The ladies in the grooming area are always very nice. And my little dog is always adorable when she gets done. I wish I had unlimited funds to bring her here, but I don't. I went online to book a bath and haircut for my 20 lb schnoodle. It said it was $68. That's really close to me getting my own clippers and giving her terrible haircuts from now on. But, I still booked it. Then when I got to the checkout it said the bath and haircut was actually $73. And then there was a $10 brushing fee. So when I dropped my dog off I asked about this. Apparently because Easter is on Sunday there's a $5 fee. I was told that the week before a holiday there's an extra $5 fee because they are so in demand. If they were so in demand why were there open slots for this week? I booked this appointment yesterday. I had no clue there was a holiday coming up. I could have booked for next week and saved five bucks. And then the $10 brushing fee is now permanent. It says online that they can maybe take it by a case-by-case basis. So it is now $83 for a bath and a haircut. At the end of the appointment it said that the bath and haircut was now $93. Then they took $10 off for the brushing so it was a total of 83. So the price for the bath and haircut went up again. So I ended up paying the 83 even though they said they took off the $10 brushing fee. I guess I'm going to go home and be watching YouTube videos. This will be her last haircut here. I just cannot pay almost $100 for a haircut every other month for my dog.

We took our cockapoo puppy for his first trim here about 8 weeks ago.We scheduled at 2 PM, I believe. They called that morning and asked that we come in earlier if possible. I let them know that we could within an hour or two.They wouldn't do much since it was his first time. That's understandable, but I was hoping for a little more trimming.We ended up doing some trimming when we got home because his fur hadn't been properly cleaned up around the sanitary areas, making it very easy to get poop stuck there. We also trimmed more around his face since his eyes were still hard to see.We were pretty new to things though, so we assumed this was normal???We scheduled a future appointment there at the desk. We also paid for promotional items, but there was a lot of confusion at the time and after about how it worked.About a week ago, we received a call telling us that they saw we scheduled at 12 PM, but no one would be working at that time. Due to that, they rescheduled us for 8 AM.I was a bit annoyed at this point because we scheduled with them in person, so they should've known if that time was available at the time of scheduling - and also not passively blamed us for scheduling at the wrong time. It was also the 2nd appointment requiring rescheduling.That morning, we received a call about the groomer being sick and that they would need to reschedule. I normally don't mind emergencies like that, but due to our previous frustrations, I just decided to request a refund for the appointment and promotional items. The staff there helping with the refund were very accommodating despite some confusion with the system.The workers were usually very kind and willing to help when we were there, so perhaps our experience was more a managerial and organizational issue???

Malena L groomed my doodle today and did a phenomenal job!! He’s a nervous boi, but had a great experience with Malena. She and all staff were very sweet with my lil booger which I appreciated. She also did a great haircut, listening to and following my requests!

We Love PetSmart Groomers! They do an Awesome job buffing Winston’s nails! They don’t over charge like Petco either. Our little guy really likes the people working here too. I’m grateful for the care they take w/my sweet boy bc he doesn’t like getting his front feet done much & his 9 lb frame isn’t so easy to deal with. He tends to lick a lot when he doesn’t want you to touch his feet. Thanks PetSmart we Love You!

This location doesn’t seem to value their customers time as I arrived with my dog and was asked to wait 10 minutes just to be told that my dog’s groomer had to call in sick. A call/text ahead of time would have saved me an hour of time which was wasted by this inconvenience not to mention now I have to wait over a week to get my dog groomed. Really frustrating.

They did a decent job on our maltipoo but it took 6 hrs and our maltipoo shakes every time we go to this Petsmart now.
