We were traveling to visit family so we stopped and went inside to eat, because taco time can be messy. This was the dirtiest, nastiest restaurant I've ever walked into. No restaurant this nasty should be allowed to continue doing business. Being from Utah and eating taco time all of my life I was in shock! It was 4 pm and The Food was cooked from lunch and then microwaved. Nasty! I asked for a refund for the 3 items that were not edible and the manager came from her house to process the refund. I was happy to wait. She ended up refunding the entire order which I was pleased about, but I still can't forget how dirty this restaurant was inside and to save others from the disgust and waste of time and money I am writing this review and giving 1 star. The health department needs to make a surprise visit here. This people working here can only be as good as their manager/leadership which is why I gave them 5 stars because they were doing their best.

Service is BEYOND slow. communication between the crew and customers is beyond a joke, and i watched at least 6 different vehicles leave the drive through because of how slow the service is. definitely needs a management team that will help the team thrive rather than them running around with their heads cut off.food is not “made fresh” yet still takes over 30 minutes for a simple burrito & two crisp meats. may as well of gone to the store & made it at home with all the waiting not only myself, but the line of cars that waited only because there’s no way to leave once you’re in line.

This place is nasty no cap lol. This can only be considered a fast food joint from the perspective of a sloth. Literally celebrated 3 birthdays in between ordering and receiving the food haha. My burrito was cold as polar bears and Lucifer's heart, but you know what wasnt cold? Their ice ahah, they didnt have any ice bruh, hard pass🚨REVISED🚨 Absolutely amazing changes here!! Three years later and this place has really upped their game! The tacos are packed with meat, so much meat in my mouth!! I loved every piece of meat!! I'm blown away, they probably are too!!

Food was good, service is terrible. Last time I went, the food took 10 minutes to get and it was a single burrito. Also had a few encounters with the employees smoking WHILE making the food. Shut this place down or hire better staff. Props to them, I had one great employee with a good attitude, but everyone else 👎

Stopped in at my fave Taco Time in Nephi after having a tragic day of my dog passing. The girls were AMAZING! Pepped me up and made some amazing soft bean burritos and served some incredible ROOT BEER! 😏 Thank you friends and Taco Time for brightening my day!ALSO…. A storm had just hit and a beautiful rainbow came out and Taco Time was literally at the end of the rainbow! 🌈 what an experience!

This location of taco time was less then impressive. The floors were dirty in the dining room and kitchen area. Staff stepped over the trash in the kitchen for about 40 minutes before partially cleaning it upThe trash was overflowing so full there was nowhere to put the tray. On the order I asked for sour cream on the side instead of inside they took out the sour cream on the computer then charged for 3 sides. Then put sour cream in the tacos anyway. I talked to them and they remade the tacos without the sour cream. Upon eating one of the remade tacos I came across a large chunk that turned out to be dehydrated refried beans that had not been rehydrated. Honestly the best part of this taco time was the mexi fries. Due to issues with the order and the mess I couldn’t recommend eating hear.

This place is run down and dirty. The crew of 3 people were obviously not well trained and very disorganized. And they were also obviously high. Several people were waiting in the restaurant for their food, despite the fact that they weren't very busy. We left when one of the people waiting tipped us off that they had been waiting for their food for over 30 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would! It took 45 minutes in the drive thru and they didn't even get the order right after repeating it 3 times. Then we got to the window and they didn't give us our whole order and said they were out of mexi fries but didn't offer a refund. This is the worst service we have ever gotten! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Sorry I am not a fan of taco time. The service was friendly and the food was fresh its just not my style and I really do not like the taco meat. I believe it has added soy? I definetely tastes like it to me. We do like that they have tater tots though.Sadly they really seem to have a hard time keeping staff at this location. They are not the only ones though in this area.It would also be nice if it was open on Mondays and stayed open later.

I will not be going here again. I waited in line for 45 minutes. The communication is horrible. I had to ask 3 different times if they were ready for me to order. By the time I got go the window I had to wait until 25 minutes. Food was cold, close this place down.

The girl at the drive through window on Saturday, May 1st at 6:30 pm was super rude. We corrected something that was wrong with the order and she acted like we were a huge inconvenience to her and she said "I read it back to you though." We asked for extra sauce and she gave us the wrong sauce and acted like we were making her life so hard. A person being so rude and passive aggressive over food should get fired because no one wants to be belittled over their food. The kitchen staff was incompetent too, and couldn't pay attention to our order when we asked for no tomato.
