Owner was super friendly and welcoming! All animals present were mini size, friendly, and safe to feed. Venmo payment option is super convenient. $5 for a good size cup of grain or 5 cups for $20. My kids absolutely loved running from pen to pen. There are also brushes available to groom the ponies. Animals there today were goats, ponies, cows, chicken, bunnies, llama, fallow deer, pig, sheep, & donkeys. We will be back!

Such a fun outing for children. We love our outings to Rundown Ranch. Owner ‘Sparky’ Is very friendly and helpful.There are goats, miniature ponies, donkeys, cattle, a reindeer, chickens, and more. There are signs by each pen with the animals’ name and some interesting facts about them.You can make a donation to purchase cups of grain feed for the animals$5 per cup$20 for 5 cupsBefore our last visit I called ahead to see if it was ok to bring some extra carrots for the animals and Sparky said that was fine and helped us cut the carrots into smaller pieces to feed the animals. (I would definitely check before bringing anything else to feed the animals other than the supplied grain.)There are also brushes supplied to help groom the animals if you like.Hand washing station with water, soap, hand sanitizer and paper towels.Plenty of parking opposite.A fun place to visit any time of year.

The people working there are so kind. They will give you as much or as little help as you'd like. The animals are so sweet, and they all want to be hand fed. We even did a pony ride which was amazing for my toddler.

Wow! Fun! Friendliest animals that you will ever meet. The owner, Sparky, and his wife are pretty friendly too. You can feed the critters too. Deer, cows, chickens, mules, lamas, pigs, and my favorite... Goats! The animals are very sweet and won't bite. A good sized cup of feed is available for only $5. will Venmo is accepted here. This is such a great place to visit for kids and old kids like me.

Farmer Sparky and his Ranch hands let me host a group of friends for my son’s 2nd birthday! They went above and beyond to help entertain our toddlers with pony rides, tractors, and feeding the animals. We are forever grateful for the memories made. This place is such a gift to parents with kids.

This place is a kid (and kid at heart) farm dreamland! Parking is across a very not-busy street. Yes, wheelchair friendly parking, BUT not wheel chair friendly dirt and mud pathways. (Unless you like that type of adventure in a wheelchair)5.00 donated gives you a cup of animal feed. Just donate 20 and get 5 cups of feed you, and your kids will use it.

I can't say enough about our experience here! Spending the $20 on food for our group was definitely worth it. These gentle cuties were all so great with my 1 year old who couldn't get enough of them. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience for my little girls. All the animals were gentle and great to pet. If you didn't want to touch them, they had scrub brushes to pet them with. Owner was very friendly. We even got to see a baby deer!

I came across this amazing place today while I was out fishing. Hands down the coolest place ever. Once I started walking around I was like a little kid😂😂😂 I was so excited about finding this place I am going back this weekend. I highly recommend not petting the turkeys. They have major attitude problems and i now know why there is a warning sign on their stall. But this is an amazing place to take the kids and the family. The animals are well kept and it shows they don't miss a meal.

Great place to meet some friendly animals. I usually do not like petting zoos, most feel exploitative but this place feels like a safe space for rescue animals. All are very gentle and the owner came out and chatted with us during our visit. He seems like a great guy that really cares about the animals on his “ranch”.

Great little farm where you can see some common and some not so common animals. It's run fully on donations, so if you can't afford to take your kids to a petting zoo, you could take them here. My toddler loved it! They were all over the place.

Went here on a whim. Wasn't disappointed at all. Super nice and the animals were awesome and nice. Drove out from park city. Would definitely do it again. Btw, I'm 35 and my wife is 33. We liked it a lot.

We absolutely love the Rundown Ranch! We make sure to visit with our grandkids (ages 2-7) any time we're near the area. The kids LOVE feeding, petting and brushing the animals, but the adults have just as much fun! They only ask for a small donation to help cover the cost of feed for the animals that have all been rescued. The kids love that the animals are so gentle and will eat right out of their hands! It makes for a great, affordable, family-friendly activity!

Good luck on this one. The owner came out and basically berated my kids. We've gone there many times and had an awesome experience, but wow. The owner was on a tear the last day my family came and accused my kids of teasing the animals. If anyone knows my daughters, they are the most loving girls towards animals, but are fairly apprehensive still with some big animals (donkeys can bite, pigs can bite, etc). It's taken many trips there to get my daughter comfortable with the animals and she still struggles to feed them and not be scared. His misread my daughters fear - her pulling back when the animals went to take food from her hand - as teasing and ripped into my wife. Can you imagine? Some dude tearing into a single lady there, alone with two small daughters. My wife was more scared than embarrased.Save your money, or good luck. The dude is completely unpredictable. We won't be back ever. And we spent quite a bit of money in the past basically taking care of his animals (buying food to feed them). My kids will sorely miss Kevin Bacon (our favorite pig), but wow. just wow. Such meanness.

This place is awesome! Perfect little sized farm for my kids to check out! You pay with donations and can feed the animals with cups of grain. SO many animals! Goats, a sheep, pigs, emus, bunnies, a mini bull, mini furry cows, alpacas, mini horse plus chickens, ducks and turkeys! We all had a blast. Looking forward to going back 🙂
