Me and my friend walked in during our school lunch, to warm up from the cold, and to get us a snack. we dropped our stuff at the front even our bags and skateboard. we were browsing talking to each other for about 5-7 minutes, the store clerk tells us that “we can either leave, or talk to the cops” I don’t know what we did, we weren’t loud or anything and we are hungry now. It’s annoying how if anybody sees a kid with baggy clothes and a skateboard, they assume they are causing trouble.

This is the most stocked and neat Family Dollar I've ever been to. I wish they had a larger selection of fish. But they have all the essentials otherwise!

I just want say I don't know why this store is running they told me me to get out because I had my son's diaper bag on me and my son in the stroller and I was going to buy something to eat for me and my son then we get told to get out of the store or get banned from coming in the store I just want everyone to know if you had baby's or kids or anything thing like a stroller please don't go in the store you will end up being told you're stealing things I wish they could take down this store for good

The manager was very pleasant and directed me to the right aisles.1 cashier. And the cashier was helping the customer in line to check out on how to do personal banking. Apparently she didn't have enough money in one account. The customer was using 2 cell phones to make the payment. So we waited for a while. The Line was getting long.. But I told the manager to open another register or to suspend the customer's transaction and help us and she got on and helped the customers waiting in line...The store is very messy. I have never seen a manager sitting on a stool and on her phone doing phase changes. But she was nice to tell me where things whete.You need more employees at that store. The store has freight in the aisles U-boats full of merchandise.I hope I can back

Went today at 430 pm opened the door before I took two steps the girl at the register made me aware I had 5 mins to shop and bring my belongings to the front because she hadn’t had her break and she was the only person in the store. This store is so bad it should be closed they are always complaining about being short staffed honestly as a customer that’s not my problem Im there to shop I not to deal with there job issues so unprofessional. It got better after I decided to check out she was not there but she went to the back room and took her break lol and had ppl in line after a customer was ringing the door bell to be checked out . Family dollar needs better management for this store. I never coming back hella ghetto

This is probably the nicest and most organized Family Dollar in the Ogden area. (3531 Harrison Blvd). Staff is always welcoming and professional. The inventory is a bit sporadic, some things they tend to have an overstock of, and others they constantly run out of, but other than that, they seem to do their best to keep supplies available, even during the pandemic. The layout of the store itself is not exactly efficient which makes it difficult to practice social distancing, but aside from some of these small complaints, I will continue to patronize this location because the benefits definitely outweigh the negative and it's 100% better than any of the other surrounding Family Dollar locations in this area.

Very good on personability.. Meaning greeting customers and so forth..Terrible about letting staff sit on cellphones on front desk..Store manager needs more support she is a rounded and knowledgeable person..Store usually gets good inventory..SAFETY ISSUE IS THAT THERE TOO MUCH INVENTORY ON THE FLOOR..I would give a better rating but in as many visits.. No change

Seriously the worst store I've been to the African American lady is always rude grump as hell and she don't like her job she' snaps for no reason only been here 3 times sense she worked there now lost a great customer if she dosent know how to speak and interact with people she should be in the back.the other African American guy that worked there stole my change and another person I know said he shorted them 2 times when goin and the other blond is always on her phone in the front so get better staff.

I didn't even know Family Dollar existed in South Ogden but to my surprise I found it. By the looks of the parking lot I thought maybe Family Dollar was out of business. The lady that was working with super helpful on helping me find the Swiffer Wet jet mop. It's a very tight and packed store

It was very messy I couldn't get up and down a lot of the aisles everything was blocking and you couldn't go up and down the aisles to look what you were looking for and all I saw was people standing there that was supposed to be working and filling the shelves out standing around BSing with themselves I will never go back to that all of the general dollar ever again The family Dollar store never to that one again

Nice store for finding great deals for things around the house, they keep it fresh too. If you get a pic for your wall or something they usually stop selling those pics each year for new ones.

Not a terrible store, but they never have enough staff members, which means if you want to buy something, you have to walk through the store and find one and tell them you are ready to check out.

I found everything I needed okay but the clerk did not wear a mask I found that quite disturbing I have a compromised immune system and I don't think that is safe for the public

It seems like when you go in employees are always standing around and nothing you really need is stocked on the shelves. If you ask they say oh if it's not on the shelf instead of checking in the back. Very poor customer service.
