girl said it would be 20 more minutes. I should have known better and just picked him up........but when I came back they had shaved him down to about a quarter of an inch all over his body. I cannot believe the hack job they did to him. Left his tail poofy and his ears...Also, as if shaving him was not bad enough, there were patches of uneven, longer pieces of hair all over. The employee told me there were matts (excuse) as we had spent 30 minutes brushing him just prior to dropping him off and long haired dogs are going bound to get some tangles when you wash them. NOTHING close to what we asked for. They also did not clean his ears or eyes, and may have drained his glands after washing him, because he did not smell clean. Will not be going back.

I like this place, I really do. My anxious, furry friend also seems to be ok with the folks here. My only problem is the fluctuations in pricing. I’ve been charged a different amount every time I’ve gone despite always having the same service! I’m talking, a solid $20 difference once. Eh???
