My 2 year old Canecorso was aggressive to all people and dogs. I could not let people come to my house. He was too strong to walk and if we saw other people or dogs I could barely hold the leash.I called rocky mt k9 they took him a few times and I have a completely different dog now. I’m able to have company over and can walk him without a leash. It’s night and day!If your looking at this review I’d assume you need help like I did. Book their services sooner than later

Ive taken my Aussie there a few times already and she always comes home happy, healthy and TIRED! We love that for our aussie! She will be staying for a longer stay in the next few days and I have zero worries that she wont get the best care possible!

David is very responsive and sensitive to our dogs needs. He is flexible with our schedule and has helped us tame our German shepherds. We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs with him as sometimes we have to leave them for almost a full week. We get photo and video updates and our dogs always look like they’re having fun. David cares greatly about the dogs in his care and makes sure all dogs are safe and comfortable.

We are so happy to have found Rocky mountain K9 for boarding for our dog, Thor! Thor is a very anxious rescue dog, and they were very understanding and laid-back with taking care of him. We will definitely be using their services more in the future. :)

We started boarding our dog whenever we take a flight, so we have used Rocky Mountain a few times now. They are professional, provide great services, and all around are pleasant to work with. Highly recommend boarding your dog with this business! We receive report cards for all of our visits and frequently interact with various staff who are all friendly and helpful.

Rocky Mountain K9 did such a great job with both our Portuguese water dogs. Both our pups look amazing and smell great. One of our dogs is a handful too, so I know it probably wasn’t an easy job. We are already on the books for our next visit.

David Kitchen trained our 2 bernedoodle sibs turning them from frustrating little demons into very lovable, manageable companions. We have boarded at Rockymtnk9 on three different occasions with great results—incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, super accommodating logistical support and happy, healthy dogs at pick up. We already have two more bookings for this year, a weekend and a 10 day stay. Nothing but the best for Brenda and Doug!

We recently went on vacation and left our dog with them for about a week. When we returned our dog had 2 puncture marks and blood on his neck. We had to take him to the animal hospital that evening in salt lake. He had an infection and fever, the vet believed it to be from e collar left too long and too tight. He also had had multiple red marks on his neck from the collar being too tight. I assume he left the collar on for the whole time we were gone, the wounds were very deep. Never should have happened, supposed to be a trainer?? Never leave an e collar on for more than a few hours!

Can I say that I am amazed with the result I am seeing in my big boy within just 1 week of training with David and his crew. Kodak was a Covid Pup and we all quarantined together so I never got a chance to socialize him. So when we were finally able to socialize and train him outside he was to big for me to control and I just gave up and locked him up in my back yard only taking him out of nice a day for a walk. We finally decided to take him here after walking him became to stressful for me. After only 1 week I saw some huge improvements. He doesn’t want to fight with everyone or thing that he sees. He still has a little difficulty but he is so much better then before. Thank you thank you!
