We aren’t quite sure what my dog is but she looks like an Aussie doodle. Her hair is super floppy and beautiful but as she transitioned from her puppy coat to her adult coat she started to mat and her hair was becoming hard to manage. She would get a mat just from sleeping and the daily brushes just weren’t working. I contacted this salon begging them to help and they were amazing. The stylist at Becca’s Salon helped explain what shampoo to use and the different brushes to use on her. They also gave her a beautiful cut! I’ve included a before and after to show her shag and then her beautiful cut. These people are so kind and did a wonderful job in making my pup look nice and clean.

Affordable, and very well done grooming! So many groomers in this area are overbooked or don’t take new clients, and I’m able to get in at Becca’s in a timely manner and my dog always looks adorable and clean.

I took my pitbull mix in for a nail trim and I was extremely pleased with our experience. My dog and I have had a few bad experiences around town with getting her nails trimmed. Her nails are completely black and she's had her quicks cut so badly at multiple locations that I've had to apply kwik stop after getting home because they were STILL bleeding pretty bad. Becca's Pet Salon didn't make her bleed once (and that's after her nails were pretty long due to my hesitancy to take her somewhere). They were gentle with her and gave her lots of love and support throughout the process since she gets understandably nervous. Then, they topped it off by smoothing her nails out with a grinder. I finally have confidence in taking her somewhere to have this service performed. Both my dog and I can start building trust around nail trimming. 10/10 would recommend. I know I won't be taking my pup to any other location for nail trimming, and I'd highly advise anyone to do the same for their fur babies who are looking for a positive nail trimming experience.

We took Dewey here for the first time today and we’ve found our new permanent groomer! Here’s why:1. I love that you can see the entirety of their setup. There’s something about leaving your dog somewhere that you can’t see where they keep/groom the dogs that makes me uneasy.2. Dewey was much happier when we picked him up then he’s been at any other groomer we’ve taken him to. He’s always nervous when we drop him off at the groomer and then usually down for a few hours after (lays around & doesn’t play much). He was nervous at drop off, but was so happy when we picked him up! I loved that he seemed to feel happier with them today!3. They’re punctual and the appointment booking style they use minimizes Dewey’s time at the salon. We dropped him off at 10:30 and they told us he’d be ready in 2 hours. He was done right on time. Other salons we’ve taken him to have you drop your dog off in the morning and then they get to the dogs throughout the day. He’d sometimes not be ready to be picked up for 4-6 hours from these places. Compared to other appointment based salons, this is the first one that actually stuck to their time estimation when grooming him, others haven’t been super great at judging how long it would be or they’d just forget to call us.4. They did a great job grooming him! He looks great and we didn’t give them much instruction on our preference. I like their taste lol.5. It’s a small salon with only 4 crates for holding doggos who aren’t being groomed. I feel like having a smaller setup/less dogs in the salon at any time helps minimize stress on the dogs, but I’m no scientist. I just liked how calm all the dogs seemed when they were hanging out in the crates, I know it can be unsettling for Dewey sometimes!Also just a shout out to them because I used to groom Dewey myself and it would take 6-8 hours people! He is only an 8 pound dog, but didn’t love being groomed so it was a long, stressful venture we had to endure once a month. Their ability to groom him quickly, do a good job, and return him to us happy is amazing! Thank you!!

An amazing job! My Pomeranian just got all his teeth removed and was recovering for a while. He ended up getting a little matted and dirty hair from his drool. They did great at taking care of him! He looks amazing!!

We have two Sheepdoodles and they groom them so well. They're very responsive with calls. The staff is friendly. Our dogs seem so happy and content after. One day our oldest dog was having a very difficult day health wise and they called us with updates and kept us in the loop. Our puppy has only been groomed here and he has been very calm and comfortable with the process. I highly recommend this place!

I had my 9 year old Border Collie, Wyatt groomed at Becca’s and he looks fantastic. It took exactly the time they said it would, if not even a few minutes less. Matthew was the groomer and he did an excellent job. Wyatt had never been groomed before, we told them during booking, and they did it shy away from that or his size, 60lbs, as did some of the other groomers we had called.10/10 would recommend, we will definitely be bringing Wyatt back!!⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve taken my sweet rescue pup to other places to have her nails trimmed and it’s been a traumatizing experience each time. She is a super timid pup and submissively pees when she’s scared, so I knew I needed to find a new salon that would be a little more gentle and patient with her and her timidness. Becca’s salon was AMAZING and very patient with making my pup’s experience as calm, personal, and comfortable as possible.

They do not know how to do a summer cut on a bernedoodle. They basically completely shaved him then stuck him in this nasty crate to be picked up in. Don’t go here! Avoid this place at all costs.

I took my poodle in for a hair cut. she was very matted but has been matted when she has gotten hair cuts before without a problem. I had to sign a matted weaver form and when I picked her up I was told about a sore that was starting to heal, that was nice of them to point out. but I realized that my poor puppy had multiple razor burns and she has been knicked on her private part. I was not told about any of these new sores or Knicks and it was a huge problem as they were sore , swollen and infected by the time I had realized what had happened. When I called over to Beccas and ask some questions I was told I signed the form and I said she wasn't even matted down there. she said they had to fight with the dog so she would hold still to get it cut down there, if this was the case why did they not just approach it differently or call me ? The reason my dog usually fights like that is usually a respond of something she's scared of, my guess is she got knicked then responded with fighting them off. I have taken her other places and have never had any problems. This is so sad! my dog has been in so much pain. if I had known up front I could have caught it sooner. we were told it was the owner Becca who gave her the hair cut and all the problems that came with it. It was a 140.00 to get my 13lb dogs hair cut and I left a great tip . Now my vet bill was a ER visit as she had nothing available for 3 weeks.

TL;DR- Wonderful at first, then they changed. Luxury priced basic salon, engaged in questionable business practices.Just got my puppies back from their first groom with Becca's. They did an awesome job. Having a groomer note that one of them seemed to have a hard time with the bath and so they used complimentary soothing shampoo was great. I've used much to my chagrin the Petsmart salon and there is hands down no competition, Becca's will get all of my grooming business, always. These are the faces of happy clients.Edit: After two years and some months of using Becca's pet salon, I have decided that enough is enough. To begin with, I and my pets were happy, now I am disappointed and find their continued price hikes untenable. I've attached a receipt to show individual costs assessed for my single 10-pound dog. That a $15 amount of shampoo and conditioner, a shampoo and conditioner combo available on Amazon for $26 for a full year supply for my dog, is used to wash an animal smaller than my lower leg is incredible, but that an animal whose whole face I can cover with one hand uses $6 of facial mud for a facial service I never approved is radically excessive.Despicable pricing practices are questionable for two reasons, I bathe my dog between groomer visits, and he is by no means a Pig Pen kid, he refuses to go outside during rain because it offends his dainty feet to be wetted. How is he $60 dirty in the first place? How is a 10 pound animal getting a buzz cut more expensive than a styled colored haircut at the human salon? The simple answer is that I already pay a relatively high price for dog grooming that literally requires no skill beyond using a set of clippers and not missing spots, these additional charges are just padding for an already elevated grooming price.Which leads to the second reason this pricing is despicable, either I'm not lucrative enough as a customer in general, so Becca's is trying to soft force my leaving as a client by pricing beyond my willingness/means. Or; Becca's is using our previously good report to try to pad for tips which I don't give on a $30 cost for my hair which is a basic haircut and won't give on a $60 haircut and bath for my 10-pound dog, or Becca's is padding their bills during a public health emergency.Either of these circumstances, and the runaway cost at Becca's are why I will never use their services again. I sincerely hope that those who use Becca's will reevaluate their business relationship, because forcing tips in a skilled profession where the base fees are already drastically higher than average or worse price gouging during a public health emergency are grossly wrong actions for a business to engage in.

I've searched high and low for a quality groomer in utah valley for my 90 pound rottie Skye. Becca's provides a good value and great quality. The workers are helpful and flexible, working around my changing schedule. We have been coming to Becca's every 2 weeks for several months now, and absolutely love how fresh and clean Skye is. The biggest benefit is the impact the wash service has had on her shedding. Her coat is smooth with minimal shedding. Her nails are well kept, and they are so gentle with her bad hips. She can't move around like she use to, and they take great care of her. I also love the automated text reminders and confirmations of appointments.

I have had the wonderful pleasure of taking my 9 year old Lab-English Setter (basically my child) and I have never dropped her off to a groomers that made her comfortable to where she was not even panicking for my return. Instead, she was sitting by with Becca when I came to get her hanging out.Making an advance appointment is needed, but at the most a week out. I even got her in once on the same day! Other pet groomers I had to schedule 2-3 months ahead and the equality was not worth the price or wait!! With the excellent prossional work she does, more advance appointments will be necessary I am sure of it, but always worth it!Becca's Pet Saloon does not cut corners with her job. They are true professionals and attended to every request I made by memory! When comparing her pricing to the fabulous grooming job done; these groomers should NEVER go without a tip! I tipped 20% the very first time upon seeing her work, and still have paid more at other places where it appeared I had dropped my dog off at a cookie cutter factory. I hope I never have to take my sweet puppy to another groomer again, and that she pursues her dreams of expanding her business. Just a reminder, Southern Utah needs a Becca's Pet Saloon.

We used to go to pet smart, and we couldn’t say the word groomer without our dog throwing up. We took our 9 months old Standard and Miniature poodles, and they did an amazing job! The dogs feel so soft, and they put cute, festive bows on the dogs. Not to mention, they are really good with our pets. I definitely trust them with my fur babies! The dogs didn’t want to leave when we went to pick them up, as in, literally tried to run back in. They LOVED the salon! It was like they had a spa day. I would 10/10 recommend.

I am very pleased with the grooming experience we had at Becca's Pet Salon. Both dogs look amazing, and they were treated so well. Becca pointed out one of our dogs have a hernia, and we are having the vet fix that next week. These groomers are professional, caring and do a great job. We will be back.

I was very impressed with Becca’s pet salon from the moment I walked in! The Salon was very clean. The grooming ladies were friendly and welcoming. I felt my two Yorkie’s were in good hands. When I came to pick them up they looked beautiful! My yorkie’s are 10+ years old and one has had to have a muzzle with past groomers. She did not need one. Probably because she felt safe! Best customer service, incredible work and an amazing price! Like a lot of people on here, I was reading reviews and that is what brought me to Becca's Pet Salon. Her number was the first I called but it was after hours. I spoke with several other local groomers who didn't impress me and had high prices. When I finally got in touch with Becca she was very kind and understanding of my situation where I work full time and am in training mode with 2 challenging 7 month old shih tzu puppies. Not only did she do a beautiful job, but she let me watch and gave me tips on how to maintain my dogs cuts between appointments. She took the time needed to make sure they looked perfect. My little female gave her a really hard time at first but Becca maintained control, worked through my puppy's bad behavior and actually won both my little dogs over in the end. "The tattooed woman" (who has a touching story behind her tattoos) is a true artist who loves her work and the animals. I will definitely be returning and will refer my friends.

This was a pleasant experience for my dogs and I felt comfortable with the ladies working there and leaving my fur babies with them. They did a good job, but lost a star because I specifically asked for them to trim behind the ears of my dogs and they forgot one of them. I'll be coming back here, though and will give them another star if they remember next time 😉 prices are great here, just about average and they do a good job. I switched groomers from another recently and Becca's Pet Salon is much better. Takes about 4ish hours for my Shelties. Nice location and great experience, over all.

Becca's Pet Salon is the best grooming experience we have ever had in our 13 years of pet ownership. Becca is kind and gentle but can still handle our hyper hound and stubborn 98 lb. husky/shepherd. The environment is calm and quiet, much less stress on the pups. Her prices are amazingly competitive and honest ~ we can now afford more frequent grooming! We are so happy to have found Becca's!!!

The groomers here have experience and treat your dog right. Michelle is very patient with my SUPER naughty dog that tries to bite her. She puts her safety on the line to teach my dog not to fear grooming. They charge what they are worth and it’s worth the higher price and longer wait to get your dog groomed at Becca’s. If you want to go somewhere cheap and fast go somewhere else.

Our dog is a bit shy and sensitive and Becca's Pet Salon takes such good care of her when she's there. She always comes out looking amazing. We've brought our dog in with matted fur and Becca has done all in her power to demat her and still make her look gorgeous. Becca gives eveything her all and we are so impressed and grateful to have such a wonderful place to take our pup!
