This company is amazing! They installed our carpet over a year and a half ago and everything about that experience was incredible, from the price point, to the quality of product and labor, to the amazing customer service. And then fast forward to now and our son badly burned a piece of the carpet with his pet gecko's heat lamp and they came all the way north to Brigham City to repair that small area and didn't charge me a cent! David, and his wife, Brandi were wonderful to work with!I’m a Realtor here in Northern Utah and needed to purchase some carpet to be installed in a home I’m selling. I needed it to match some other existing carpet though. Steprac had what looked like an almost perfect match! I was so relieved!Not only that, I needed to have some nasty cat urine soaked carpet removed and David did it, no problem! Home Depot won’t touch that, by the way.The install was fast (1 week from order to install). Quality was top notch, prices were very fair. I hope to be able to work with Steprac again! 5 stars!

Had a difficult time finding a place willing to stretch my carpet. When I called steprac they came out quickly to give me a quote and set up my carpet stretch. The original price quote was extremely fair, and at the end of the service I was told that they didn't have to do some of the work I was originally quoted for and that the final price was cheaper than original quote. He even stayed late to finish up a bedroom so we could move furniture around for the second day of the install.
