I've done business here before about 5 or 6 years ago and had a great experience then. So when I discovered a potential wiring issue in my trailer, Nate was my first call. I am fairly new to hauling and it was ultimately an embarrassingly simple "me" problem. Rather than being condescending when it was diagnosed; I was met with kindness and even other tips for hauling and for keeping my trailer tip top. Don't hesitate to bring your business here!

I had a front trailer hitch installed here; I can't complain about the price. Unfortunately, an employee named John was clearly not happy to be working. He was extremely rude and did not respect my time. Rather than treating me like a customer, he was annoyed that I even came in. When I entered the store, he didn't even bother to greet me and insisted I toss my keys to him so he wouldn't have to stand up. If I didn't put down a deposit, I probably would've left right then. Moreover, a promised 2 to 3 hr install took 6+ hrs. It's unfortunate because the employee I talked to on the phone (Tim..?) was very friendly and helpful. It looks like other reviews echo this, but definitely not my experience. Would not recommend at all.Edit: Why am I not surprised you choose to reply to my review with excuses rather than take responsibility for your poor customer service? Thank you for further proving my point... I will not be visiting again and would highly recommend customers avoid this establishment. This place is like my rusty car: crumbling and falling apart... Oh yeah, and when I called 3hrs to check in on it, you hadn't even started and John was again annoyed about my call... The math just doesn't add up.

Ordered a shell for my truck. they walked me through the option and showed me the options. I orderedm it. I was told it takes 4 weeks. We will wait and see what it is like.

We were in a Spot. We were camped out and needed a Camper Shell for our 2021 Toyota Tacoma. No one we called could get it for at least two months and there prices were sky high. Rhino got it for us in ten day`s. They had the Lowest Price!! High Quality and FREE Installation. We had three small dog`s with us and it was Hot Outside. They let us bring our Pup`s inside where it was Cool. They gave us a morning Appointment. They were out Super Fast and they were very Friendly. I 100% recommend them So glad we found them!

Just had the best experience with Nick and John (owner) purchasing a Rhino Liner and Tonneau Cover for my husband's truck. It looks so awesome, the price was right and the Customer Service was incredible. These guys know what they are doing and they took excellent care of us. When we picked the truck up, there was another awesome guy in the office. I didn't get his name but he was wonderful too!Thank you guys for taking such good care of us!

Very friendly helpful family business. I've bought truck shells and bed liners from him before. His son even does Auto Body work and I had him fix the right rear fender of my truck when I tagged a fire box in a parking garage. His son did a fantastic job! Couldn't even tell o smashed it. Fantastic service and best prices around! If you are considering a truck shell and may be considering the Leer or ARE dealers in SLC valley, give Terry's Tops & Rhino Linings a shot. I contacted every shell dealer in Utah Valley and SLC Valley, and Terry's was the best. By far. Very happy with my Century Ultra Sport shell. Took about an hour to install. Looks excellent on my truck. Paint matches perfectly.

I have been to Terry's Top Factory several times in the past three years, one time I had a Rhino Lining done and I have found the lining to Great and it protects my new truck bed from all the scratches and gouges from my Rototiller and snow blower, Then I had a Bed Cover put on the back of the truck they even found one I could use saving big bucks, Then they showed me how to put sealing tape in the back to keep the dust out of the bed, then another time they put Truck window awnings on to keep the water from running in on rainy days. I have been treated very good each time I have been in and they were recommended to me by the car dealer I bought my truck from. Thanks Terry's top Factory for all you have helped me with (keep up the good work).

I have had dealings with this shop for many years..2 tops, 2 Rhino liners, 1 tailor hitch, 1 headlight polish more clear bras than Victoria's Secret and 10 or 15 other things that don't come to mind right off.I have recommended this shop to a bunch of folks that have all come back happy with their service.Anyone that finds fault with the service or have problems with John or Nate should not be allowed out un-supervised, let alone driving in public..9 JuneJohn and Nate. you guys did it again, The headlights look like the car just rolled off the showroom floor, big change from the "well frosted look" that I drove in with. My wife went to New York City to work in the Emergency Room as a Registered Nurse during the CoVid pandemic. I wanted to do something nice for her as a "brave present". I decided to have Rhino Lining applied to her truck bed. I got a referral from Larry H Miller - Riverdale for Terry Top. When I called, Jon was incredibly helpful. He was willing to pick my truck up at the dealership, get it sprayed, and deliver it back, all for a great price. A few days later when I got the truck back I couldn't believe how great it looked! Choose Terry's Toppers for our truck cap. They had the best pricing and very friendly over the phone. After waiting for 2 months, we finally have the top installed. Disappointed with the inaccuracy of the order and the misleading time frame given when we placed the order. Also, no compensation offered for the delay. If you don't mind a long wait and dont care about being compensated for mistakes, then Terry's is right for you, otherwise look elsewhere.

Had them spray a bed liner in my truck and also bought some extra tie down d rings. The liner looks great and is pretty much bullet proof stuff. The liner was a quick turn around too. Dropped it off in the morning and had my truck back by lunch.

This is for a review of a purchase in 2007. I bought a Century bed cap for my Dodge Diesel. Item was ordered and arrived when stated. Cap was installed quickly as I waited with no fuss. The cap has lasted this long and I am currently trying to sell it because I just bought a 5th wheel. Cap has lasted a hair over 8 years and still going. If I lived in the area I'd buy another one from them when I get another truck.

Wife surprised me with rhino lining for Christmas. Terry's put the rhino lining on and did a great job! Found out later that there was a little over spray on my brand new trucks paint! I took it to them and John, Nate, and Rusty all came out to make sure everything was fine and that I was taken care of. They cleaned the over spray off, no waiting. Talked with Nate and Rusty, very friendly. Will recommend and purchase products from there again.

Not sure what remedy options I have, because if I have any I will pursue them. I paid for a Rhino line in the bed of my truck, what I got was overspray all over my truck. Windows, paint, molding, chrome, everything with a flat surface is covered. I called and was told its impossible to happen, and they can wipe it down with denatured alcohol. Just what I want to do in my brand new truck, that I just waxed 2 days ago. So I just spent the last 7 hours rubbing, scrubbing, waxing and there is very little improvement. Thanks for ruining my truck.

An honest no frills get the job done at a good price shop. I would take any truck there to have it Rhino lined. Good people there. I have had then do two jobs there and they did a great job each time.

Have you ever gone to a specialty supply house for the first time and as you walk from your car to where you open the door all the questions you have are jumbled right at the fore. For me, the most important one: are they going to be cool? This can only be answered if you walk on in and find out. Well my friend, I bit the bullet and found out for the both of us. Guess what? No worries so swing that door wide and go on in, the counter is to the right and to the back. You're going to want to talk to a guy named John and he is going to make you feel welcome like you been coming in for ten years. When I was there, I appreciated that and when I walked out, I was smiling.
