Mold on the fruit and vegetables 90% of the time. I tried telling them but all I get told is " Not my problem " or " Nothing I can do about it ". Not to mention sometimes it looks like new product on top of the moldy product. Some of the staff are nice. Most of them look at you with attitude and rude. The deli is OK. I wish that they had more than just pasta and fried food. The fried chicken however is the best I've ever had. The rest is just bad. Health Department REALLY needs to do a surprise Inspection.

Customer Service SUCKS. Just like the city of Nephi and the abundance of COPS!!!! It's usually busy so expect to have patience and a little overpriced.

This place used to be great.It seems like whatever they threw into the remodel, they took away from customer service and food quality.I guess it depends on who's working at the deli counter, but you either get someone really chipper, or you get completely ignored.I didn't know stacking empty cups was more important than a line of customers. Or you're only allowed one thing out of the counter, then they walk away and disappear.The cashiers are nice people though.But at least the fried chicken is out of this world, so that's a plus. Whoever is making the fried chicken needs to keep doing it because it's better than any other fried chicken I've had.The food quality is garbage, too.Every time I walk in there, I see moldy fruit or vegetables. Sometimes even meat. How are you allowed to sell that? And when I told someone about it, they shrugged it off and walked away.Someone else told me they aren't allowed to put the fresh stuff out until they sell the rotten ones.And so many times I've bought something that goes rotten before the sell date.Maybe it's time to call the health department.I've moved onto Smiths, I've never had these issues there.

This is a nice grocery store, and the only one in Nephi. It is always clean and well stocked. The remodel they did in the last couple of years looks great! The employees are helpful and quick to answer questions. The store does giveaways and activities on occasion, which are fun for us to do. The selections are pretty good although produce quality is sometimes a little low. It is really nice that they have an America First Credit Union inside the store.

This is a typical farm town store. Clean but not a huge selection. It does have just about anything you need. The vegetables look good. Dairy is well stocked and a fair selection. Small selection of meats but enough for basics. bakery is a lovely treat. It happens to be the only grocery store in town but still enough to get you by.Employees are not overly enthusiastic or friendly, but they keep the store clean and well stocked.Recommendation 88%

Produce looks like its been sitting there for weeks and the berries are usually covered is white mold somewhere and sometimesblack guck. For the price I should be getting great produce not what looks like was pulled from the outside trash.

In town on business...not really much here in Nephi. A coworker told me about the fried chicken at Nebo Market so I went to give it a try. Absolutely delicious!!!! Also he recommended the BBQ baked beans. I grew up eating my baked beans sweet...these BBQ baked beans were soooooooo yummy! Nice and sweet just like I like them. Excellent! Also I have to mention their super tasty donuts 🍩. Very very soft and good. I am impressed!

This was a very nice grocery store. Filled with everything you might need. They have a deli. Prices here as compared to grocery stores in my area in MN, I would say mid range. It looks like that might be the main big grocery store in town??

For the most part the store is great! I ran into a couple issues with one employee she has commented on my debit card twice now which I found very odd. It’s not usually typically polite to blurt out what type of debit/credit card a customer is using. Customer’s i recommend putting your hand up as you slide it for extra precaution.

Small store for the quick trip. Not the best selection on all items, but will do the trick for a meal or two.It does have a drive-thru pharmacy and a America First Credit Union drive thru, and the Choice Hardware is in the same parking lot. Big perks for stopping for different items.

Whatever you do, do not order anything from the deli. I waited over an hour for a chicken sandwich before just leaving. Asked the cashier about it after about 40 minutes and they hadn't even started making the order, the order slip had just been sitting in the window the entire time. I would understand if they were busy. However, when I arrived it was just me and one other person there. That is ridiculous. Enjoy the money for the order I never received. Consider it a parting gift for never coming back to the store again. I'm very glad I do not live in Nephi and do not have to rely on this place for groceries.

The market is over priced, they are price gouging, lots of items are expired and half the time the price does not reflect the ad price. And good luck using the internet in the store even the employess tells you good luck. Corruption and greed at its finest. They take advantage of the locals and anyone passing through.

Love the selection of essential items they have. They also have an America, First credit Union within the store. It is in the main doors down to the right near the bathrooms.

I hate to give a local market a one-star review but I feel it’s important to let people know our experience. Multiple shelves on multiple isles had food out of expiration. Some were expired by 5 months, overs were just a few months and some were weeks. This was predominantly the dry foods section. The produce had the newest packages at the front instead of the back and they had no milk….none. Grocery management needs some work.

The service here is great. The employees are all very kind and attentive. I personally drive further up north to get competitive prices on my groceries. The prices here are higher. Also, I go elsewhere for my fresh produce. The produce here isn't the best. It's okay if you're going to eat it immediately, but doesn't keep well.

Excellent grocery, never have I been to such a clean and well kept market. The place was just had some renovating finished and it looks fantastic. The employees are all very friendly and helpful even when assisting in finding obscure products. The parking lot almost always has plenty of room and I never wait longer than a few moments in checkout even on holidays. This place is well worth traveling 20+ miles to shop for most local grocery sized products if efficiency and excellence is your value. The manager even seems flexible to work with you if there is a particular product you need distributed locally. 5 stars all the way!

The dudes in the deli department weren’t that friendly- especially the younger guy. Don’t be in the service industry if you don’t like actually helping customers….Thank you for not attempting to force customers to smother their faces with masks in order to satisfy other people’s emotions.

I live in an adjacent tiny town. I have business once a month in Nephi but when chores are done, I make a bee line to Nebo Market for their handmade soft batch cookies!!! Keebler take a seat, there's a new sheriff in town. ;)

Fantastic small town grocery store. Reasonable prices and great organization. Needed Nicotine gum and found it easily. Also visited their deli for fresh meat and cheese, bakery for fresh rolls, and the drink section where I found some drinks to try I've never had before. Keep up the great work guys.

It's everything you'd expect a small town grocery store to be with a wide variety of stuff. I'd give a higher rating but last time we were there three out of four employees milling around the checkstand were not covering their nose holes with their masks. We're old, and they didn't care enough to protect their customers. It's not that hard, is it? Also, twice I have been charged the wrong prices for sale items. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave!

Love the people and love the selection but the prices are crazy here. Paid 2.50 for a single avocado once! Other prices are very hit and miss but it is typically cheaper to drive to Payson or Spanish Fork to get better prices if you’re going to make a lot of purchase. I usually only go here when I need something quickly.

Went to the deli, got the freshest sushi I've ever had from Juab to sanpete county. That was a welcome surprise. Went to the deli to grab a double bacon cheeseburger thinking it would be tiny meat patties so a double should be great. Surprised again cause that burger was WELL WORTH the price I paid. The beef was cooked great and juicy and the bacon was borderline crunchy so it went very well with the bun and beef. Would highly recommend going here for lunch or even just a stop during travel. Definitely a worthy competition to other local burger shops.
