Adopted a beautiful little girl by them at Petco this last weekend..about 2 days in I bathed her and she had fleas. I tried contacting them to ask why I wasn't told about it. They responded with we didn't know but I know for a fact that they bathed her the day I adopted her because I was told. I found it very odd that the owner would not give me her name and now I know why. This nonprofit isn't even open and they are doing adoptions around Ogden and the Roy area. I've contacted Petco and will be informing the BBB. I feel badly for these animals if they aren't treating the symptoms that these strays have. I will obviously be keeping my angel as she doesn't deserve to have to go back due to their mistake. If you can't afford to help any dog from them I would suggest getting here.Update: as you all can read they blame this on me and the dog being sold as is...I find this extremely messed up as I don't consider something that is living as is. And I like how you added my financials out here to try to make me look like an awful person. Yes you are 100 percent correct. I made a deal with that lady on getting her sooner. Due to the fact I needed and wanted an ESA for my C-PTSD. The fact that I made a deal with the woman at the store has no solid ground as to why this adoption wasn't handled properly. And if that did have an impact on it then it shouldn't have been arranged by your employee. And I know you have said this 3x now.. doesn't make it any less true that she didn't tell me. I thought we had come to an arrangement as I had taken care of the poop issue where that was actually told to me. But considering this response clearly we haven't. Now let me explain something...a 501c3 is not meant for you to make money. From your explanation as to why this business is struggling for funds. A 501c3 is a non profit..meaning you don't earn money for doing charity work. I like many Americans know how hard it is to keep ends met. However if you are spending your SSI on said non profit and it isn't enough then outsourcing is needed so that every animal gets taken care of properly. No funding is not the problem of the people who place the adoptions of one of your animals. They are responsible for said animals they adopt only. I will not take responsibility for something that is out of my control but I will however stand up for myself. So I will say this again. DO NOT ADOPT FROM THIS 501C3 THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG WITH THE ANIMALS.

I love this place it has great people working there they are doing a great service for animals and man kind. The thrift shop is not greedy one bit. Any support you can offer them will help the animals that they serve. I do believe that they accept donations. I believe it is a nonprofit organization so all the support they can get would be awesome.

I have shopped here quite often. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. They have always been kind, welcoming and generous. I was in there on St. Patrick's Day and they gave me home made corn-beef and cabbage. We are moving out of our house and I am hoping I can donate my gently used items to them. I will be happy knowing they are getting any funds they can. I just wish the store were bigger, as they have a lot in a small space.

In July 2021 we adopted the most wonderful miniature fox terrier named Dottie. She is the happiest, loving, best dog we have ever had. She has brought so much joy to our household. The adoption process was easy. I highly recommend adopting through pack n pounce. I especially recommend Adrianne, she is professional and great to work with. Great experience adopting our cherished fur baby!

It's a tiny store filled with treasures. I love thrifting and knowing the money goes to help sick animals feel better and get adopted makes it so much better! The staff was so nice too. Definitely a place that will have my business for a long time!

This place is greedy! They want too much for their crap. They say it's for the animals but the owners are always taking vacations. I've been in there several times and watched them follow people around like they were trying to steal something. There are better thrift stores around town. The DI, Salvation Army, Savers and the YCC which are not open all the time but the staff are friendly and enjoyable. Salvation army help the homeless and give to them without charge. So they are always in need of donations like good shoes and coats. They go to a good cause.

All of the staff are very friendly! We found what we thought was our furever friend at the Farmington pet store, unfortunately do to our house being to small we had to take the dog back, they told us we can come back and try a new animal if we would like. 10 months later I came back and they still honored what they told us in the beginning, I was able to take home our 2 year old Luke, and he is the perfect match for our growing family. Thank you so much Pack N Pounce!

A small place crammed with interesting stuff. I didn't see any men's clothing, but found a great greeting card for only a penny. Large selection of good books too.

Wow this is the type of thrift store that made thrift stores hip. Packed full of items. Prices that make them walk out the door and I had the friendliest chat with the woman behind the counter as she delicately wrapped my .25 cent dishes In newspapers.

Their prices are the highest in around. They want too much for their junk. Look, their asking new prices on some of their stuff. UM, I'll just go buy it new, thank you very much. Besides the stuff here is so dirty and broken. When I asked about the a price on something I was floored when she said, "It sells on line for 100 so it's 100." I said no thanks (because I defiantly couldn't afford to pay that much for it especially when it's only worth 40 if that) then she said " someone will buy it for that price" she goes on talking snoty to another customer, "some people just can't afford it and want something for nothing." They just come in here to get things to resale. O, he'll no! She didn't, " that's not the kinda person I am" she tried to retract her statement but that was it I will never go back there again. First of all lady you weren't even reasonable. So it wasn't hard to pass up. Second you don't treat customers like garbage. What the check is wrong with you? If you don't know your stuff this place will take you for a ride.

The Store definitely needs to be much larger and it is difficult to find if you are unfamiliar with the area. Is there any way caring citizens might help with these two important concerns..Are you the ONLY store in the greater Ogden area that does anything similar to you. If the answer is yes, something needs to be done and soon.Shelters and rescue groups need our help in the feeding, caring for, and finding homes for all beautiful speak animals unable to speak for themselves. Please, would you try to adopt some of their compassion and help in your own way. Finally has an effort been made getting grants, aid from surrounding cites, or fund raising,, etc?

We were going to adopt a kitten, however they handed us a adoption form and said fill it out then you can pick a kitten, we did not sign the adoption forms, and all the kittens they were bringing out had ear mites and upper respiratory infection. We told them we had changed our mind as we have a cat at home and didn't want to spread the infection, and tried to push us into adopting. I'm all for saving little lives, however we need to have the cat find us, not pick one up because they are sick and be forced to. Almost called animal security, as they wouldn't let us into the back.

I was referred to them by Petco regarding information on how to save the life of a kitten. Their store supports local animal adoption services. They gave me horrible advice that I should take the kitten somewhere and let it go to fend for itself. I was appalled that someone who supported animal rights would give that kind of advice. They also said things about the Weber County Animal Shelter that I knew were not true.

Do not drop your pets off with them. We were forced to give up our cat and ended up finding him in a pet store. We donated 50 for our cat to be dropped off, and ended up spending 100 to get him back because that is not what was promised to us. We needed to rescue him from that situation.

Awful, bought my cat from Farmington Petco and the cats come from Pack N' Pounce so he ended up with FIP and died; my parents went to check this place out and they saw a nightmare, plus they think that the staff people may have taken a few "trips" (if you know what I mean).

They have a great crew and it is great what they do for the animals. They put every dime towards the help of animals, completely non profit organization. I will always go there.
