Horrible service.. This pharmacy is almost completely inept of how to do their jobs. My husband is always out of/many days over his medication, and they just won't have the refills, or have no idea what's going on. It's infuriating.They also need to update and remodeled the building It's disgusting here.

I went at 7:30pm to pick up some money from Wester Union and they said they already close it so they won’t be able to help me that I should go somewhere else! They close at 8:00pm!! Not 7:30pm! The guy just didn’t wanna work anymore! 2/5/2023

I will be going out of the country for 2 weeks. My prescription is supposed to refill in a few days, but I will be gone, so I will be out of my medication while I'm gone. I had my doctor send in another prescription for the medication, so I will have it on my trip. Walgreens refuses to refill it even though it is a new prescription. So what they expect me to have terrible withdrawals from the medication? Simply because I will be out of the country. I highly do not recommend Walgreens.

Pharmacies in competent and doesn't know how to enter insurance information. I have to walk an extra half a mile there and back to my house just because they can't do their job right.

Refused to check other Walgreens to see if my wife's pain medicine was in stock elsewhere. She just got out of surgery and had to run around town in pain because of your garbage customer service. Will be filling our prescriptions with your competitors going forward.

This pharmacy beyond impressed me. The pharmacy went above and beyond to get me the best price, and I had no idea they could even get me that low in price. I felt like they were really looking out for me even though they easily could have just filled it and let it be. It was nice to know that they were looking out for me. Would fill all my prescriptions from here if I were from the area.

Guy at the front desk treated me horribly and wouldn't reload my Bank Card without giving me a hard time for no good reason. He was the meanest I've experienced in a long time. Also he didn't even do the job correctly. The things he was saying was very unprofessional and I had my reciept literally thrown at me and dropped all my change. I did not get the name because I was so anxious to get out of there but he should not be working there at all the way I was treated at all. He is an older man that is shorter. Hopefully he doesn't give anyone as hard of a time as he did me.

I've been trying to get a hold of somebody in the pharmacy all day to get some help with a prescription/insurance billing issue... Every time I call, I get stuck on hold, then when it's finally "my turn," it hangs up on me. I've tried at different times too, just in case they had some sort of a busy rush or had a new employee who didn't know how to answer the phone. I get it, but that's REALLY poor customer service. I've been hung up on 4 times, and was on hold as long as 40 minutes at one time!

During peak periods of COVID, they administer tests out of the prescription pickup window, plan on an hour to pick up a prescription via drive through if there are more than 3 cars in line. This location is always out of very common prescriptions. Do not have prescriptions sent to this location electronically, get a paper prescription from your provider and walk it in to ask if they have it, so you don’t have to wait 2 weeks before they have it in. Better yet, have it sent to mail-order delivery at CVS, they never have those issues.

I received outstanding customer service by a lady named Rose and a gentleman named Jeremy in the photo department. A picture of mine came out with a face that was cut out by accident. Without me asking, both of them helped me by correcting the issue and reprinted the photo without any charge. This kind of customer service is hard to come by nowadays and it was exceptional. Thank you for the great customer service and keep up the good work!

They are super slow and the red head has no manners whatsoever. I definitely would rather stick to the Syracuse one. The cashiers in the front are nice and that is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. The pharmacy is just horrible

For some reason this pharmacy acts way busier than they actually are. My fiancée sat for a half hour trying to get ahold of someone that wasn’t a bot. A man answered asking her to hold then proceeded to hang up on her. When she finally got ahold of someone they seems really inconvenienced and rushed to get her off the phone.

Went here early in the morning to get the Covid Test that the Taylorsville location couldn't (or wouldn't) help resolve after their machines broke. We could tell the staff was a bit stressed likely from the calls and notes left and also the long line, but they handled it like professionals. They listened to our case and willingly took our information and found our appointments and got us through with a smile. Night and day difference from what we experienced yesterday. Thank you!

It sayd online that they cash checks but once you actually go in all of them (at least in Ogden, Utah) say no they do not cash checks. Really need to update your store info online to save people time and money.

You never know when the pharmacy is going to be closed. Sunday at 5:45pm the drive up has closed card board up. Says meal break 1:30-2pm? Open until 9pm. I googled their open hours before I drove there 👎

Supposed to be open now. 6:30 pm on Sunday. The pharmacy isn't. My son was just discharged. I have to get his prescriptions before nightfall. The website said they were open. I just walked in and the pharmacy is closed. Tried to go to the bathroom (women's). It was disgusting. Had to leave. Waste of time and gas and patience.

There was no one up front at the register for around 10 mins. I waited for a bit and tried to check out at the pharmacy. They told me they were trying to close up for lunch. I put the item back and walked out with no one ever noticing I was there. Terrible service.

I had a coupon that clearly said “show barcode to cashier” and the Walgreens cashier declined to take it. That “they don’t scan coupons off of phones.” I don’t understand why have promotions on mobile that clearly come with instructions for the employees on how to check out. if you’re not going to take them. Makes no sense.
