And they informed me that I could save a few more dollars, by returning with the empty container, to refill it when i need to purchase more. I was delighted to hear that.

I was hesitant to have my dog groomed here after a bad experience at the Draper store, but Jaymz was excellent! My dog has delicate skin and he followed instructions and took special care of her. I'm thrilled that we've found our new go-to!

I had to review about the great customer service we received today. Her name was Cindy. We have purchased several pets with Petco over the years and also shopped for supplies. Today was just a different experience. We were buying live crickets for our leopard gecko and she was explaining to us how to keep them alive as well as other tips to help us care for our reptile. After we left I had mentioned to my husband we'd been in that store many times and today I just left a lot more confident and knowledgeable. Thank you Cindy for your friendly service and for sharing your knowledge. We will definitely be back.

Waiting in the fish area for assistance after one customer consumed the assistance of an associate for a 1/2 hour + blocking the view of those tanks. After that guest was finally done, left to help some other person who had just came into the store. Product in hand, I just sat it down and left. Sad part is, the exact thing happened the day before. Giving this location a second chance, they still failed. Sad.

I have a lot of fish and they are really willing to help. One problem is that the African Dwarf Frogs they had are all gone. I understand this because they got a common disease when I had them, They probably were already sick. I just die when I see the ferrets all snuggled up together. It just makes my heart melt. I also like their selection of reptiles, my brother bought a leopard gecko and he is still alive even 4 years later! The pacman frogs are adorable and they are always like a wheres waldo puzzle trying to find them. I love the kittens with all my heart too. They are just soo cute and they almost beat the ferrets. The hampters are the coolest. And once I saw that one of them was smart and knocked over the barrier between the hamsters. They have really good pricing and a good selection. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good pet store. The average review should be 5 stars not 4.3. They also have evil fish. There was a dying fish and there were like 15 other fish nipping at it. It was very interesting to watch the teamwork that was going on.

I went in looking for dog tags. I wanted the kind you could engrave. They had a good selection of those. The engraving machine was easy to use and did a really nice job. I'm happy with the results. It was a good visit.

We traveled here and forgot our pee pad. The store does carry one of each kind that there's one works for us. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this store If you are in my situation.

I will never put my dog again to Petco grooming. They have zero understanding how to work with the large dogs like mine. And as far as my dog was adopted from shelter, he had never been groomed before. My dog was badly stressed out after the appointment. And they didn't finished drying " because he bited the groomers hand". How about professional tools for that ?! I am so disappointed and mad about this grooming. Never again!Ps. I read the previous feedback , I can prove that they are " very professional with the small dog's"

They wouldn’t let me buy goldfish. I went in to buy some goldfish for my tank. It was like going through an interview process. I got grilled pretty hard. It was really awkward and uncomfortable. I’ve never had such a difficult time buying a product.

We went to get some birds and needed info on care and what to do and what not to do. We got exactly that and more. I cannot for the life of me remember the two ladies names that helped us out but both were helpful and super nice.

We went into petco with my 3 dogs and the dog trainer went in to sneak a pet on one of them, which startled him so he growled. We assured her he's friendly (he's only 5 months old) and her response was, "I don't trust dogs that growl at me." Sorry but my dog don't trust random strangers trying to sneak a pet from behind the owner. Usually you ask the owner before you pet a dog/pup that you don't know. I feel like just because she was the trainer she thought she had leeway with dogs. Totally unprofessional for someone in that department if you ask me. Pup or not, it's still a dog you don't know.

Disappointed But Not Surprised.Recently I went to this location to get my dog groomed (large border collie/lab). I was excited that they could fit me in as I was a walk in appointment. However that excitement quickly turned into disappointment as not even an hour goes by and I receive a call that my dog had bitten someone and I must pick up immediately. When the groomer was explaining the situation I quickly realized that my dog had nipped, not bitten, but I understand that once that happens it’s scary to continue with the process.After talking with the groomer more I can’t help but think that the groomer was inexperienced or just didn’t understand how to their job properly. The reason why my dog reacted the way he did is because he had stepped in piss (which was already on the ground when I walked in at noon - do better) and the groomer had decided to “clean his pee covered paw”. As instinct I believe my dog reacted as anyone would when they’re touching your feet (for example) - you just react. That is why my dog nipped is because the groomer (somehow) doesn’t understand that dogs aren’t toys? Pardon me but I have a dog, not a 5 lbs little white dog that looks like a toy. If you’re going to touch a sensitive region of an animal perhaps you should take a precautionary measure? I don’t know i’m not a groomer but if you’re going to be one at least, do it right? I also don’t understand why you would decide to clean that up right then and there when it’s very likely that the dog will get messy somehow again. In addition to this the front desk man was not helpful, HATES his job (he complained about it vocally to me and my father), and if it wasn’t unprofessional he would have definitely rolled his eyes as he would rather be in bed than at work.I’ve been here many times before and had him groomed just fine. Why today was a problem? No idea but I don’t have one single bone in my body to return because they don’t deserve my business or any sort of tip. I’m going somewhere that actually has employees who don’t hate their lives or job.
