Love this place! Employees are friendly and the place is clean. Dog nail trims are $5 for smaller dogs & $10 for larger dogs. So handy! Grooming is always done well. Have friends that go there and they love the place and employees. I tend to watch the animals through the window into the grooming room, and all dogs seem comfortable and are well taken care of. Definitely recommend!

They were somehow able to groom/ shave my doodle when another place had to turn her away. She looks funny shaved but they were very nice about her little attitude. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm here at 4:47, been here since 4:35, on a Wednesday afternoon. Sign and website clearly says open til 5:00, there is no one here and and the closed sign is turned. We have a dog boarding reservation scheduled. Need someone to contact me immediately.EDIT: No one called or showed up and we stayed until 5:00. We have boarded our dogs here for 3 years, multiple times, but this lack of unprofessionalism is going to have us go elsewhere for boarding going forward

My Shelties have been to groomers both in Sandy, Salt Lake City and now Roy. I have been so fortunate to find a groomer that I am so thrilled with. Every time I have been here they return a beautiful show dog to me. They are that wonderful. Just a suggestion, call ahead for an appointment. Everyone here is so personable.

I would give 0 starts if had that option. Ok so going to try to keep this as short as possible.I dropped my puppy off yesterday at noon to get groomed at THE LITTLE DOG HOUSE IN HARRISVILLE. I will not name names but the Individual at the front desk questioned me about how short I wanted to cut it.Anyway 4 hours later my husband called to get the status to see if they were close to getting done with our puppy. Same individual laid into my husband yelled at him and told him maybe 30 45 more min but he didn't know. So we waited for the call he was done. This came in at 4:45. Well we live in hooper they are located in Harrisville takes about .5 hour to get there with no traffic but being it was 4:45 there was traffic so we headed out as soon as they called. My husband got a call while we were on the freeway I could hear him yelling at my husband to get there now. Husband said we are on our way. Not even 5 min later he called me yelling at me to come get my dog NOW. I told him again we were maybe 5 min out if that. HE YELLED AT ME THREATENED TO BOARD MY DOG FOR THE NIGHT. Told him I was calling police.So we get there my husband went in to get our dog. Said individual threatened to call the police because my husband was trespassing after hours because they closed at 5 and we got there about 5:20. He told him to go ahead that I was already on the phone with the police. He brought our puppy out nicely then threw the leash and our card at my husband after pd. We waited until the police got there and while waiting he was storming in and out of the building slamming the doors and yelling at us. My 12 year old daughter was in the back seat sobbing. She was terrified. He was acting completely irratic and unstable. We said we were sorry you close at 5 but we needed time to get there. Police made sure we got our pup and made a comment on how horrible the cut looked after having him for 5 hours. The individual would not come out of the shop while the police were there.Called manager/owner this morning. Tried to tell him what happened. He hung up on me because he was busy. So my husband called and got our money back and owner/mgr said he would talk to the irrational individual we dealt with and the 2 groomers that were still there. This individual seamed to be unstable and I would hate for anyone to have this experience or get hurt because of his anger. IN SHORT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE LITTLE DOG HOUSE TO MY WORST ENEMY FOR ANY DOG NEEDS. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND THIS IS THE CUT WE GOT SUPER CHOPPY AND SLOPPY. I have had other family members quit using them for any source of dog needs. For this exact same reason.

Took my husky/German Shepherd as a walk-in to get her nails clipped and they were great! My pup doesn’t usually like getting her nails clipped, and places like petsmart and petco are never able to get all her nails clipped because she is ‘too difficult’ but I have never had a problem with this place. Also it was only $5 for them to clip and grind her nails!

It was my second time coming, we're from Logan and I came for the pricing and the well first time experience. The cut wasn't nothing near the price increase I wasn't aware of and the groomer nicked her :'( I still tipped but definitely just going to Petsmart from now on I end up saving money in gas and a certainty on a professional grooming experience.

Terrible experience. Absolutely terrible. They gave my dog razor burn so bad he is in a cone. They also buzzed off his nipple and when I called to let them know they said "we don't think it's bad and you don't need to take him to a vet." They also told me AFTER I called to let them know they injured my dog that he behaved poorly (but told me when i picked him i he was great) so they had to muzzle him and I should have been charged more than they charged me. Now I have a vet bill and an injured dog. 🙃 DO NOT bring your pets here. Worst grooming experience I've ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. I can not even express to you the amount of frustration. I just paid this play 50 plus tip to then have to pay a vet visit and medication. Ridiculous.

I love the little dog house and I think Thor loves it too! He got a bath the other day and for Christmas they put a Christmas tie on him and cologne and he was so handsome and he's still so handsome he still wearing his tie and he still smells so good!

I take my 3 dogs here and these guys are the best, my two bigger dogs can be a bit of a pain but I know there groomers have been patient and work on building a relationship with the dogs. One of my dogs refuses nail trims and this last time they were actually able to get some of his nails done. Thanks guys for the solid work!

This was the first time I've taken my dog here and it was a wonderful experience. My dog usually is very anxious but she did so good. These gals were wonderful with her and the cut was perfect. She looks so cute. This is definitely my groomer from now on.

Friendly, I just walked in with 4 dogs to have there nails cut. From a lab all the way down to a Chihuahua. They handled them all gently and professionally. They did a great job

This is an amazing place to take your pets! They clipped both of my dogs nails and they were fast and gentle. Its the place to go to take care of your dog. They also have boarding for a great price!

These guys worked in me today with my crazy schedule. Took my long haired Chihuahua that was way over due for a haircut and nail trim, along with my other Chihuahua that needed his nails trimmed. The staff was so friendly, the haircut was fantastic, as well as the nail trim. Prices reasonable. I would recommend this company.

We had the pleasure of Stephanie grooming sweet bindi today! When we first walked in the vibes were amazing. The whole staff was very nice and definitely showed their love. When Stephanie came out she made sure to ask us questions about grooming specifics on her and so forth and to meet bindi and show her that she was trustworthy and put her at some ease as it was her first time being groomed. She did an amazing job and was very attentive and patient with her. She was definitely happy when she saw we had came back for her. DO NOT GO VERY POOR SERVICE! I had previously gone to these groomers for 5 yrs. and didn't think they were terrific but they were close and good service. I don't know if they changed owners but they have definitely changed management. Even if I was still getting good grooms without bloody toenails,abrasions on skin and good cuts, which you don't anymore. I would not put up with the manager Kai who is the rudest, most dismissive unprofessional person I have ever met in this business. They are always in a rush and constantly going through groomers, so it is hard to get a good cut consistently! But don't mention it to New manager Kai or get slapped in the face and will not listen to ANY criticism. He will only interrupt like he hasn't heard a word you said. Definitely would not recommend anymore!

Took our dog Loki over to Little Dog House to be shampooed, brushed and nails done. They were very nice and made Loki feel at ease and be able to trust them. He turned out beautiful and smelled so good. They topped it off with a tuxedo bow. Thanks again Monique you did an amazing job. 😊
