Unless you're a member they will charge you .10 cents per bag for your items..Edit - unless you let them monitor your purchases they will charge you extra to bag your items. Has absolutely nothing to do with the "environment" as they replied. If you are a "member" then they don't care about the environment and will happily bag your items for you without charge!

Service has been great up until a few months ago. Now they (Kat-manager) constantly reschedule and are unable to get the pets in immediately. This last time was canceled multiple times and refused to get those THEY canceled on in first. Poor customer service and poor management. After 10 yrs I am finding a new groomer who is reliable.

We had an appointment for our 2 toy poodles, when we get there the groomer came looked at both of them and said: im not doing this one, I'm not doing that one either, go get them to a vet.Not professional at all. Wont never come back.Thanks for the advice though, we took them to a vet who was super professional, friendly and did an excellent job. Oh! an also was very affordable.

Kaysha makes it a positive experience for my pet. She does a wonderful job with the haircut itself and she is so gentle with our sweetie. We love how our girl looks when she leaves, but more importantly, she enjoys the experience. I would never take my pet back to a place they didn't enjoy the process. Kaysha fills out a little report card each time and she comments personally on my dogs grooming and how it went. We love her!

Dropped in unannounced for a nail cut and grind for our dog. Very nice and more than happy to work her in for a nail trim. But is what made us the most happy is the girl that trimmed her nails did such a good job! I mean really nice job. We'll be back!!

It wouldn’t let me give them a 0 star so that’s why it’s 1After waiting a month I had the time wrong so I called 10 minutes into my appointment and they wouldn’t let her come, after waiting another two weeks I was there early with all my paperwork etc. and then My dog barked once and they said they wouldn’t groom her. I’m never using them again and I think if they can’t handle barking dogs they need to try a different line of work.

Kaysha is so patient and good with my dogs. She remembers how I like them cut and groomed. She is fast and the pricing is fair. I will only allow Kaysha to groom my furbabies, she puts a very caring touch to her services. Thank You!

I have a small short haired dog so $34 For a shampoo and nail trim is over priced. But ok, everything is overpriced post COVID, or is it 🤔 Top it off now they charge $6 for “materials” that NO ONE mentioned the entire time we discussed the price. What a rip off.

The lady that groomed my dog is very unprofessional. Right when we walked she seemed bothered by us. When we got our dog she looked traumatized. We noticed she had cuts and scratches on her tail and private part and who knows what else they did to her. She seems traumatized ever since she got out of there. Terrible job do not recommend taking your dog to get groomed here. Especially service 4.

Kimberly goes above and beyond to care for Thor. He was recently diagnosed with canine diabetes and severe dry skin is one of his symptoms. Kimberly uses her expertise in choosing the best shampoo and extra moisturizers for Thor's problem areas. She always informs us of any issues she observes and gives a good report card on Thor's experience. Kimberly cares for our fur baby like a member of her family! He looks beautiful when I pick him up and always has a doggy smile on his face for Kimberly

My husband and I are regular customers. We have two bearded dragons & lots of fish as well as are bully pit terrior. We get everything for them from petco. The staff is very friendly & have alot of knowledge about what we need. We love petco in ogden!

When I picked up my dog he was shaking, his head and tail were hanging, he was traumatized! Took him hours to calm down He has never been like this before. And they did a horrible job bathing him, he was very dirty around his head. I will never take him back to this Petsmart!

When I came in I was very uncomfortable with the UNprofessionalism of the management!! I hear so many complaints outside of the store and I don’t feel comfortable bringing my dog here ever again!! They treat their employees terribly! What kind of business is being ran here?? I would never recommend going here ever!
