I love the lemons and ginger and Sourdough bread at Good Earth, and I appreciate getting tips on which vitamins to buy. I also appreciate how friendly and kind the cashiers are. The part I need to address is constantly feeling like workers are following me around as I go through the store. If possible, it would be better if they restock in less busy times. I was in the store 5 minutes today and 3-4 workers got in my way walking all over the store in that 5 minutes. In addition, I was slammed with an additional $19 on my bill because apparently the last time I was in the store, my purchase didn't complete. I was completely unaware. They had apparently been calling my home phone (which I never pay attention to). And they sent an email to my old email address that I never check. If I were a cashier at Good Earth, I would be sure that doesn't happen. I was probably in a rush as I usually am with 3 kids at home and a full time job. Some of the cashiers like to talk a lot and they move at half speed checking out and bagging groceries. I do not mean to insult anyone by saying this. I just beg people to be more efficient and to realize how difficult it is for many customers to take time to shop. We don't have a lot of time to socialize when we are trying to get back to our families to spend what little time we have with them.

I’m a regular customer that usually doesn’t need help. The cashiers and any other employee I have encountered have been very kind and cordial.I walked in to ask some questions about immunity supplements. Made eye contact with an employee. She offered assistance. I said I had questions about immunity products comparable to airborne that I buy at Walmart. She pointed at a shelf and before I could respond turned her head and began a new conversation with a coworker. Would not make eye contact with me again and when I tried to interject just spoke to her coworker louder. The cashier said her name was Jace I believe. I work Next door so the likelihood of me being back is high if I need a snack or a drink. I definitely won’t be back for anything I may need assistance with. There are plenty of places I can shop that care about their customers more than flirting with a coworker. Booooooooo hissssssssss

Great little health food store. I almost didn't stop because they looked closed. They are doing a lot of remodeling but it's a lot worse on the outside then it is on the inside. The staff is insanely knowledgeable. The selection is great! I was looking for a few specific things and even though they didn't have them, one of the girls at the information desk ( I don't remember her name but she had a gorgeous phoenix tattoo on her arm) went out of her way to show me around and give me names of local a local essential oil company. She really made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They also serve local brewed kambucha. My wife and I got the lemon ginger which was really refreshing

I want to start by saying i usually like shopping here, its healthy and wholesome. Recently however i had a disappointing experience. I went grocery shopping as per usual three days ago and this morning i went to eat some of the yogurt i had bought, I passingly checked the expiration date to see how long i had to eat it (though i knew I'd get through it well before then) only to find it was already expired and had in fact expired ONE day after i bought it. I called the store a few times and got ahold of someone, described the situation, my worry being that i couldnt find the receipt, he told me he was pretty sure it wouldnt be a problem but was going to forward me to a manager. So i tell the manager the situation (I specified that it expired the day after i bought it) and she told me because i had a rewards number i wouldnt need the receipt and to just bring in the product and we'd get it resolved. Well the yogurt was brought in and i was just then told that because i bought it one day before it expired that they couldnt help me. I dont know if the manager just wasnt paying attention to what i was saying on the phone or what but i feel so disappointed and frustrated that i was told they would resolve this and only after spending time and gas did they tell me they had lied. I get it, i bought it before it expired but ONE day?? Who would buy a huge tub of yogurt that goes out the next day? Even a discount wouldve been better than that if only so my time wasnt wasted and as an apology for the mix up on their part. If you go here CHECK EXPIRATION DATES OF EVERYTHING. I go here because it feels closer to shopping local, but this experience tasted really bitter, it makes me much less inclined to go out of my way to shop here again.( i know yogurt isnt much but its the principal and i couldve spent that cash on something else instead of just throwing it into the trash)

Awesome store. Super healthy organic good greens. Grass fed steaks are quality. Employees are all super nice and helpful. They also carry JAMBARs, the absolute best energy bars for hiking, running, biking. Super tasty and hard to find in Utah! Great store.

Lots of great products here! And the hydroflask's are great prices. The employees were very nice. Found everything I needed easily. The store was nice and clean. I will definitely be going back, and I recommend them to everyone!

Dan is truly the man! Extremely knowledgeable. I have yet to ask him a question he didn't know the answer to. I will not get my supplements anywhere else because of him. I appreciate every time going in he will always come over and make sure I don't have any questions and that I am finding everything okay! I would recommend this Riverdale location to anyone that has questions about nutrients or supplements. Just ask for Dan and you will be taken care of. 👊👍

I LOVE this store so much! Their selections are amazing and their staff is extremely knowledgeable about all of their products.. you can buy things from this store that range from produce and grocery, all the way to holistic healthcare remedies.Their products can be a little on the pricier side of things, but the old adage is true; 'you get what you pay for'..you want organic, you're going to pay a premium for it.I bought these two supplements for stress and anxiety relief, because I've been experiencing a lot of it lately. The GABA Calm I've pitched in the okay and adore it! It seriously has the same effect on me as valium does, without the super scary side effects of being on benzodiazepines! The stress shield night time, I've liked thus far. It has ashwaganda in the proprietary blend, which does seem to hello with sleep.

Just went in with my brother and we both felt like we’re profiled the whole time we were in the store. I went to shop around to see what vitamins they had and immediately felt like the coworkers were watching our move the whole time. I felt uncomfortable but continued on because they do have a good selection of things. Once I was ready to check out there was women in front of me that was white and was offered a paper bag for her things. Once I was getting checked the cashier asked if I had number, I thought I did since I did shop here before. She couldn’t find my account which I understand because it years since I went in, but she didn’t offer to sign me up. She also didn’t offer if I wanted a paper bag. I’m not sure if I want to go back again.

I love this place! I have been going here for so many years. The staff is always so happy, polite, and helpful. They are all incredible. I go for the free body scans almost every two weeks which has helped me see my real progress and has motivated me to get in better shape. And the place has gotten a complete remodel and looks so good now. They have earned my loyalty as a customer as long as they keep being amazing.

I like this place because they have an awesome bulk section of hard-to-find organic ingredients, so you can buy only as much as you need. Their produce is sometimes a good value.. especially on organic lemons and limes. I also appreciate the fact that they carry bulk packs of medicinal herbs. Not too expensive. Everything else seems really overpriced, but the staff is so sweet and helpful!

It can get pretty expensive pretty quick, but I love this store! Anything you could possibly need for good health is here. There's only one or two products I've had to order online, but otherwise they have an amazing selection! The Redmond raw milk truck comes here too on Fridays. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

I love Good Earth they have a wide variety of great foods and supplements. It's the small stuff that I love about this store for example they have these awesome match book incense. The bulk items are great. The drink selection is amazing. Always a return visit.

I love this place for the selection of organic and healthy food. The supplement selection is great. The bulk selection is amazing. The store manager is always friendly. All the staff is always friendly and helpful. If someone can't help you they quickly find someone who can. One of my favorite stores of all time!

I was excited to come here and made the 30 minute drive-not worth it at all. The store was nice and the prices were reasonable. However, the lack of customer service was disappointing. Nobody offered to help me after seeing me going around in circles. When I finally asked for help, the employee was less than thrilled and another lady (guessing her manager) had to guide me to the product I was looking for. When I checked out, the cashier seemed annoyed by my presence. I was not asked to join a reward program or asked if I found everything alright. I did not feel welcomed in this store.

I love this place! They have every kind of weird vegan/vegetarian/health food you could think of… By far the best selection in Utah. The staff is super friendly and always asking if you need help, very attentive. Only complaint is that many of the same products that you would find at other grocery stores are several dollars more expensive at this here, but all the unique product keeps me coming back. I understand sometimes small businesses need to up their prices a little bit to compete with the big box stores and I'm all for supporting this place.

All of the staff was so willing to help as I wondered through the store to see what I wanted/needed. They have awesome pricing for hydro flasks and I have now bought two from them. I wish they would sell the lids with straws for the hydro flasks in their store. I'm sure I'll be back!

Have always had a good experience here. Surprisingly enough, I often find things like protein powder and bars here at a cheaper price than elsewhere. I've started using plant protein only for powders and bars and they have a really good selection for that here. Many places have those options now, but Good Earth has a lot more variety than most places.It also always seems really clean, decent prices on everything else I try there, and the few staff members I've gone to with questions had a lot of knowledge in their section of the store.

This is my favorite store! The difference is the people! They always move around so I literally almost never wait in any line! They are very knowledgeable in the supplements area and I trust their insight. Ask for Donna if you are at the 7th East Sandy location.

Really awesome store with reasonably priced health food and other harder to find items. I can vouch for the veggie wrap and quinoa salad, it's one of my favorite quick to grab and go lunches in Riverdale. They have a huge selection of kombucha and other living beverages and the staff has always been very nice and always seem happy to see you. They recently renovated and I was really happy they managed to stay open through that which I'm sure wasn't the easiest thing to do. Really cool spot, I'd check it out for sure. They have a very very wide range of supplements, vitamins, and other health related items for purchase but I'm usually there for the food myself so I have a little less experience on that side, it seems to be on par with the terrific job they do on the food side of things every time I have picked anything up.

Has a very wide variety. Lots of kamboucha yuck but it's good for you right. Prices are a little high but everyone of these type of stores has high prices. My aunt is gluten free and carb free at the moment. She says it is a great place to shop if you are on a diet.

This place is amazing and I love the staff, aesthetic, and the products. Prices are expensive but it is worth it on the higher end more exotic things you can't find at typical stores. Also theres a lot of cute vsco girls that walk through here and shop so haha thats nice. Also the organic cookies are other worldly they are amazing. Muscle and fitness products and supplements probably are the best bargained items here if I'm being honest and the worst are the frozen food section. But overall a great store.

So I seriously doubt that anyone "follows" my reviews, but if you do, you know that almost all my reviews are based on the fact that I have to eat a gluten free diet, and appreciate a wide selection and knowledgeable staff as it relates to that. This place is wonderful for both, and I was very impressed with the ability of the store associates to answer questions and locate items.
