Dixie was an amazing hostess and super accommodating. My room was super fun, and most importantly clean and quiet. I stayed in the falling in love room, loved sleeping up on the high bed, and looking at the magical stars cape on the ceiling every night. I stayed four days and would’ve loved to stay longer. Dixie was super helpful at recommending hiking trails, fun places to go, and great places to eat. These rooms were by far the best priced I saw any place in the state. Also, it’s in a prime location and super close to Zion national Park. I will definitely be back.

This place was great! When you're out in what feels like the middle of nowhere, here is a small gem. The hotel/motel does not look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you, each room has its own flare and is super cute. Everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location between both Zion and Bryce Canyon worked out well for using the location as a center point. The hostess was friendly and welcoming and gave us good tips for food and whatever else we needed. I am so glad I found the Parkway for our stay and would recommend again and again.

This was a great find in town. Dixie was great to work with come check in time. She offers clean rooms at a fair rate. What more can you ask for. I enjoyed my stay. Room had a space heater, microwave, fridge and TV for movies.

We stayed at this cute themed room motel but the problem was which room to choose? We finally chose the Wild West room and loved it! We saw all themed and regular rooms and all were clean and well appointed. If you are visiting Zion And Bryce National parks this motel would be a great choice. Why stay in a cookie cutter room when you can stay here in a cute clean comfortable themed room at a most reasonable rate! We will be back and most definitely recommend it to all.

We stumbled. upon this motel and are very happy we did! Dixie was very accommodating and gave a lot of recommendations for our trip. Stayed in the cave-themed room and very much enjoyed the vibe. Room was clean and was a nice, peaceful stay. After a couple of pretty noisy nights in national park campgrounds, Dixie and her motel were a sight for sore eyes.

What a gem of a motel! We stopped by here by chance around 5:00 PM and were able to get a room, and by 7:00 there was only one room left. Granted, it only has seven rooms total, but each room is uniquely decorated and the price (compared to the much more expensive places just a bit closer to Bryce Canyon or Zion NP) is quite economical. The Proprietress at the front desk is friendly and accommodating, and there is a very friendly "motel cat" who will greet you with a meow and will let you pat her. A comfortable bed, high speed WiFi, proximity to a grocery store across the street, and whimsically decorated rooms made this a great place to stay. I highly recommend this to anyone passing through.

Dixie is very accommodating and kind! Very willing to make the stay comfortable. And probably the cheapest place for miles, only $60/night! One hour from Zion. She also has really fun themed rooms!

It was a unique, but not excellent experience. We stayed two nights. The first night, we were given two queen beds that felt rock hard and made it very hard to get any sleep. The walls and commonly touched areas were dingy but at least it felt clean, overall. The second night, we got a different room with a more comfortable bed, in a "cave style" room. The front desk person made an error and over-charged us by $700 but refunded the money, and then they offered us a free night on our next visit. We probably won't be going back. If the other places are full or too expensive, then I would recommend this place.

This place was awesome. Stayed in the "Cowboy" themed room and it was great. Had an AC unit in the room, fast WiFi and a neat "troff" bath/shower. Booked through Airbnb and the service was great. Also a really good distance between both Zion and Bryce Canyon. 20 minutes to Zion and about 45 to Bryce.

This is the cutest place i've ever been to. My girlfriend and I rented the suite, because we needed a fridge for the night. The suite was apparently this cozy little room with the bed elevated 3 feet above the floor, and part of af wooden log made into a stair to access the bed and with a mirror above the bed. And only for 70$ and the regular room was only 50$. The owner offered that we could borrow her own private laundry machine. I can under any circumstances recommend this place to anyone👍👍👍

Stayed here in 2010 and 2012, both times two nights. Great atmosphere, nice owners. Space isn't huge but the decoration is very well done. Location between Bryce and Zion NP excellent as a base for trips.

This cozy locally owned hotel has charm. We rented one of the themed rooms which I highly suggest you do the same. The rooms are clean and come with a refrigerator and microwave. The grocery store is across the street and next got a gas station also. We will be staying again.

This place is awesome my family and I were traveling from Arizona to Idaho and one of my sons started to get sick and the hostess told us to get him settled first and then come take care of the bill she was so sweet and kind would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again. The beds were very comfortable better than motel 6 that we stayed at the night before

Wasn't able to get a room in such a short notice but the woman working there was incredible. She was kind enough to give us information for all the motels in the area so we could find a place to stay. If ever back in the area I will definitely try to get a room there just because the staff was so good to us.

I’m so glad others had a good experience but our stay was so terrible that it’s now a running joke in our family. The rooms were filthy. Like to the point I didn’t want to take my shoes off or get in bed; the shower curtain was mildewy, the couch was stained with who knows what, there were pubic hairs in the bed, cob webs all over the literal tree branches in the Falling In Love room (don’t worry, they’re right above the bed and if you’re feeling amorous there’s A MIRROR ON THE CEILING) and get this- we ran out of toilet paper. After 1 day. There was no one in the office or to be found anywhere, so we had to walk across the street and buy our own. And it wasn’t just our room; we were traveling as an extended family and rented 3 rooms. I mean it was so bad I can’t eveb be mad, it’s just comical and I’m grateful we didn’t contract any diseases.
