They are always so good with my dogs. They have a gentle, caring touch. My dogs bark at people all the time, but they never bark at the sweet ladies in this shop. I highly recommend. I go here for nail trimming.

I have 2 mini golden doodles, Melany has been grooming my girls for a couple of years now. She does such a great job and listens to my requests. My girls don’t even fight me when I drop them off.

I needed to find a new groomer for my American Cocker Spaniel, Bree. This located is 5 minutes away and has great service and pricing. They have done a great job and my little Bree is comfortable with the staff (this is pretty much one of the most important things for me to be honest) They do a great job with her grooms and bath and brush outs. My first two visits I told them to do everything, and I may not of been clear or perhaps they did not charge me, but they do have extra fees for a brushing of the teeth, nail trim, anal glads... it's reasonable but you may want to ask specifically for these.Now to address some things of general knowledge. Real grooming places such as these don't have specific price lists they go off of. I have had Bree in a full Cocker Show Coat with a hand stripping that would cost upwards of $120 dollars. (Not sure they do hand stripping here, I haven't needed it done for her)If you have a dog, mixed breed, etc, prices will be estimates... there is no set price with a true grooming shop. Yea, go into Petco, you know how much my Cocker Groom is there for the bells and whistles? $90, it's because they have set pricing on Breed, etc. Be educated about grooming, these guys know what they are doing, there's more to grooming than just a bath and a cut. Other factors go into it, if you don't brush your dog, they can try and de-mat, you'll get charged, if it's too bad, they may have to shave that part off or take more off a specific area that you would like. If it's left, it hurts the dog in the long run. I hate reading reviews of places when it honestly comes down to the customer not knowing whats up.This place is great, I've not had a bad experience at all and they've been truly exceptional. There spots do fill up often if you're trying to get a last minute groom, it may be hard... but they can add you to their cancellation list, this has worked for me 2 times within the past like 2 months, but I'd suggest calling at least a week in advance if you really have a specific day you need, just a tip =)

Best grooming experience!!!! The last place I took my boy cut his nipple off and after letting them know he might be extra nervous they gave him extra care and his cut is perfect! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Best experience!

I am not one to write reviews but after 6+ years of going here it’s time to express how wonderful they are. We live 30 minutes away but drive the distance to take our baby girl to someone who takes such amazing care of her. Ashley not only makes her look and smell beautiful but when I pick up my baby who is terrified of her shadow from the groomer she is calm and comfortable in Ashley’s arms. You will not be disappointed with this groomer there is none better. 100% recommend.

It would be a disservice to yourself and your furbabies to not come support local here! I have been taking both of my dogs here every six weeks like clockwork for several years. Melanie is incredibly caring and communicative. I never have to stress or worry about my fur son's while they're at the Laundro Mutt. I am thankful for the entire staff's professional yet down to earth culture they create. Best prices! Incredible Reliability! My boys always look great, even when I change their styles up lol. 10/10☆☆☆☆☆

I really like the service we get at the LaundroMutt. I've tried a couple other places nearby that were either bad or expensive. This is a family run operation, that provides a caring and professional service. Several times they have accommodated me when I've messed up the appointment time by working me in anyway. I recommend them to my friends.Unfortunately, they've gotten so busy that they no longer meet my needs. It's super hard to get in and I don't like it that they shave my dog if she's not perfectly groomed when I take her there. Isn't that what groomers are for?

I called in this morning to schedule my golden retriever for a bath and cut and I am so glad I called them first before another. The receptionist informed me that golden retrievers shouldn’t be shaved or cut, because it could alter their hair follicles and her hair could grow back different. My dog has such beautiful hair and I was just going to shave her down for summer months, so she wouldn’t be so hot. I am so thankful she was knowledgeable about my breed!!! Nice to know that they aren’t money hungry and wouldn’t just do whatever I asked them to do!

My German Shepherd has a hard time going in to get his nails done, weve gone to do many different places because of this. The Laundromutt is the only shop I trust with getting his nails done now. They are so fast too! It’s always done in under 10 minutes. Love the staff and so thankful for them!

I loved the Laundromutt! I was worried about taking my dogs to be groomed because they are both rescues and one is a pitbull. I didn't want to stress them out or stress out the employees either, but they did an amazing job! They were extremely polite and helpful to talk with and to answer any questions I had when I called over the phone and when I had any questions in person. Both my dogs were groomed to perfection and neither of them were stressed out at the end of the visit. It was also very affordable, only $65 for both of them and it only took a little over an hour! I'll definitely keep coming back to get them groomed again at the Laundromutt.

I have to gorgeous Rottweilers. I take them to The Laundro-Mutt for a good cleanin'. They all do such a great job of their services, as well as their customer service. Never have I had a problem with any of the employees. The atmosphere is comforting to both my pets and myself. I will never take my dogs to another place. I highly recommend The Laundro-Mutt.

After not being able to have our dog groomed for the last six months because of three surgeries we finally were able to take him into the laundromutt. They did a marvelous job with our dog. We do appreciate her efforts for our dog.

Our Pomeranian always comes back with a cute haircut. We've been here several times with good results. This is the first time that we went and they didn't have his collar! His dog name tag was on it as well as his proof of rabies shot. Now our poor dog is under house arrest until it can be found or replaced. They claimed he wasn't wearing a collar (which he was) and that it wasn't where they would normally keep it (which can be verified because I looked all around and didn't see it either.) I do hope it shows up soon!PS The collar was found the next day. They were quick to call me once the owner of the poodle called in to say they had the wrong collar. Accidents happen. Fortunately, they followed through on notifying me quickly to fix the situation. And my dog still has a great haircut!!! I'm raising their rating.

The spa did an amazing time taking care of my Malamute. He is fluffy and was kind of stinky. They did an amazing job taking care of him. He was happy when I picked him up. Amazing smelling good and looking extra handsome with a tie. Thanks guys.

Been going here with my miniature Schnauzer for over a year; since his first puppy cut. Today was my last day.I went to pick up my dog and the groomer said she had to talk to me. She said that his legs were so matted that she had to decide being the $36 extra detangling or cutting it. She decided instead to make him suffer by brushing it. She acted like she did me a favor by not charging me, and acted really condescending. Sorry--my husband died the day of his last grooming; been a little distracted).Why wasn't I called?? Why was I not given all the options?? How dare she decide for me--and decide on the one that caused my dog the most discomfort?? I would have told her to shave it rather than put my baby through that. So we will not be going back again.

The Laundro-Mutt is the best groomer in Northern Utah. My dog is always excited to get is hair cut. This time, we put some color in his fur for Halloween. It was so cute and affordable. I will always take my fur baby here.

Highly recommend! My dog is very skittish around new people, and she loves them! They take about an hour and a half and for me, its around 40 dollars. Keep in mind my dog is smaller. They take their time and do such a thorough job! My dog always comes away smelling like cookies!

They do an amazing job with my dog, who is admittedly not the best dog and is always looking like a mess when I bring him in. They clean him up to the point where he looks like a show dog.I plan to take my other larger dog in soon because I trust them.Honestly, I never expected to find such great service for such a low price. I feel pretty blessed.

I called them this morning to ask about prices for my short haired lab mix that weighs 60 pounds. The woman on the phone was very rude. She told me she could not tell me over the phone and that if she had to give me a rough estimate it would be between 50 and 65 dollars! Seriously? Then I asked what services they provide, and she said "what are you looking for" so I said well my dog needs pretty much everything- washed, nails, ears and she cut me off and said "yeah we do that" I then asked what shampoos they use and what type of animal dryer they use and she literally sighed on the phone as if I was asking too many questions. She said "I don't know but I can find out before you get here" um...... no. I asked if that was all the services they do, and she said so rudely "yeah! what else are you looking for?!" I wanted my pups ears and teeth brushed too but as soon as she said that I was so over the phone call. I just said , Nevermind I will look for somewhere else to take him... and she said "Your welcome" and hung up. Are you kidding. Advice to the business owner- FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. These pets are like our family and after dealing with BS people like you have there is no way I would ever trust your company with my pup. I will never recommend this place to anyone and pretty disapointed because your location is so convenient to our home.

I really liked their service. They made my cat and dog look just perfectly clean and pets smell like roses (special thanks for cutting nails and brushing teeth). The price was great too. We will definitely come again!
