It had been several years since I last stopped in at the Nebo Queen, so when other options in town were closed, we decided to go for it. The mushroom burger I ordered had a nice, but thin, patty that was cooked well. The mushrooms were out of a can, but that's to be expected at this kind of small town dinner joint, and they were heated on the griddle. The rest of the fixings, as well as the tots on the side were great. We shared a peach shake for dessert, and it, too, was good.I almost want to give them 5 stars for the food, it is pretty good on the whole.The atmosphere is a little faded from years past, and a bit chaotic and cluttered. The service was not bad, teenagers working a counter, pleasant, but nothing extra.

Very cool vibe at the Nebo Queen. We are not from a small town but appreciate a good small town burger joint. We drove by the Nebo Queen and felt drawn in. The staff was very friendly and willing to make recommendations. The place could have been cleaner but they were very busy.Granny Burger - 4 stars - it came recommended by the staff. Burger with ham and Swiss. It was great at the time. In a larger city, it might have only received 3 stars.Fries - 5 stars - some of the best we have had in a whileOverall, we were glad we stopped by. I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way for another shot at the menu. We will definitely stop by if we find ourselves back in town.

You always hope that the small town burger joint is going to be one of the reasons you stop by for a lunch break. This was NOT one of those burger joints!The food was fairly disappointing and expensive for what we got. The lemonade was watered down. The mushroom burger had a total of 2 mushrooms on it and the entire burger was the size of a kid's meal burger... and it cost almost $10! The mountain burger was just okay. You could tell the fries were fried in old oil.The couple of things that were great though were the sundae and the service.

Friendly staff. We were served our burgers fast and hot. Burgers were fresh and true to Utah small town burger stands just like I like 'em. The fries were great too. Just had water to drink.Side note: THANK YOU NEBO QUEEN for finding my wallet full of credit cards, cash and my phone and for keeping it safe for me until I got back to get it! You saved my vacation. 😘

I happened upon this place while doing a job in Nephi. I will probably never eat at this place again, (One and done), My experience, stopped and ordered, menu has lots of options, something for everyone, I ordered a bacon burger ($6.75) I believe. Ordered battered fries ($3.50) and a drink ( Mt. dew) the burger was small and flat, looked like a kids size burger from off the Burger King menu, the fries were decent, I received a whopping 14 fries. The mt dew may have been the best part, because you generally can’t mess that up. Just really a disappointment experience, I try to support local merchants the to top it off they wanted a tip. Well here’s the tip. Simplify the menu and focus on some core items, and make them better than the other restaurants, being stingy with portions won’t get you more customers. Like I said I probably won’t eat here again…That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

While reading this, please keep in mind that I do not like to write up negative reviews and that my wife and I have worked food service jobs (both in high and low end ones). TL;DR at the end:Love the menu options and the style/vibes of the place. The prices were a bit on the higher end but we completely understand with the way things have been going... Prices go up and venders have to compensate.We ordered and took the kids to the rest room while the food was being made. It was far from tidy but seeing as they are short staffed (handing both the drive thru and dining in), I get that they can't easily keep up with bathroom maintenance at all times.We then went to sit down and noticed that (like the game table and casing that surrounds the ice cream display, both pictured) the tables were extremely messy. I managed to get the attention of one of the young ladies that worked there if they had something I could wipe the tables down with. She politely and pretty quickly wiped down three tables.Then there was the food... We ordered a burger, fries, corn dogs for the kids, and two milk shakes. The corn ($2) dogs were fine. The burger ($5) was smaller than a kid's hamburger at McDonald's and looked sadder than how school lunches are depicted on TV/in movies. And the fries... For $2 we got a paper sleeve with 10-15 fries. Not large ones, mind you. And my wife and I each had one that tasted moldy (which happens with potatoes, I get that) but when we addressed it to the staff there (the same young lady that cleaned off the tables), she didn't seem concerned, surprised, or that it was even her problem nor the establishment's.After that, we took off... The one positive take away - and much needed to take away the taste of the fries - were the milkshakes. I highly recommend grabbing one if you stop by.TL;DR:- unclean tables, games, and displays- small, over priced burgers and fries (even when taking into account and giving tons of grace due to inflation and such)- the sad, uncaring service even when addressing an issue (quietly and politely as to not embarrass anyone)

I've had really good experiences in the past, but this visit was not as good. I ordered the taco salad and the fried tortilla bowl was extremely greasy. It appeared that the tortilla was removed from the deep fryer and immediately placed into the container leaving a fair puddle of oil around my taco salad, which made for an unappetizing meal.

I have been eating at this place for years and love the food. Today we stopped for lunch and when we got our order I asked for some Tatar sauce. I was told that I would have to pay fifty cents for it? I just spent $24.00 for food and you can’t give me a container of Tatar sauce? Won’t be eating at this place again. Also the faucet in the ladies restroom is messed up. Hot water is on the right!

Pretty good eatery. Stopped here in Nephi and have eaten here for a long time. Be prepared the Ole Mountain is a heart attack and a half (pictured in 3rd photo). Good seasoned fries and shakes are really decent too. Good ice cream too.

I told them my son has allergies and ordered a double hamburger, no bun, no fry sauce. And a princess k which online says coconut and peach in mtn dew.I got a mtn dew with creamer and peach. And a double cheeseburger with 3 buns dripping in fry sauce.I told them again my son has allergies and reordered it. This time the drink was correct but they gave me a double hamburger with 3 buns dripping in fry sauce.I told them a 3rd time. And this time I got a carton with shredded lettuce, 2 patties, and a dallop of ketchup on the side. They didn't put any pickles or tomato. We just said thank you. And drove off.My son took a bite and said it tastes funny. I looked at it to find they just put the hamburger patties in upside down. Covered in fry sauce.Now we are on the side of the road with my son puking his guts out. Hoping the benadryl helps quickly.Your employees need to learn to listen. They could kill someone with this kind of behavior.

The burger and fries were dry and uninspiring. They don't use Heinz Ketchup either. When I asked what type of ketchup they used, they showed me a jug of generic ketchup that just said "ketchup" on it. The ketchup is textured and has a strange taste. It ruined the already dry and boring meal I was served. They seemed to focus more on their ice cream and shakes then their real food. As an ice cream place it's ok, as a restaurant, it's pretty bad. If you're a local who wants ice cream late at night and you don't want to go to Wendy's, then it's worth a shot. But don't go out of your way, it's not worth the drive.

Me and my boyfriend were on a 4 hour drive to go visit my grandpa that is in the hospital. We stopped here because we had heard good things. We order and then we wait about an hour because all the girls were sitting around playing on their phones and eating. There was one boy there that was doing all the work. When we got the food the fries were old and were cold. The rest of what we got was pretty good though. Overall was not a good experience.

The selection is awesome but the actual products are not so much. Bonus that they have English chips but do not order the burrito. It's a waste of money. Scones are huge but had a funky taste. Corn dogs were fine and hamburgers were just typical, nothing fancy. Bathrooms were disgusting as well. No TP or soap.Employees all seemed bugged to help out as well.

This place has wonderful food. I love their shakes and burgers. It takes them time to make your food which is fine by me. My concerns are with the cleanliness of the facility. Bathrooms are not great, floor was sticky and a lot of tables not clean. Opted to take my food to go.

Wow! This is an amazing burger place! The "Ole Mountain" burger is to live for! The fried cheese curds are a must get! The double bacon cheeseburger is delicious. This place brings joy to eating and the staff are friendly and helpful. This place is a must visit burger joint! The burger patties are better sized than most places and the prices are comparable to a fast food place. I will be a new frequent visitor! Wow!

Went to have lunch with my parents we ordered got our food and asked the girl at the window she rudely said there is ranch on the taco and closed the window so we pulled around I went into the building to ask for ranch stati g it was rude of her have closed the window on us then the front desk girl while I was explaining that I was rude got an attitude buy handed me Rachel and said it usually cost extra which I would have been fine to pay and as I walked out and said thank you the counter girl rudely and quite loudly said have a wonderful day. I didn't like the attitudes and also was understanding they were short staffed but didn't need to take that frustration out on me either.

Good, solid little hometown burger place. With a family of six, we tried a decent number of things. Their specialty sodas were all good (we tried the Jester, the Duchess, the Queen of Hearts, and the Royal Cow), the sides were good size and tasty (especially liked the cheese curds!), and while the burger patties aren't especially flavorful--pretty standard fast food fare--the toppings were all decent. We ordered online and picked it up, which means we didn't eat in the dining room, so I can't speak to cleanliness (which seems to be a common complaint). But the servers were quick, friendly, and thorough.We'll come here again next time we're in Nephi!Parking: Plenty of parking. Also nice location right across the street from a park, if you want to park there and make it a picnic!Kid-friendliness: Standard kids' menu items at a decent price. My daughter liked the corn dog.

This placed changed owner ship. Foods not as good and it's rediculous over priced $15 for 3 large spicy fries. In the past you used to get a meal styrofoam sized container full of fried for the same or less money. You can get way better food for the same price anywhere else in nephi. If u ask for a Oreo shake you basically get a vanilla shake with a couple crumbs of cookies. This place used to lined up to the road. Makes me smh

I ordered a small fry and medium chocolate chip shake. I ended up with a basket with the saltiest fries I’ve ever had, and a random flavor of shake. I went up to the counter to ask if I got the right shake and the two girls rolled their eyes and said yes. I had been there prior to this visit and had a chocolate chip shake so I would know what it looks and tastes like. I am very unimpressed with this restaurant. It’s ran by teenagers not knowing what they are doing.
