Ordering was great, a bit pricey for frozen delivery to Florida, so I settled for freeze-dried, other than that, the prices were awesome, everything came in in great condition. Minor fault with my delivery, but 1 call resolved everything quickly, -and honestly, they earned my business. Thank you BSD , youre above and beyond my expectations!! (The selections-perfect- both fresh and saltwater, and plenty to choose from). I went through plenty of sites before choosing, so thumbs up from a picky shopper.

I discovered these guys don't actually have a store front. They however got me in the right place and taken care of as if they did. I was very pleased with how well I was treated and the staff are very knowledgeable. They got me some varying products to try with my different fish. Now I'm set up to buy online and can still pickup in person. What I thought was really neat is that they supply not just hobbiests but also hatcheries and zoos. I'll definitely keep coming back and recommend BSD.

Update: Sales reached out to me to let me know that for some reason my email was quarantined by their spam protection. They included a screenshot of that. They shipped my order to me free of charge to make up for the inconvenience. I will be ordering from them again in the future.Original review: Ordered online with local pickup selected because my brother was coming down through their area and said he could grab it for me. They said they'd be closed but would put my order outside where it could be found and picked up for me. I asked at their sales email address days ago ("we'll respond within 24 hours") for a picture of where my order would be found and they never responded. Brother spent 20 wandering around their dystopian zombie horror warehouse area and found no order.I'll adjust my review up or down based on how this plays out.

First time I ordered from them, my order was cancelled. Second time I ordered, my package conveniently got lost when they shipped it. Victoria probably had the fed ex guy do her a solid for a past confrontation with her. She wont reply to my emails and I dont want to speak on the phone because Im really angry. All I needed was an invoice number for my order but that was too much to even get a reply out of you guys. Super unprofessional.

We order from here every year. Last year we had a problem with the freeze dried krill was almost all powder. We contacted the company to let them know. They bent over backwards to apologize and even replaced the tub for us. They explained that it must've been the bottom of the barrel by accident. The replacement tub we received was absolutely perfect! I just placed my order for this year! Thank you!

This is how you run a business! I needed to add on to an order I placed over the New Years weekend and when I called in the woman that helped me was amazing. She saw that I was local so she updated my shipping method to be more affordable. Then she asked what I was breeding and offered several samples to test out. She let me know that several workers were out with covid and I was willing to wait if they needed to get caught up. I still got my order the next day. The samples of their golden pearl included several sizes and my fry tore them apart. I will definitely get more once I figure out which size is best. The brine shrimp eggs are still hatching but I know the hatch rates are good from other customers and the Cool Mix flake is a hit with all of my stock so far. I was also informed that if I order frozen I can get a better shipping rate because I am local, so if you are in the UT area keep that in mind for all your frozen food needs!Thank you again for all of your help and this 5 star review is well deserved.

If you're going to GSL to pick up fish feed it is on down 29th Street pass the Javier's sign to your right they allow me to park overnight and have me load it in and out an hour in the morning can't beat that
