I needed one last minute item tonight and stopped by this location at 9:55 (closes at 10:00). They had already locked the door. A worker came over and pointed at the “hours of operation” sign. I told her (through the door) that it wasn’t 10:00 yet. She rolled her eyes and threw her hands up to shoo me away, turned around and walked away. Closing a store early is annoying but I was more annoyed at the worker’s attitude and how she handled it. Not professional whatsoever.

The location of a Dollar Tree makes a difference in the amount and types of items that particular store has in stock. This one is a larger one with more inventory than the one closer to me. Quite a few customers midday on a Friday have found this a good shopping place. Lots of seasonal items for Valentine's Day and St Patrick's Day at a good price along with the usual value-priced paper goods and home necessities.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Was in your store on Tuesday evening and I was shocked at what I heard happening. I was just shopping for my kids and I saw the cutest girl also shopping. When I heard the man (manager) yelling I was shocked and I heard the girl saying something about a return & he was just being extremely horrible. I have never in my life watch a manager say what he did and act that way. I heard him say something about getting out of his face and then the young girl employee came over and started also yelling at her. I heard her say “you don’t have to shop here and we do not want you here”. I just checked out while they continued to say horrible things about her and she was such a lovely looking women. She was in tears and I know she was recording it on her phone. I will no longer come here when either of those 2 are working. No one deserves that over a return NOONE! I saw her in her car just sobbing. I wish I would have walked to her car and hugged her. I hope that you fire these two horrible employees. I will be letting people I know what your store allowed and I hope that she gets an apology and more.

Very clean and very well stocked. Budget art supplies are the very best, especially acrylic paint and small canvasses. I frwquently stock up my kids art supply closet from this store. Also great for odds and ends around the house.

This Dollar Tree is the one closest to my home. My kids like to come here to pick a treat or little toy every now and then. Over the last year or so they have added new products here. Especially in the arts & crafts section and hair care section. They have some really cute holiday signs and even some cute decorations. My daughter is in the Military Academy and has to wear her hair in a very specific way and this location sells those accessories that help to put her hair in a bun. She goes through a few a year but its nice since I only pay $1.25 for them here instead of $5 - $10 somewhere else. The staff is super friendly and the store is always clean. I have never seen it messy.

This store is usually fairly clean, nicely stocked but there is one employee who makes shopping there feel like i have just been covered with a wet blanket which stinks of negativity and gloom. I've never been there when that hasn't been the case. The manager on shift is delightful and helpful. I'm not sure how someone with such a negative attitude works in customer service. Maybe a job at the DMV would suit him better. I'll be shopping at another location from now on.

Dollar Tree is always a quick stop for simple items needed for a class project or lesson. They keep up to date on all seasons and holidays which makes it even that much easier to find that inexpensive choice for my needs. The store is always clean and well presented. The shelves are stocked and front faced. This tells me that DT is very proud of what they sell. The only reason I can't give a full five star rating is the because of the staff. Although most are very attentive and helpful, the gentleman that assisted us during our most recent visit, just didn't seem to be all there. His check out line had the light on as if to let shoppers know which line to queue in, but had the "lane closed" sign on the conveyor and he wasn't at the register. This made it quite confusing for shoppers to know where to go to check out. Over all, I'll continue to shop at Dollar Tree for great discounts and values on my shopping needs.

I walked in tonight (10/14/2021). I had just gone to Riverdale to look for green felt. When I walked into this one the isle I needed was closed. I was looking down the isle to see if I could see green felt. The manager peaked her head out of the back and yelled at me that the isle is closed, it's not safe, don't go down there. I'm livid! What I specifically came to that store to look for cause I couldn't find it at a different location was down a closed isle. Instead of offering to help me look for the item I get yelled at. I asked the cashier for help and he called the manager who then again was upset with me as she held up 4 green felt roll "this is all we have."Morning staff is a 5 star group but I will think twice before I come here in the evening again!

Fantastic selection of LOTS of items all priced at $1.00. BEST place to buy many household cleaning items. My only complaint is it can be a little difficult to navigate around the store during its busy times because the isles are a little narrow, which wouldn't be so bad except they often have products in boxes in the isles. This makes it difficult to go down an isle when there is someone else on the same isle.

I love the dollar tree stores. I love the fact that even though each store is basically the same design and care all same product, every great once in while you can find some amazing junk you don’t really need but buy anyway. I cannot pass up stopping in at everyone I see. They have magic erasers for $1 and you can’t have enough of those.

I like the convenience and prices. I get a lot for my money and fast in and out.If you see it, buy it then, or you will not be able to get it later. The store is in good condition and clean, and I like the staff at the local store I visit. 👀 you there soon.

The Cashier charged me for a extra item. Then when I showed them they said I could not have my money back for their mistake. I understand the policy no returns. But that was their fault not mine.

I just bought a hose nozzle for watering plants at Dollar Tree. Last year I spent $15 for one that is not working now. If this new one lasts a year I will feel it was a great purchase for a dollar. There are times spending a dollar is just a smarter thing.

The cashier was extremely overwhelmed due to line reaching the back of the store. When the "manager" was called they told the cashier to "work faster" both times he reached out for help. It was a mess

Horrible Customer Service!I was waiting on the line and when the women if front of me finished, the Cashier women looked me in the eye and just left, then another casher person came to the line next to me, but I did not go to him because I wanted the casher women to do what she supposed to do, after waiting for like 7 minutes, the other casher told me to come here. I am not kind of person who just see and listen so I told him why she did not even tell me that she doesn't want to do here job I would just come to you and that's it ( I made my voice loud so she can hear me :p)Unprofessional people and worst customer service.

My mom went in to buy cleaning stuff and left something behind, she called and asked if we could pick it up the next day and asked me to get it for her. When i asked the woman at the counter about it she basically called me a liar and said she cant help me. She then told me i would need to speak to a manager. I asked where her manager was so i could ask her instead and was told that the manager was on lunch break and wouldnt be able to help me. I left the store in a much worse mood then when i walked in. The customer service was terrible amd the one person who was working there was inexperienced and rude. Not to mention how unprofessional it is to not have a manager on the floor.

I really like this location ! It was fully stocked tight as a whistle.. ample amount of help , employees. Dast friendly and clean.. I'm from G.A. . Home town Ogden Utah. And proud to be of both .

Usually service is great...today I can't say the same....my kid had an issue with the toy dispenser getting something that didn't belong there...he brought it to the male cashier's attention...he laughed and said congratulations that's all I can say because you at least got something....what a rude service....it would have been enough if he just said unfortunately there is not much you guys can do with that.

The only problem I had this Visit was that the Cashier was moving soooooo Slow. Took 20 minutes to check out. I was sweating waiting in line & there were only 2 people in front of me & they had no more than 5 items.

It is what it is - a dollar store. Clean, not usually crowded. I bought a stylist and two greeting cards- saving me a few bucks. Plenty of parking.
