This CVS has been going downhill recently. Yesterday they only had one pharmacist behind the counter and there was a huge line with at least half hour wait to even get to the counter. I joined a while back thinking it was going to great. Seriously thinking about changing pharmacies.And I’m tired of them saying that my medicine is in, then going only to have them say, it’s not- it’s on back order etc. when I got told it was ready.

This was the only pharmacy open Christmas Eve after 6p… they were slammed and I am so grateful they were open. The pharmacist was so helpful, saving us money and even helped get the prescription changed when my son couldn’t take the medication as was written. Thank you.

There's probably going to be a few of these from this date (2/10). You just can't have people in line for almost 2 hours and then tell them when they get to the window that the system is down. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs, it's not actually 24 hours anyway.

Wouldn’t care if both of my experiences with this pharmacy weren’t at the expense of my baby daughter. Whether it is diaper cream or eye drops for conjunctivitis, this pharmacy lies and says “we will text you when it’s ready” and never does.Over it. Just stop wasting my time.

Zero stars. I have never been to this pharmacy and it taken less then 40 minutes. Just waited an hour to get a prescription filled they said would take 10 min. No one in line, maybe a few people here and there. They talked, and ignored customers. Will not be coming back.

Please hire someone to clean up all the trash. The parking lot is full of trash. The garbage can by the front door is overflowing. There are papers and bags and random garbage all over the floors on the inside of the store. You have to clean the place up, it is disgusting.

They have closed the drive through and reduced staff in preparation for the holidays. You have to wait 20 minutes on hold to speak to the pharmacist, and at least 10 minutes in line.

My family has been using this pharmacy for a little over a year now. In general, we have no problems. However there have been at least 2 times where the technician was uncertain what class the medication was in and guessed. After getting home and realizing it was not the medication we needed we could not return it and our money was wasted on the copay and the medication was wasted. Their quality of technicians is questionable and I no longer trust them to do anything other than operate a cash register. If the technician is unsure about anything they need to clarify with the pharmacist instead of guessing and giving inaccurate information. I’m actively looking for another pharmacy unless CVS steps up it’s game.

CVS PHARMACY in Utah does not pay their employees for the hours worked for them! Employee applicants beware! They will stonewall you, drag their feet and you will have to file a wage complaint with the Labor Commission of Utah and Workforce - Utah to get them to be honest and pay you for hours worked... guess how long before you'll see your wages earned in payment from them? AND they've done this before to many previous and current employees!! A bad company to work for!!

Finding a good pharmacy is hard to come by these days but CVS has been incredible. Their staff is friendly, their pharmacist’s are knowledgeable and quick to help answer any questions I have. My daughter has an rare condition and requires several medications that are hard to come by but CVS always gets us what we need without any delays. Thank you for serving my family with the upmost dignity and respect.

I think this is the only type of store that was open in a 30 mile+ radius. Store was clean and organized. Staff was busy stocking shelves but they have a self checkout, so I got what I needed and was out quickly.

Be careful. Dropped off 4 prescriptions. The gentleman put 3 under a individual with the same name. So when I went to pick it up they said I only dropped off 1 prescription. The next shift manager figured out the issue and fixed it but was a scary situation altogether.

I really want to leave a 1 start review but I won't. The pharmamastis that is normal there is horrible I mean so rude. Please just ask him to be a little nicer. The other pharmacists Shane is amazing and totally different person.

One pharmacist is great but overall the service at this CVS has been awful for years. I don't have the same issue with the Roy, Utah CVS just longer lines because I'm sure other people know there's a difference too

Evrything comes down to how you treat people. The person who answered my call to make sure they were open on New Years Eve was extremely rude and disrepectful. My toddler has been sick and I had to sit in an emergency room for hours and I still was kind and very respectful so there is no excuse. If you don't like your job, find another one. There is no need to ruin everyone else's day because you're miserable. Kindness can go a long way. This location needs a refresher on how you should treat others.

On a blood thinner for atrial fibrillation and tried to just get one pill as I had been without for 12 hours because I did not know the pharmacy I went to closed it 4:00 p.m. the day before. This pharmacy is a 24-hour pharmacy and could have helped me out at 6:50 a.m., Monday, June 10th.I explained to the pharmacist that if I went into AFib what the consequences were and he acted as though it did not matter when I was literally trying to just get one eliquis. I have been to Smith's Pharmacy, Walmart Pharmacy, Sav-On Pharmacy, all of which are understanding and helpful and I could not believe this pharmacist does not understand If an AFib patient does not have a blood thinner what the consequences are.I really hope CVS management sees this and understands what could possibly happen. I was not trying to get a narcotic, pain pill, or anything that is banned filled, just one measly eliquis that I was happy to pay full price for in case I went into AFib. Disgusting and I will never go to another CVS Pharmacy again.

Everyone here is so professional and helpful all the time. I know if I come to the CVS pharmacy with questions, they will answer it and if they can't they will go above and beyond to figure out what my answer will be.
