I shop at this Ace location all the time. It’s fairly close to my house and it’s in a great location I think. It’s always maintained well and I’m greeted EVERY time I’m in here and asked if I need help. The guys that work here are knowledgeable and nice. They have a Traeger section for my fellow BBQ enthusiasts, a pretty good sprinkler section, paint section, key making station to name a few. They always send me on my way with a coupon for $5 when I’m done shopping to save me some money the next time I’m in. They carry a lot of electric power tools on top of gas powered tools. Prices are competitive as well.

If I could give 10 stars, I would.. I went into Ace Hardware looking for a new grill and I was trying to decide between the Big Green Egg or a larger gas grill. This is where Joe, the store manager stepped in. His knowledge about the Big Green Egg was excellent. He expertly answered all my questions and even some that I had not thought about. Needless to say, I walked out with a new large Big Green Egg, table and many accessories.. To my surprise when I checked out, they gave me a 10% discount for being a veteran.My wife and I were so happy when Lee's Market was built. We like that they are only 2 minutes from our house and now that they have opened a Ace Hardware next door, we don't have to drive all the way into Lowe's for the everyday household items. Plus, you are helping support our local businesses and that betters our community.Do yourself a favor and go into Ace next to Lee's Market and check them out. The staff is eggcellent and very helpful. Check out the Big Green Eggs if you are looking to upgrade your grill. You will not be disappointed.A big thanks to Joe and his staff for a job well done.

I came into purchase 2 bottles of propane for our work grill. The gentleman at the counter was amazing and handled everything so fast. He even went over the details for exchange next time.Plus you are a few $ cheaper than Lee's

Dustin (the GM) and his crew are amazing. I mean, are there days where people are not as friendly... sure. Do they have limited stock sometimes? Sure. But I have never left here upset or feeling like I don’t matter to their business, and I’m today’s “customer service” is a foreign concept world? That means everything.They will order anything that they don’t have into the store and can usually have it in 2-3 days. I will wait for high quality customer service. I feel awful for not having her name, but there is a young lady who always has her hair in braids... she is the kindest, most helpful gal in the whole world. If there were more people like her in the world, then every business would be worth doing business with.

Needed a couple of fuses for an AC. Staff is awesome and I was greeted right when I walked in. They also knew exactly where the fuses were and were very friendly. Overall great experience and would return. On a side note the store was very well socked and organized.

Great little shop. Employees are friendly. Bit more expensive than Lowes or Home depot and obviously less selection but I don't mind supporting local, and the convenience of how close it is offsets the cost for me. It's great for quick trips for when you need one part right in the middle of a project. I only wish they were open a little later than 7pm.

I have been inside this store a few times and the staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to explain the problems I was having with my toilet and they were there to help and give possible solutions. Each time I go into the store I feel welcomed and you can tell the staff and manager actually care about you. No more trips to Lowe's...Foxboros Ace Hardware will be my go to now.

Very convenient location. Very helpful people. Really good selection for it's size. I go there whenever I can. However their sprinkler selection is pretty small. I've had to go to Lowe's or HD for sprinkler repair projects.

I purchased an Ego string trimmer and have had it for less than 2 weeks and it stopped working. I called the store and was told they had a replacement and to bring it in. After driving to the store and carrying the item into the store and waiting for someone to help the manager sent me away telling me it’s not their problem. This is poor customer service and I won’t be doing additional business with Lee’s Ace or Ace Hardware for that matter. Obviously I am a very dissatisfied customer.

I needed a plug for my shower plumbing that’s under construction. I checked Ace’s hours on their website and they said they were open until 6. Great, we rushed over there, checked the door, they were locked up tight at 5:55. We would have been out of the store by 6 I guarantee it.Do you close at 6 or 5:50, 5:45? What is the magic number because it’s clearly not 6? I really wish someone would open a Home Depot or Lowe’s a little bit closer to us and put these clowns out of business.

I was looking for information about staining concrete and sealing it. Having visited the two other giant home improvement stores, the most help I received was from the employee reading the products on the shelf (which I had already done). However, the Ace employee took the time to research my questions and was willing to contact the product rep. I've now sustained the concrete and it went exactly as the Ace employee explained. I'm thankful for the help. I think I'd still be lost in the weeds, watching endlessly differing YouTube videos if I hadn't had the help from Ace.

Ordered a 100g tank got the confirmation to pick it up drove an hour and a half to come pick it up for them to tell me they didn’t have it. Horrible customer service inside as well. Won’t ever come here again

There is one gal who works at this Ace that is so helpful, so knowledgeable, and so friendly. I look for reasons to go to Ace now... I know Ace is more than power tools, but the fact that a woman around the same age as me knows that much about hardware; I want to be her best friend. Thanks employee whom I can never remember your name by the time I go to write a review! Keep up the amazing job!!! (Also, Ace, give that girl a raise.)

They have newly established policy that will not allow women carry a standard handbag into the store .When ask for the policy , the manager can not provide the actual size allowed, different employee will have different standard based on they definition and personal bias. Stay away from the store if you do not want to run into similar issues.

really good place to get anything you want. Better then south fork hardware those guys have young kids that are supposed to be in school i guess they dont go to school. the people at Ace are adults they can talk instead of mumbling!

I watched a little old lady struggle to push her cart full of bought items to her car while an Ace employee stood outside of their store chit chatting with people that looked like his friends. This old lady was clearly in his line of sight but he did nothing. Rude. He also is on the clock so he was basically stealing from Ace Hardware. I helped her even though I was coming out of Lee's and not shopping there but now I will NEVER shop there.
