We LOVED our experience here! It was our first time boarding and we felt confident in leaving our fur baby with Coddled Critters. They were kind, reassuring, upfront on pricing and standards. This place is CLEAN. I can tell they care about the animals and we can’t wait to use them in the future. Love the structured schedule and dedicated time in kennels for rest.The report cards are a fun addition! Loved the camera feature. 10/10 recommend!

Staff is great and so nice. I can tell my pup is loved and cared for. Really appreciate being able to watch the cameras whenever I want to watch my new puppy play. Being able to leave him with them while we work is a great relief and he loves going to school every morning. Hoagie tries so hard to leap into the car so we can get there as fast as possible, even though he is still too small to make it in. I have worked in a boarding facility before and can happily say they have surpassed expectations. He has plenty of space to play and lots of friends to play with and learn manners from. It's great to see him gain confidence and character. 5 stars for Coddled Critters.

I can’t say enough positive things about the team at Coddled Critters.My dog is always excited as we drive up. He loves the team and I can tell they treat him well.I love watching the webcams and seeing the dogs playing.The dog groomers are also so thoughtful and do an amazing job.It’s also the cheapest location for chew toys and dog bones that I’ve found so far.

Great staff. Each dog has private sleeping space. Dogs are separated by size and monitored during play.Churchill loves it! He gets exited when we start to pack suitcases.

Doggy Daycare & Dog Lodging is difficult to rate because you get what you pay for. Since there aren't different tiers of service like in restaurants my scoring is partly on cost/quality.They are accommodating, I had a super early flight one day and they let me drop off like 2 hours early.The dogs are taken care of and the staff to dog ratio seems reasonable.The price for what you get is reasonable. This is not a high-end pet hotel, this is non-crate boarding. They get rooms with elevated cots, sized to dog(s) for extra as room size increases. We've been able to have all our dogs sleep together in an extra-large suite and that was nice. There's enough change for them so allowing them to sleep together is really important.They used to scoop your food based up your instructions but now you have to pre-bag each meal per dog; however, it seems the industry is moving to this. The business has their own food they can feed them for an additional fee.I don't have complaints it's just not on the top tier of services out there.We've used them for 3+ years with a total of like 6 different dogs with no issues. Dogs get into fights but I don't think ours ever have been bitten here so that shows they're watching for signs and separting them beforehand.It seems like at least one of our dogs is always on medication and they do a good job of taking down the instructions and giving the meds as prescribes.I'd recommend them.

The first time I took my Shih Tzu for it's very first groom I mentioned I wanted to grow her coat long (show coat) and to only trim around her eyes, paws and trim her nails. She looked great! Well I took her back for her second groom today and said same as last time. Only around the eyes, however they were not focused and seemed to be more worried to look for mats in her fur. ZERO mats since I bathe her and brush her at home. Well, they did not listen to me and gave her a full face trim cutting hair short on the top of her head, around her face and trimming her cute white beard, her coat that was getting long and, not to mention her whiskers! Whiskers are sensory organ and should NEVER be cut!!! Any owner/groomer should know that! Vet's and groomers have files for their client's just like doctor's and beauticians. I guess they don't

Hands down the best facility to board your pets! The staff is very kind and loving to your pet. They send you messages and photos on how your pup is doing. It’s so comforting to also ck on your furry friend on the web cam.

This place turned my puppy out!!! I brought in a demon puppy and they returned him a distinguished gentleman speaking the queens English. Legit we’ve found our forever groomers here. Can’t say enough amazing things.

I have three high energy Labrador Retrievers and they love coming to Coddled Critters! Whether it is for their daycare services or for their overnight extended care, Coddled Critters does an incredible job taking care of my dogs! My dogs are extremely excited to go play and when I pick them up they are tired and happy. The staff obviously cares about the pets they work with and that makes a significant difference and it is of great comfort when dropping them off, especially for longer stays. It is really nice that they have grooming services which makes it easy to arrange for stays and grooming at the same time. They have great ownership and great staff and I would highly recommend Coddled Critters! Thank you Coddled Critters!

Coddled Critters is the very best in the business! I don’t trust very many people with my dog, but I have complete peace of mind leaving him with the staff here. He LOVES going there every time. I love that they have cameras to check in and that they also send report cards during his stay with a picture, who his friends are, and how he’s been doing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I moved and it is a bit of a drive for me now but I will always make the trip rather than go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my dogs to Coddled Critters for 9 years! Daizie and Remy absolutely love it. The owner is amazing and knows everything about running a boarding, grooming and dog care business. The staff is super friendly and always happy to see the dogs! I use them for boarding and grooming. I recommend Coddled Critters 100 percent.

Such a great place. They have a couch that the dogs love to lay on. I’ve even seen staff snuggling with the dogs on the couch. The place is kept clean, which I love. The dogs are very eager to go back and play but also super excited to leave. They do report cards telling us how our dog did. They also have webcams so I can watch my dog play. Their groomers are amazing and my pups always look their best.

I love taking my dog here for doggie daycare, but the one time I scheduled a weekend boarding, I had to cancel and they absolutely refuse to refund your deposit!! Plans can change so quickly so beware prior to booking overnight stays with them. There are a lot of other places out there that will not charge a deposit or fee if you cancel. I wish there were more options for doggie daycare like this in Davis county too because I no longer want to go here with how I was treated with this incident.

Absolutely horrible experience and people. They should be put out of business.I was about to take my first vacation in 6 years. For some reason, I can't remember, I picked them to board my cats while I was out of town. When I got there to drop my cats off, they informed me they would not board them because a certain vaccination record was missing. Had they made any effort whatsoever to contact me about this, it could've easily been rectified. But, since they waited until 6:30 to tell me, after I spent 40 minutes in heavy traffic to get my cats there, listening to my kitties crying the entire time, my entire vacation was ruined.To make matters worse, they have thus far refused to return my deposit. They have so far insisted that even though this was clearly a result of their laziness and incompetence, it has to be treated as though I canceled on them. They are charging me a lot of money for a service they refused to provide.It's a safe bet they are desperate for money and it's not hard to see why. If you love your pets or care about not losing your money, take your business elsewhere. They are crooks.UPDATETwo weeks after being promised to receive a check to refund my deposit, I have still not gotten it

I was a customer for 7+ years where both my dogs started here as puppies. Over the past 3 years I have watched this place go down hill. There was a new sign tackily posted every week of some new restraint, rule, fee increase, etc…. Even though i was observing their care for my dogs decline dramatically.After interviewing several other daycares I switched even though it’s farther away and have ensured all my family did the same

We love taking our dog here for daycare and boarding. Every couple of days while she is there for boarding the staff writes a report card with updates. I can tell they actually put work into this because it is very specific to our dog and her personality. The staff have always been kind and professional and we love that they have webcams where we can check in on our dog and our toddler can watch our dog playing with friends while we are on vacation.

Took my boy here for his first boarding service (5 nights). I was anxious of course, but he was such a good boy and he was so exhausted that he slept for almost 2 days straight after I picked him up! Highly recommend this resort/daycare!

We are so lucky to have found Coddled Critters! We brought our dog for Doggy Day Care on February 15th in a bit of hurried circumstances and it couldn’t have gone smoother or quicker. Their online reservation system can be accessed 24 hours a day so I was able to reserve at 9pm to drop my dog off at 7am. Their early and late hours are extremely convenient.Our dog seemed happy after his 10 hour day in their care. We appreciated the “Report Card” they sent us at the end of the day. It gave us some details of how he acted and the doggy friends he made.We will definitely be bringing our dog back here again - thanks to the great staff!

I switched over to Coddled Critters, because I wasn't loving the other daycare I took my pup to, and I have loved taking my dog here!!! The staff is great. My dog LOVES it, and is always so tired when I come get her. I love that they take pictures of my dog throughout the day and send over a report card so I can see how my pup was doing that day. This place is great, and I cannot recommend them enough!!! If you're looking for a daycare, try them. You won't regret it!

They seemed to have taken care of her well, but the whole process was frustrating. I was told several different things depending on which employee I talked to. I got different hours for drop off and pick up, but I can now confirm that the hours on here are correct. I was told I didn’t need an appointment for structured day care on the phone, but when I showed up it appeared that I did, but luckily she was still able to go get in that day. Once I got to work I got a call an hour or so of her being there saying I needed to come pick her up because her vaccines were not up to date (missing two). I was confused and stressed out since I couldn’t leave work. I called back asking about which ones were missing since she had just had her check up in the fall. I was told that they actually were all up to date and she was fine, but there was another one not previously mentioned in the voicemail that was required by the facility she didn’t have and was able to get it there to stay in day care for the day. It is nice that that is an option so I didn’t have to try to figure out an arrangement to pick her up early. I also logged a card on file and had someone else pick her up and they made her pay the bill instead of just using the card on file I mentioned was fine to use for her visit since someone else was going to pick her up.

I will start out by saying this place is great and I will totally use them again. The staff is nice and they are good with the dogs. I was just frustrated that I called 2 days before our trip to figure out what I needed to do to board our 5 month old puppy. They told me to sign up online and other information about food, nap time, etc., however, I was never told a rabies shot was needed for a 5 month old puppy. Don't get me wrong I am glad they require it I just wish I was told. When I tried to sign up online it wouldn't let me because I was a new customer. So I spent the morning calling but the phone never got answered so we showed up with the puppy and they were very accommodating to take our dog but wouldn't take him without a rabies vaccine. So we were 2 hours late leaving for our trip because we had to get a vaccine for our puppy before boarding. I just wish that requirement was on their website and/or was told on the phone when I called earlier. However, like I said they are a great option for boarding your fur baby. I like that you can pull up the cameras and watch your puppy while you are gone. I will totally use them again. Thanks for taking care of our fur baby. ❤

I Love Coddled Critters!! I have 2 dogs that I love and I am extremely particular about their care. In past years I have used 4 other day cares. 2 were good and 2 were not so I wouldn’t return there. Then I found Coddled Critters 3 1/2 years ago and couldn’t be happier. My dogs have gone to daycare daily while I am at work. We have used the boarding several times when needing to go out of town. My little dog is in love with the groomer and wants to go see her in the morning when she is there. We have also benefited from the behavioral training that they have had in the past. I love that they have cameras so that I can look in and see what they are doing during the day. I have never seen anything inappropriate. I also love the daily report cards. The staff has been kind and caring throughout all of my dealings with them. They call and let me know if one of the dogs seems sick or needs attention in any way. I have tried to be as honest and objective as possible in this review. My experiences have only been positive. However, dogs and people can be very impulsive in their actions or reactions, and unfortunate things can happen anywhere. I am heartbroken for the people who lost their dog. But I am also heartbroken for the Coddled Critters staff and what a traumatic experience this must be for them as well. These people DO love dogs and care about their safety snd well being. Thank you Coddled Critters for taking such good care of my girls!

This was the first time we left our dog at a kennel. She is very anxious when she isn’t with us or at home. Coddle Critters took very good care of her. It was nice to have the web camera to check in on her. I also called to check in on her and they were really informative. I loved the report card we got at the end of Lily’s stay! We love Cottled Critters! They take such good care of our dog Jasper. He has so much fun there. I especially love the camera where I can watch him and see how much fun he's having with all his doggy friends. The staff is excellent and always sends me photos and reports on how Jasper's doing and who his new friends are. I would highly recommend taking your pet they will love the fun!!
