Once again closed in the middle of the day. I don’t even know why they keep the store in business. It’s perfectly good real estate that could go to a company that wants to make some money. Not only are they closed in the middle of the day when they should be open but their actual store hours have now changed to end at 6 PM. What is that?A lot of this anger has to do with the fact that they refused to hire me LOL not only do I have great work ethic and know how to treat customers, I would also be of great help in making that store not look so terrible as it currently does. The place looks like a hurricane hit it every time I go in there and the two workers that are there can’t handle it and they are absolutely rude to everybody. If you hate people that much then why do you work customer service? Anyways, this is just turning into a rant session and not a quality store review. At the end of the day it’s just a convenience store and a convenient place to run to when I need another bag of chips so for that they do an OK job.

Store is often times low on stock and has always been filthy every time I went there. Also, they trespassed a loyal customer for pointing out their wrongdoings and stolen from other customers. If you shop here, and if you have a question about something that doesn’t seem right, you risk being trespassed from the store or getting the cops called on you. Take your business somewhere else were you don’t have to fear about something like this happening.

Worst customer service to date and I have loved this store since it opened now I will never return to this location alise/Elise or how ever the managers name is spelled she was RUDEWasn't even on the clock yet and forbid my cashier from refunding my 2nd return ( I'm literally in the process of moving to a new place and need a lot of stuff but not exactly sure what is going to work where, well Lois and Sylvia assured me at 30th location that with my receipt I could most certainly do my returns at 7th and instead the manager did the exact opposite of customer service and made me drive all the way to 30th to do my returns that I purchased from the that location so I will NEvER return to 7th street location even if they replace that evil witch I am done and 30th is now my only location I will give my business

Store was cleanSales people were terrificI like being greeted at the door even though they were busy they greeted everyone. I spent 40 years in retail and i know what great shop lifting deterrent the greeting is. Only suggestion is to identify employees with some kind of name tags

All the staff are very friendly and remember their customers which is really nice. Products and prices are great as are the sales they have. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to aisles being very small and too many things situated up and down them. I'm aware that product comes in and has to be put away, I just believe there is a more efficient way of doing it. Though that's an issue, I will still continue to shop there. Being made to feel like you're part of their little "family" is totally worth it. Keep up the good work!!

Love the store in Ogden. Live the people, and they have nice things for a great price. But my favorite is the employees. Great attitudes and willing to go that extra mile for their customers. Keep up the great work.

We got all of our things and went to the cashier and Cheyenne was so kind and sweet!! We definitely enjoyed our experience and dollar general today! She was very polite! She for sure deserves a bonus or a raise! Wonderful job Cheyenne!

I used to work here, and honestly I enjoyed it a lot and miss it but it wasn't really work they only asked me to work when it was convenient for them and expectede to drop everything I'm doing and come in on a 5-10 minutes notice. They have great coupons tho I saved about 30$ because of their online coupons.

☆☆《 THIS IS THE WORST STORE IN HISTORY 》 ☆☆!!!!!! The management is trash and they steal from you. They charge you a certain price for an item and they changed the price to reflect a higher price than what the other honest stores are charging. When caught and called on it I was trespassed from the store for pointing out what was happening i would be cautious about going to this store!!!

the young lady at the counter was very helpful and actually got me a discount this is why I go to that store they have very helpful people. The only negative thing I could say is that there were two people there and the young lady that was helping me was doing all of it or the other one I don't know what she was doing but she sure wasn't helping any customers so whoever the young lady was there with me at this time needs a raise. Thank you you had everything I needed

They could get better if they were organized a little better what the checkstand there going to use before you put your whole cart on there counter and tell you to move to the other one on the other side where she can help you cuz your going home .

I like to shop here. Usually can get what I'm looking for in a timely manner and don't have to wander all over looking for something and not be able to find it. Employees very courteous and helpful.

Did not get anything this time.I have bought a Bluetooth headset, sunglasses, reading glasses and glue. SealAll gas proof glue is here and some car stuff too. You can't get the Internet on a cell phone which is bad. I wonder if it is blocked? Stuff is of course more than a dollar. It has a mix of products for those who might need something and it is surprising what they fit in such a small space.

The store has your basic need items. The store even has clothing. There is a freezer section. The store seemed run down and dirty. It is in a poorer section of Ogden. Being in a low income area the prices were higher than a normal grocery store. The staff was minimal and ifbusy expect a wait. It just haphazard and disorganized in this store. There is a 7 eleven nearby thatwould be a better choice.

It's okay. Seems a little run down. Unorganized and dusty. Their clearamce shelf is so full of a mess of stuff that in reality nothing is on clearance that is on that shelf. Confusing and discouraging. Left just because of the "false" advertising.

This location has a dirty /dingey feel to it. Things are usually in chaos both in the isles and the checkout lines. Employees are not well equipped with proper customer service training. Every once in a while it's a good place to grab some gum or hand sanitizer. But their cheap toys can be toxic. And their Clover Valley items are tasteless.

Very clean with lots of items you can't resist. We were looking for drawer dividers and found some along with a few other things. Can't beat the price anywhere else.

Horrible service by the manager, (07/08/2017 approximately 07:30pm MST) she acted angry at me for pointing out that the price of cigarettes marked on the display was $6.02 per pack for Marlboro Special Blend and the price I was being charged was $6.86 which is higher than the premium Marlboro at $6.55. The clerk was very pleasant and apologized and got the manager to rectify. Manager would not change the price, so I told her I will shop elsewhere. The manager never offered an apology. I normally shop at this store several times a week and now I feel my business will be more appreciated elsewhere. I'm only one customer who spends $300.00-$500.00 per month at this store. Thanks

Awful service and shady people in the parking lot. While standing in line the girl at the register helped a guy that walked in and cut everyone in line to get a light that she exchanged. The cashier ruined the boxes we had some items in and didn't care when we addressed his mistake. It was awful and we will not go back to this Dollar General.

Employees are super nice. The one on Washington on the other hand the employees are like upset that you came in for no reason. I’m definetly driving the extra 4 miles to get to this one from now on!:)

I really wouldn't describe it as great, but it's very cheap and affordable. I enjoy this store because it is very close to where I live. A nice place to visit if not trying to buy expensive items.

It's a messy little store but I like going there. With coupons, I can get my cleaning products at a great discount. And I've found a few treasures, you just have to look.

This location is very dirty, unorganized, & unsafe. I was walking through the store and almost tripped down the isle with my newborn niece because their was stuff all on the floor in the isle and I could barely fit down them with the carseat in the cart. There were two employees up front talking when in my opinion they should have been organizing the store. It looked like a sloppy yard sale with all of the merchandise everywhere.

I keep trying to post comment and it keeps going back to map so i do not know if other comments posted or disappeared. Items often don't ring up as marked. But reason i am here today is because i just stopped by store around 2p.m. and doors were locked and no sign posted as to why. Another customer and i were waiting in parking lot when employee finally came to door, opened it, walked out and he told other customer something about he had to leave and no one else there. I could not hear exactly what was said. My issue is he did not say anything about someone else being on their way in to reopen store nor did he take a minute to post a sign stating store was closed, whether it would reopen or what. It does not take that long to at least write "closed" on a sheet of paper and tape it to the door. Wondering how many customers will try to get in and sit around waiting because they will assume like i and that other customer did that there was only one employee who had to go to the back of the store or something and locked door for just a few minutes when in fact he left the premises.

Well let me say I did a price comparison on several items and they are more expensive than going to the local store. It's not a dollar store it's a rip off is what it is. Dollar tree has my vote they actually have dollar items.

This dollar general was awful. There was merchandise all over the floor. Stuff was out of place and without prices. I went into the store to try and find a cheap usb cable for my iPhone and the cheapest one they had was $10! That is not affordable! All in all I would not go back.
