Customers who are immunocompromised and not healthy enough for a COVID shot are expected to go into the crowded store and wait in line with a bunch of unmasked coughers, snifflers, and sneezers. There's a reason I picked your pharmacy, and it's because of the drive-through. The staff is always nice, also-- so why not hire someone to work the drive-through again?Update- I have sciatica but I walked into the CVS to get prescriptions all the way to the back of the store after seeing a VERY long line for the drive through, which ironically is open; however, the inside pharmacy was closed and me and another elderly lady were told to use the drive through!Get it together. Hire more staff.

I hope they can fix the staffing issues. 30-60 minute wait every time I visit. (1pm,3pm, 5pm, 9pm, doesn't matter) Even calling ahead and prepaying doesn't help. Required to use CVS by my insurance or I'd go somewhere else. *UPDATE* switched pharmacies and got my prescription in 2 minutes!!!

I just went to this pharmacy at 9:30pm because it’s a 24 hour pharmacy and they have a script for me to pick up. I see the drive thru is open (which is a rarity) so I thought I would go in and pick up. Surprise! The pharmacy inside is closed! So I go out to my car and surprise #2! The line of cars for the drive thru is around the building and is reaching the front door!! I don’t know if Billy Joel is the guest Pharmacist but there is no way I’m waiting in that long if a line. It is better to rely on a store that is open regular business hours than to rely on a store that lies about being open 24 hours. Tonight has been the straw that broke the camels back with me. CVS, you suck!

Wish I can give 0I’m so upset with this pharmacy😣😔😠😡I just left there and it is 6pm, I was there around 4:30pm to pick up my daughter‘s face cream, first round at the drive through the guy said give us like 15min to have it ready, okay I understand, I went park at the parking lot, 25min passed by I said maybe it is ready, second time at the drive through again, take them a min, all confused talk to someone else, after that the guy said I’m sorry we are out of stock🤦‍♀️🤦me in my mind really, at least let me know like an hour ago or 30min ago that the face cream is out of stock, really really 4:30–>6pm and they didn’t let me know the whole 1 hour and 30min, I just can’t believe it😠😡

Dropped two disposable cameras off in September. Three months later (they said it’d be 8-12weeks) I still hadn’t received a call that my pictures were processed. I called and they guy told me they didn’t even have record of my orders. I had kept the order stubs and gave him the numbers and he said he’d call their distribution company and have them reprint them.2 months later with no word I call again and ask about my pictures and am told they’ve had my order for a “couple months” Why no one called me and told me they were ready is beyond me.I go in and they only have one of the two. After waiting 30 mins for them to look around for the other, they finally give me the number for Fuji customer service (which Fuji was not happy they gave me their number). Fuji told me they don’t keep orders from that far back (Sept) and the store had never tried to reprocess my order.So after almost 6 months, multiple phone calls and trips to the store, and still having to pay, I am only left with half my pictures and a headache.Terrible experience and you should look elsewhere if you’re looking to get photos processed.

I understand being short handed and it being the holidays but it’s really ridiculous to sit on hold for an hour and drive over to the pharmacy across the street from the hospital and then be told that it’s gonna be another 25 minutes before my prescription is ready. I understand that it’s not the pharmacist fault or the Technicians fault, but CVS you need to care more about your customer service and less about the money. Maybe corporate would care about this situation if people chose to go to other pharmacies. One extremely frustrated customer. Plus the other customers who were in the long line waiting because of their situations.

Shawna, and Jordan get my 5 stars, and most of the entire staff here are at at least 4 to 4-4.5 stars, Shawna and Jordan are ALWAYS trying their hardest to not only just do their jobs, but go above and beyond to help me as a "person" not just a "customer." Thank you, you guys are a huge reason to why I continue to keep coming back to this location.If Jordan's boss, or Shawna's boss gets to read this, PLESE give them a raise, and if you just did, which wouldn't surprise me, then give them another one! They deserve it, as well as a lot of the staff there.

This place is a joke. They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will, they have not updated my address yet even though I've told them every time for the past couple years what my new address is, and they are never willing to do any sort of research if there's a problem, they just send me away and tell me they can't help me. I've been to fast food restaurants more professional and put together than this.

Like many others seem to have said before me, this is the absolute worst place to go through. The pharmacy never answers the phone, even you do by some miracle get through after listening to the horrible hold music after 20-40 minutes, they say they either can't help, or say they'll fill something and then they don't. Sometimes I just give up and go in, only to stand in line for another 30 minutes to have the same thing happen. All the employees look miserable and disheveled. The man there is especially unpleasant. I've gone without meds before because they can't seem to keep track of anything. If you're so busy all the time, get more employees. It's pretty simple. Today I sat at the window for 20 minutes, ringing the bell over and over, wondering if it was even working since no one could be bothered to even acknowledge me, or tell me they'd be a few minutes. Their bell breaks a lot or they shut just down the drive thru completely on occasion. Finally, I knocked on the window and the man came and very rudely told me they had a huge line and they were on the phone and they'd get to me eventually. If they'd done that 15 minutes earlier, I could have understood that but to be such a jerk about it after making me sit there that long.... after a year of their incompetence? I just drove away without a word while he sarcastically yelled after me to "have a good one". I truly don't understand how this place can be so poorly managed and can get away with treating their customers like such an annoyance for expecting them to have any amount of accountability or level of customer service. I have never seen a business with such a low level of efficiency, it's shocking the way they're allowed to treat people and manage to keep their jobs.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I've lost count the number of times I've gone without meds because of either mess ups on their end, lack of knowledge on their end, and who knows what else. I'm once again without medication that was called in last week, but wasn't ordered by them until Monday for some reason. Being a recent transplant patient I don't think they wrote understand that people's lives are at risk because of their pharmacy. If I had ANY other option in the area, I would be there. Worst pharmacy ever.

I love this location! They seemed to have hired a few more people because they have whipped through the lines a lot faster both in store and drive thru. I've only had to wait a handful of times but it was never unreasonable (20 minutes or less). Staff has always had wonderful customer service even when they're slammed.My eye doc sent over a refill prescription for Restasis and my insurance wanted $400 for it (thank you new year deductible). There was no way I could afford it. The off brand wasn't any better. I was discouraged because it had been really helpful. Brandon went above and beyond for me. He was able to help me find a manufacturer coupon and it cut the cost by more than half. The best part was that it would still go towards my deductible, unlike the GoodRx coupon. Thank you so much Brandon for taking that extra step!! It made all the difference!

Received 2 prescriptions for my 5 year old son which were supposed to be an oral suspension since he is small, one for Amoxicillin and one for Tamiflu. Got home after waiting forever and to my surprise, each bottle was filled with powder? Unmixed? I was not aware of this and have never been prescribed a powder I'd have to mix myself. My concern is that the directions for mixing each were quite unclear and were directions for a pharmacist to follow. I only worried because how easy would it be to accidentally overdose your child because of unclear directions. And, from my understanding, those are supposed to be mixed by the pharmacist. Kind of dangerous if you ask me. Not a good experience.

This is by far the worstttt pharmacy I've ever been to!! So slow and I waited in line for over an hour and half just for them to say they can't get my medication filled and that I'm out of luck...AFTER i waited in line of course..The staffing is horrendous and the line is always halfway through the store no matter what time of day, the drive thru window has been shut down for weeks .. Super frustrating and the staff never seems to know whats going on or care for that matter. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs it's a total nightmare

I went in today to grab a few prescriptions. Everything was going smoothly until Brandon decided to interrupt for “Training”. He wasn’t volunteering to help anyone else (All elderly females) but when I stepped up to the counter he all the sudden decides to train an employee. He probably thought I was cute or something who knows. I kindly asked if we could hurry this along because I was in pain. He said “not with that attitude”. So I kept quiet until the transaction was complete. I said thank you to the trainee and told Brandon he could go F himself. That when he spewed racist comments about me. I spent an hour on hold with corporate. Hopefully someone gets this that can do something about this.

Went to get my daughters prescription at 9:45 PM. Didn’t get the prescription until 11:15 because they have one person filling and cashiering. I feel so bad for that pharmacist who has to work under that kind of work load and pressure. You should go somewhere else that appreciates you more than that.

All of the pharmacy techs and pharmacist are fantastic super helpful, and doing their best, but it's absolutely ABSURD how few people cvs employs at this pharmacy. it should be criminal. I shouldn't be on hold for a half an hour, give up to get to the pharmacy, with only two people working and having to do 5000 things at once. overworking people like this could cause a serious mistake and get someone hurt. and it's inhumane to it's workers! CVS doesn't care, they only care about showing slightly more profit next quarter.

Switching my pharmacy to smiths across the street because the random hours this pharmacy is closed, the drive thru being closed, having to wait inside the store standing around for upwards of 1 hour is ridiculous, I get up to the counter finally and they tell me to wait 15 mins longer because it isn’t ready yet. Okay yeah I don’t know if they need more employees or a better system, but take your business somewhere else! CVS DO BETTER

The drive through has been closed for weeks and the line inside is usually at least an hour wait time. I have a small baby I don’t want exposed to all the sick people in line. I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy.

I got my prescriptions through CVS for 7 years and never once was able to pick up without SOME issue. Even if I called ahead to make sure my prescription was ready when I arrived it was an minium of a 20 minute wait. They don't seem to train their staff adequately, they regularly misplaced or otherwise fudged my prescriptions, staff where often rude or unprofessional and good staff didn't last long at any point. Final straw was them telling me I was out of refills on one of my meds even though I had JUST been to the doctor and been given 5 more refills like a month prior. I don't know if they lost the script or what happened but thanks to think I had to go almost a full week without my meds until my doctor could send out yet another script. Switched to Ogden Clinic pharmacy immediately after that. Even though they where absolutely packed I still got in and out of there within 15 minutes. Save yourself a headache. It's not worth the convenience of the drive through or the hours, go somewhere else and actually get your meds when you need them.

Prescriptions are never ready and often you end up not getting your prescription at all.They stated that if you receive a text from them saying your prescription is ready it may actually not be ready and you should call in.Very frustrating, this place needs new management.

I want to know why CVS thinks they can get away with such a poor customer service experience with their automated system. It is absolutely a joke and always leaves me extremely upset when I finally get to an agent. It's like you've got a beg and plead just to set up an appointment for your freaking vaccine shot. And their website is only set up to deal with individuals and not families. CVS is definitely not a built around family

AWFUL staffing issues. They always have either the drive thru or lobby shut down, resulting in a long line. There.is a drive thru line literally blocking all parking spots and Inhave been here an hour... still 7 cars ahead of me. They average 10 min/car.They literally NEVER anser the phone.

My wife and I went for our covid booster and was told my wife couldn't get her booster with Blue Cross Blue Shield because she worked for Walmart. What the hell is that. She had to walk away without getting her booster. Bad on CVS for treating us like they didn't care if we lived or died.

CVS’s store used to be really nice. I mostly get my prescriptions from The South Ogden store, the pharmacy needs help and I've had issues with them, so many that I'm transferring elsewhere. Today I picked up one out of 3 prescriptions the others weren’t ready, got home and could not open the bottle. The Pharmacist stuffed 100 ct in 2 bottles I and my girlfriend could not open the darn thing. They should think bout old people who have arthritis had to open prescription bottle with pliers 😏go to Walgreens instead

Heidi, is amazing. How and why they only have one employee for the entire store at night is ridiculous. With the up tick, and current shoplifting issue in the area plus all night pharmacy. It's only a matter of time until something happens. Night security is a must.Heidi is wonderful she knows every product and greets every customer she see walk through the door. Jason always so helpful in the pharmacy. He would send request to doctors for new prescriptions when old ones ran out of refills. Now since he's quit, I've been told they don't have time or it's not their job to send a request. However every time I call my doctors office it says have the pharmacist request new refills directly. Mean while I'm with out my needed meds. (Not pain meds but normal Well needed meds) 🤷‍♂️ drive thru always closed, why have it.Love CVS just weird decisions and situations lately.

They NEVER have prescriptions ready when they are supposed to be. I don’t know what they are doing in there but it’s not their job. I had surgery and my pain medication wasn’t covered by insurance. The hospital let me leave, went to pick up pain meds only to find out I could get them. They said they “tried reaching out to the doctor to get an alternative” but I really doubt. My doctor is VERY prompt. It’s the middle of the night and now I am left with 0 pain medication after an emergency surgery. I ended up paying for it without insurance and it was over $100.
