There are very few groomers who I say actually care about their job, but the people they have working here are genuinely sweet and care about your animals. I know that may seem hard to believe especially when it is such a large corporation, but the character of the groomers really does stand out. We took our pup, who is normally fantastic at groomers anyways, and she came back to us absolutely thrilled. She had an amazing time, they took such great care of her. They give your dog the attention they need, and they figure out what works for each dog. Our dog responds extremely well to being called "pretty" and gets very excited about it. So they used that as they were brushing her teeth, to keep her calm so they could brush her teeth. I didn't even know that worked for her.So, you guys need a good groomer for your pup? Don't hesitate to give these guys a shot.

I am totally appalled. I have brought my Bernese mountain dog here a couple of times and both times the groomers have been short and pretty unfriendly too me. But they always told me that he was so good for them and assured me he was fine during the grooming. They rescheduled my time this month a week before the appointment because one of their groomers had a medical emergency. I took my dog in to get groomed at the new time they had me scheduled for and there was one groomer there, Jessica, there grooming that day. She told me that in his notes it says he is "wiggly and had a hard time sitting still". I had been assured and reassured by at least two other groomers he was good during his groom and I had brought him in confident that he would be behaved. I felt so bad for Jessica that she had to groom my now apparently unsettled 100 lb dog all by herself. She said if he became difficult that she would have to call me to have me come get him, Which is really discouraging but also really understandable for her situation. The only groomer I trust here is Jessica. But I will NOT be returning for grooming services.

I took my male Pomeranian and they said they could not groom him because he would let them tie him with their leash. He is playful and moves a lot but they don’t even want to try not all dogs are just going to sit there while you chat with each other some dogs may take a little more effort. Then I took my female Pomeranian, she is super mellow and was called that they were unable to finish grooming her because she was trying to bite the clippers. She was very shaky when I picked her up. When we got home I noticed that she had a cut on her leg. She was hurt and scared that is the reason she was trying to bite. Maybe dogs are hesitate because of the unprofessional poor manner which they are treated. Never going back!!! The times I dealt with them there was always an issue with something. Plus we had waited for weeks for our appointment for nothing.

The staff was very friendly, efficient, helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. They were very gentle and kind to my dog. They did such a good job and got my pup very clean with no hair to shed for days! This is very hard for my dog. I'll for sure be going back!

Our pup looks so great! Nails were trimmed & buffed, his fur is so shiny & soft, his teeth are dazzling! The staff was friendly & fun. Great first experience!

This is my first experience with any pet grooming at all. The women there were all very friendly. They showed me pictures of possible cuts and loved on my little dog. She came out smelling nice and the cut was adorable.

The groomer was great and was understanding that my dog was a bit afraid. I would have used the service again but there is nothing available (at least online) 1 to 2 months out. I'm reasonable and understand things are rough and difficult, but to not be able to see there isn't a time so far out is a little concerning to me as a customer.

The employee who groomed my pups was incredible! She did a beautiful job grooming--above and beyond. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional--everything one could want. Again, above and beyond. I live very close to PetSmart but will return to Petco because of her.

We Stopped Going to Petco bc Corporate Petco UpCharged the Buffing to $25+ a $10 Disposal Fee which is truly Ridiculous bc Buffing is all Dust! Costing us $20 more than what we were paying at $15. I can’t afford to pay $35 just to have our dog’s nails buffed every month. I’d like to know why they’d charge a disposal fee for dust? It made us so mad we canceled all future appts & took him to Pet Smart! We loved our groomers at Petco & none of this was their fault. We Blame Corporate Petco!!!

My dog was groomed here, and a few weeks later when I went to give her a bath myself she was TERRIFIED. When I turned the water on, she cowered in the corner of my bathroom, shaking and getting defensive and aggressive when I got near her at all. I had to bribe her with high reward treats and comfort her for at least 30 minutes before I even got her in the water. I don’t know what they did to her here, but she has never behaved that way before. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Would give 5 stars because they're so good with my dog, but the grooming salon NEVER answers the phone. I have to call the store and have them transfer me through to the salon- and even then I only ocassionally get someone. By the time I get a call back after leaving a voicemail, I have already gone somewhere else.

She was clean and soft, nails taken care of and she looked great. The price was good and she was ready in less than 3 hours. Just a little over 2 hours for her transformation.

I love Laura. She always does an excellent job on my puppies, and usually everyone is so happy and friendly. I understand everyone is stressed because of the virus. People were just not as happy and caring as usual.

They are all very kind, took good care of my dog, and did a great job. Somehow my dog still loved all of them even though she doesn't like baths or getting her nails cut.

I had an appointment scheduled for my dog and I got the time wrong so they rescheduled it for a few weeks later. They rescheduled with me while I was there in person and I confirmed the time 3 times, so that I was writing it down correctly. Then we took my dog to the rescheduled appointment and they said they didn’t have him down and they “wouldn’t have made an appointment for a large dog at that time anyways”. I confirmed the time with them several times while I was there so I know it was correct.

The groomers are always so nice and calm with my dog even though my dog is a little skittish. The groomers are always nice to us and pleasant to have a conversation with. Never have had a problem with any of the employees.

This is the first time I've brought my dog here to bathe. One of the most regretted decisions I've ever made, I brought my dog here to bathe. When I brought my dog home, my dog had diarrhea and didn't look well. When I got home, I found my dog had a cold. Did you use ice water? Never coming back here.

I can’t tell you the level of peace of mind I have leaving my dogs with Beki. I know one of my dogs can be a pill and beki is patient with her. My other dog is older and sore and has a bad shoulder and beki is so nurturing and truly shows she cares about my boy. She also truly nails the grooming. Their paws look so good is like a work of art. If beki started grooming elsewhere I would go wherever she was. I cannot stress this enough, Beki is my groomer. She just happens to be at petco.
