I don't know. Wasn't allowed in the store due to them Only allowing 5 people @ a time. My son & I waited like 5 mins or so. Also had 2 other customers come up & leave once they found out they had to wait. I know the store is closing but still crazy. Never heard of a limit on how many customers can be in a store @ a time. Better luck next time for us I guess

Hi, your employee was smoking directly in front of the door today, right in front of the "no smoking with 25 feet" sign. I'm highly allergic and break into hives with second-hand exposure. I said something but he ignored me. Can something be done? 703 pm. Thanks!

This store is a real life saver! Ever since Covid, things are a bit more stressed than usual. It's nice to feel TRULY welcome at Family Dollar, the staff is always happy and helpful. When budgeting is a MUST, it's Family Dollar you can trust!

I like family dollar but it seems like they are always out of stuff or you can't look at anything for all the boxes and items in the isles waiting to go on the shelf.. idk if it's a staff issue or what I just wish it was not so hard to look around there

Everytime we go here we are greeted by the srore manager &/ or an employee's They always go out of there way to help find anything you need ! It is extremely organized very clean & one of my most favorite places to shop ...

Store's a bit small for the amount of inventory they carry. Persons in a wheelchair might have in some areas of the store. No automated entry doors, manually are a bit hard to open normally, so for individuals in wheelchairs the doors can be a hassle.

I would give it 5 stars but its way over stocked and crowded. You just want to get what you need and leave. One cart fits down their aisles. Cashiers are very nice.

Horrible customer service & not just one trip every time i used to go in,disorganized to max, aisle's are ALWAYS blocked with unpacked boxes,which its small enuf let alone to have all the cluster blocking your way! Disorganized inventory on shelves, the whoke store looks as items were just put where ever,just to hv a place! Clothes are so squished together you hv to pulo everything out kust to find size or see the items! & biggest problem is so many items are past expiration dates from meds,to groceries&as well as many fridge, freezer, to health aids! Dirty, clustered, horrible experience the times i went! I NEVER would hv gone back on case they had employee shortagw or if it was kist an off day,but to my amazement it is like this every time?! -5 stars!

I love it I’m a kid and I live close by it and it is really awesome if you wanna drink chips are a bit overpriced but it’s ok I love the chips and drinks the sale it’s better than winco or Walmart

It was the most unorganized, messiest, dirtiest Family Dollar I've ever been to. The customer service was marginal and the clerk had no filter and needed to be a little bit more professional. I am never coming again to this place.

First time and last time visiting this store. It was a mess and after going up and down a few isles where product was strewn on the shelves gave up. Plus prices are higher than Walmart, very disappointed.

Disgusting store, cart loaded with all kinds of product sitting all over the store, rail carts full of product needing put on shelves when needless to say you couldn't even go down any of the aisles, i will never go into this store again for anything, the two employees were hidden behind rails of product up front talking about issues not intended for the workplace, i can't believe how this store has fallen and gone to the wolves it seems!

My mom went to family dollar and my wanted to pay 10$ cash and the rest 4$ in card and the cashier gave her extra cash and so my mom said you gave me extra cash and the manger was so rude yelling at him and the poor cashier was shaking I hope that the manger will be fired immediately
