Don’t recommend going hereTook my golden doodle here for a grooming and went to pick her up and she was completely shaved. They claimed they had to shave her down to skin because of a few mild matted spots on her tail, chest, and butt. I told them not to go too short and don’t touch her head or face too much to retain that golden doodle look, but they didn’t listen to any requests and just shaved everything anyways. Now instead of my gorgeous golden doodle I now have a bald dog with a partially shaved tail. Now I have to get a coat for her because she has no fur! Just spend the extra and go to an actual groomer.

We had an appointment for bathing our cat. The appointment was changed from a Tuesday to a Monday as they only had one girl who did cats. Today we were told 3 girls did cats. Our cat is not ferocious. She rides in the carrier quietly. We dropped the cat off, showed rabies papers and left. We’d only been gone for 7 minutes when we got a call to come pick up the cat. We were told she went crazy with fright. I put the carrier in the car and she didn’t make a sound. Arrived back home with absolutely no problems. To say we are totally disgusted with our treatment is an understatement. I’ve taken my dog there for 4-5 years without any problems but this treatment was unacceptable.

We have been taking our Effie to Meranda to get groomed since she was a puppy. Effie always comes home looking exactly as we hoped. Love the services here and convenience of coming on the weekends. Thank you!

We get our turtles feeder fish from here. Good quality and always have a good supply. We also purchased a few angel fish and glow fish. Friendly fast service.

Hamster passed away from old age and was trying to decide if we should transition to a guinea pig. The workers were amazing and answered all my questions. The young man got them out and let my daughter pet them. He also got down on her level and was talking to her about guinea pigs. Really great employee's!

This review is specifically for grooming in Logan utah. Petsmart has groomed our golden retriever 3 times. The last time we took her in, the groomer refused to groom her because she was "too hyper and not safe." The groomer then gave my husband a flier for the dog training services they offer. Our dog is used to being brushed as she is brushed daily by us, and there was never any mention of her not being obedient during previous grooming sessions. The times they did groom her, they did do a decent job. However, I won't re-schedule with uncertainties that she will be groomed. I now book with a service that can handle my "hyper" dog. They praise what a good girl she is and how gentle she is to groom.

Customer service was great, store was clean. Doggo enjoyed picking out new toys and chews for her first birthday. They had a lot of different options for leashes with matching collars and name tags. There were also a lot of toys, training treats and chews to choose from. Price points were decent for everything we purchased. While I was at the machine getting her name tag Sheissa started to get restless and bored, a store clerk came over and played with her while I finished it.

Fish are always sick and dying. Raised overseas in brackish water and shortly die when transferred to home aquarium. It's way better to get your fish from a local breeder or someone who imports healthier fish like ADHD Aquatics where all fish are raised in the same water or acclimated properly.

I took my dog to be groomed and Sydney was the girl who helped us. She was amazing!! Listened and did exactly what I wanted. My dog looked so good I thought I was gonna cry haha. Seriously the best haircut he’s gotten in the 11 years of his dog life. Thank you so much Sydney and Petsmart!!

Our dog looked fantastic. The groomer (Kami) did everything we asked and did a great job with our dog. It was our dogs first time ever being groomed professionally and she didn’t come home traumatized. We will definitely be coming back!

Don't buy fish here. The tanks are cloudy, a few of the fish had clearlyIdentifiable diseases, and the fish food was expired. Petsmart is not the place to buy hobby fish.

I just had to use the bathroom and they had no toilet paper so I used the toilet covers.
