Very good table service and hostess. The staff is quick, attentive, and pleasant. The food was just okay. Lisa's Country Club sandwich looked great and was generally prepared and presented. However it was pretty dry and didn't have a lot of flavor. Not bad, but also not the best club around. The fries had no salt. Navajo taco was lackluster too.It's an okay stop, but not a destination to go out of the way to visit. Thanks for the awesome service though!

RIP JC Mickelson’s Restaurant which was our stop on the drive south until it permanently closed. Looking for a replacement restaurant, Husband and I decided to give Lisa's a try. Husband ordered Lisa's Famous Skillet with pancakes which he liked. I ordered Hot Roast Beef sandwich with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and a salad. There are choices for type of potato and a choice of soup or salad. The salad had dried cranberries, sounded unusual to me, but the greens were crisp, the dressing was good, liking the cranberries, so decided the salad was delicious. Meals were good. Other table ordered hamburgers which looked very appetizing. Restaurant looks nice inside with an unexpected valentine-decorated tree. Waitress was pleasant and efficient. Sign above the counter states that prices may be higher than on the menu.

Friendly attentive staff. But their food leaves you questioning your choice. Maybe taco bell next time? The Malibu chicken had a pice of chicken the size of a silver dollar. I do have to say the server was very nice and actually gasped when I showed him. He made it right and got me another sandwich. Because if the sever id come back and try the breakfast it pie. And the creepy picture of Porter Rockwell. Get a painting of the mountains.

I stopped for the night in Nephi, UT at the Safari Motel. Not knowing where to eat, I asked for a recommendation and was told to try Lisa's Country Kitchen. Great recommendation. The soup was excellent and the half-salad was more than enough. I can't imagine what a full salad would be. I've always said to get off the Interstate and go into the small towns for the best food.

Meh. The server was nice but not super attentive. The food took forever to come out. The scone sticks were delightful! And the clam chowder was good. The fries were overcooked and soggy. And the peach pie tasted funny. Probably won't be coming back.

Was a little nervous going here due to bad reviews. We waited 5 minutes to get acknowledged to be seated. Once seated sat for 10 minutes without a server. Then we left. Prices were high on the menu. And then other reviews saying they were charged more than was listed on the menu. And credit card over charging. We bounced. Cut this bad experience off while we are still ahead.

We had a omelette with ham and mushrooms, and one pancake combo, both with coffee. Service is excellent, we sat in the booth, which has comfortable seating and the interior looks inviting, the pancakes were excellent but the omelette lacked enough taste. It was hard to distinguish the taste of the mushrooms in it. I do recommend this place and would revisit myself whenever I’m around.

What a great place to eat. Super good homemade food. And the folks are very friendly here. It's nice to enjoy some friendly people that actually appreciate your business. Our waitress was super nice and made us really enjoy our visit. If you're traveling do yourself a favor and get off the freeway exit and enjoy some real food instead of truck stop slop 🤣Rick WallThe Outlaw 🎸

We often stop at Lisa’s for a delicious breakfast on our way to St. George. Today we went there and our bill was $10 more than we expected and were told there was a sign saying the menu prices are subject to change. Beware! Additionally, we paid cash for our meals because recently our $26 breakfast was charged as $60 on our credit card. We advised the couple we were with to check their credit card bill. Theirs was billed $90!!! Beware again! We had to both contact our credit card companies to get reimbursed.

Second time stopping here. This trip was every bit as good as the first so it proved this is always good.Brother had French toast combo with sausage patties. Exceptional presentation and taste.I had two porkchop, eggs, hashbrowns and biscuit. All were perfectly cooked. Biscuit was softball size and a meal by itself with the gravy.Will be back in September again on the way south.The young waitresses we had each time were such a wonderful way to start the day.More stars if possible.

Second time here....1st time had a burger. Not sure I have ever had a burger that COMPLETELY lacked any flavor...I can now mark that off of my bucket list.Tonight I had the Fish and Chips. Didn't expect much since we are in Utah. Good thing, over cooked and balls of mush. Fries were also over cooked.However, the service was very good each time.

Fairly kind service. Kid friendly staff. Food presentation could have been a smidge higher (as the sandwich was soggy with the sauce it came with), but the taste was good.Not sure the steak was worth the amount but it was all around a good meal.The atmosphere and root beer were our highlights that will have us try it out again another time!

What a nice little gem in Nephi! The country fried steak was bussin. The décor and atmosphere was also great with famous rodeo cowboy comments on the walls. They were also accommodating for surprise large parties. If you want some country feel good cooking drop by.

I ordered the primerib sandwich with the bread on the side. They still put the bread on the bottom. The carrots were ok but could have been cooked longer. The chili was fantastic. We even ordered extra to take with us. The salad was fresh. Yes i would recommend this place.

Robbery. If they type your order in their system that can’t remove it even if they make a mistake! They put a side fry on my ticket and said they couldn’t remove it once submitted. Had to pay for food I didn’t receive. They also forgot my side salad and side veggie. Didn’t matter. Waiter got the manager and she backed him up. So I paid an extra $6 for half the amount of food I was supposed to receive… but a slice of pie will fix it..

I was passing through Nephi and wanted to try a local restaurant instead of a chain. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked Lisa's Country Kitchen as much as I did! The food came out a little slow, but it's only because they were bombarded with several big groups at once. The food was worth the wait! I had Lisa's Country Club sandwich with fries, and it was delicious. Everything was homemade from the soup, to the rolls, to the French fries. The portions were worth the prices, and the kids menu was diverse (which is always a plus for my family). The best part? They serve breakfast ALL DAY! Any restaurant that serves breakfast all day gets an A in my book. I'm definitely going to go back and try other things on the menu next time we're in the area.

Stopped in back for under 3 minutes to move my bike gear around in my truck. Big old dude in a cowboy hat comes out back right away and yells “can I help you” I said I’m good,is this private property? Not a very welcoming place. Should have a no trespassing sign up if the back lot isn’t welcome
