Went around 5:30pm. Super busy and almost impossible to navigate the parking lot. There were very few spaces open.We managed to grab a rotisserie chicken (there were two left), and I noticed that instead of the usual containers with the plastic lid, they come in a bag that DOESNT ZIP CLOSED. If this thing tips and spills grease everywhere in my car, that’s on Costco. I’m not sure if this is a change they’ve made everywhere, but at least make the bag seal like other stores!In the self checkout, the girl with the scanner for big items was not helping anyone, yet she did not help us with our huge bag of rice. We had to heave it up so we could scan it and then put it back in our cart. The fuel station is almost invisible behind the trees in the parking lot—see picture.

I went to go get pizza without a membership, I walk in the exit and got asked for my membership card. The lady that asked me was older and had blonde hair. She was very rude and used an aggressive attitude when talking to me. I went out to my car to look it up and at the beginning on April they started cracking down on that food court rule. I understand she was doing her job and I completely understand why she didn’t let me go in but the way she said it was completely inappropriate. She made it seem like it had been a thing forever. She made me feel stupid and uncomfortable. Do better with customer service please.

Love Costco for so many reasons; their deli, bakery, fresh produce and meat cuts are top notch along with the gas station, food, snacks, pharmacy and OTC medicine, gifts, gift card selection, clothing, socks, underwear, electronics, housewares, furniture and everything in between. Worth every cent of the yearly membership fee! Organized, clean and always stocked well. Convenient one stop party/dinner store. Highly recommend! You save so much money and get so much more for your money at Costco! Highly recommend!

Went to Costco in Ogden today to get my hearing checked on one of their busiest days. It was crazy at first sight, however lines were moving, people were courteous and lots of smiles. Great service from the hearing aids manager - he goes above & beyond. Delightful first experience with them. Still shopped and totally enjoyed my experience!

Great place to shop for items in bulk, fair value, and good to great quality. Cheap items in the food court like hot dogs, pizza, drinks, and ice cream. They keep the store clean and provide friendly service. The downside is looking for parking since it's always so busy and waiting in line. It can get seriously packed during peak hours. My best recommendation is to show up right before it opens! They'll usually let you in 5 mins before or so, 15 minutes after it opens, it already started filling in with the crowd.

We love Costco a little too much! We buy most of our staples for our family of seven there including most of the awesome items we own! If you ever have a problem with or don’t like something you buy they will return it no questions asked. We love Costco!!! ✨💖✨

After having some customer service return people real mean to me on a return thar did not work properly 3 times which I would give 0 stars. I want to give the cashier manager 5 out 5 stars for hearing me out to correct their rude customer service, and the self checkout man at the self checkout who had such good customer service. I would give him 5 out of 5 stars. I will still shop at this Costco because the staff is nice overall, I have been a Costco member for years including Oregon, and shopping in a Montana Costco.

If I could give a negative review I would. I’ve been a member of Costco for 20 years. I went in to buy one item and the membership card I had was my wife’s because I drove her car that day. They wouldn’t allow me to make a purchase because I didn’t have my card with my picture on it. She is my WIFE! I’m the one who pays for the membership! Complete garbage. I will never step foot in a Costco again. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Shame on you Costco for turning a way a good client that shops and spends thousands a month. 👎

I absolutely love Costco and the products it offers and discounts at bulk. However, at this particular location, I have had 3 different experiences where the person checking us out was very rude and impatient. Once was with my mom, and she had her membership card but it had my father’s name and picture and she rudely after checking us out said it wasn’t acceptable and it had to be the member only. She was extremely rude about it. Then today, a lady named Jenn checked us out and had a nasty attitude in doing her job and explaining to us only the member could pay for the order, we wanted to split it up. Anyways, it was no problem for us to do it together but she was just so impatient and rude about it. She was probably just mad that it was so busy and there was a long line behind us, but it doesn’t take more time to be nice lady. But honestly, it’s always so busy at this Costco, so that’s probably how the employees are all the time.Anyways, love the samples employees they are nice, but those who are checking out people need to lighten up and be more kind.

I have been a Member since this store opened in Ogden. I enjoy Costco's products and services, but in the last few years the Ogden Costco has become so busy that I don't enjoy shopping there anymore. I think they need to consider opening another Costco on the North end of Ogden.

Overall I enjoyed shopping here. The only issue I have is their policy. When I started my membership, they told me that anyone in my immediate family could use my card. (such as my husband) My husband went to get dog food but they refused to allow him to checkout since the membership was not under his name. They informed us that they had recently updated their policy but I told them an email or letter in the mail would have been nice to update their customers, so there wasn't any confusion or be an inconvenience to their customers.

This is an awesome store. I'm so impressed with their customer service. I wanted to buy a laptop today, but there was no stock in this area. So they told me I have to buy it via online. Since I have the international membership card, the website didn't accept my number as a member. So I had to pay a non-member surcharge, and I didn't want that. I asked at the customer service to figure the way out. Even though they couldn't solve the problem, they kindly tried to help me with their sincere effort, especially the man and his manager. After that, I figured out by myself a way to get a refund of the surcharged fee on the website customer Q&A. So the problem is solved now. The experience with the customer service today was amazingly great full.

Costco is one of my least favorite places to go. The only reason it gets two stars is because some of the bakery items are fantastic and the pharmacy for the most part is good. Other than that I try my hardest to go to Sam's club because it's so much easier to shop there and they don't make you feel like you're an inconvenience.

Prices are usually pretty good but that's the only thing going for them. The isles are packed too close together for people to move around, especially with a cart. The exit is a degrading funnel that makes you feel like cattle. The parking lot is a crampt joke. Herding them into a funnel inside only to make them scatter outside with all the cars herded right into a spaghetti bowl right outside the front door.

The staff members are very rude. They start by harassing you to show your membership card, and then they act like you should be grateful to be there. The place is chaotic with the number of customers they have. I don't understand why so many people go there. I prefer the other club store in Riverdale but sometimes go to Costco to check on variety. Stay away from this place if you enjoy your livelihood.

Apparently you need to know the right people to be able to skip the line at the food court. Kinda sucks given I've always had great experience at Costco.It was also unfortunate that when shopping I over heard multiple employees complaining about their hours being cut.

Costco is a family staple for clothing and house hold items as well as groceries. This location is nice and usually has great items in stock. Can be too busy at times but that's now just expected at Costco.

Jen checked us out today, and she was awful to us. We were doing multiple transactions, which can be a bit of a hassle, but the way she acted towards us regardless was ridiculous. Work on your customer service skills Jen.

Shopping experience was good, but our whole experience was ruined by the cashier Jen. She was extremely rude and unhelpful, we were hurrying to get all our items scanned, and she constantly had negative expressions towards us and giving cold answers. There was no need for the attitude.

If I could do no stars I would. I went to the self check out with my three year old. An employee asked me to look at my card, which was my husband’s, which he was in the store!! He wouldn’t let me check out until my husband was next to me in the check out line, he was grabbing razors from the pharmacy area. The employee was SO rude and made me feel like I was committing a crime. Needless to say I am canceling our membership and will never go back there again. Sam’s club is way better anyways!! What a freaking joke!!

The people here aren't the friendliest Costco employees that's for sure. Selection is okay not great, a few Oriental and health food surprises at certain times of the year but never Indian(special diff then basmati or medium bulk rice or beans or dairy products like yogurt, ghee, lassi), Caribbean(pigeon peas) or major organic(Suja, frozen Cederlane entrees and so on) or healthy selections(need more USA/local veggies and fruits) like some Costco's. Sad can't even have regular medium sized water bottle or peas there for example basic things most Costcos have . It's your job to turn over my Costco card if you take it upon yourself to check my picture in self-checkout, I just hand it to you. There is no requirement I hand it to you right side up girl, I am the customer and I already am ringing myself up and doing all the donkey work. You make the big Costco bucks and get paid OT for working Sundays right? The pizza is okay for momo I guess, but not much passion or heart put into the food. Price is good as always. Oh if you ever call about their on hand inventory be prepared to find it post haste if they say they don't have it and not find it inany godforsaken place in the entire store if they claim choke amounts.

Do not use the tire department for any kind of service. They estimate 1 hr and take 5 hours, and don't know how to remove lugnuts.This department is understaffed and does not answer the phone, so it is impossible to follow up on the status of your vehicle.
