We had an automobile emergency and ended up unexpectedly stuck in Nephi without our car for a night. The staff at the hotel were SO accommodating! Especially Shad!! He was there when we checked in and helped us get a room that was big enough for our whole family! He also picked my husband up at the hotel at 8 am and took him to the car repair shop so that he could wait for our car!! He literally could not have done more to make our stay better! Thank you so much Shad! As far as the accommodations they were great! Very clean and the my kids loved the pool! Even though the hotel is pretty close to the freeway it was still very quiet so everyone slept well! The breakfast in the morning was incredible! I am diabetic and the breakfast had a lot of good options that I could eat! Would definitely recommend a stay here to break up a long drive!!!

We stayed here on our road-trip across country. I picked this hotel because we were traveling with two kids and our dog. It did not disappoint! I was pleasantly surprised that the two-queen standard room was spacious. We had plenty of room for multiple bags of luggage and our pack-n-play. The hotel room was very clean and everything appeared to be brand new. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub which was right next to the pool. The breakfast was fantastic! Honestly, this was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. I saw another review that mentioned AJ from the breakfast area, but I found him to be very nice and I thanked him for his hard work. If you treat people with respect, you will receive it in return. The staff here was extremely nice and helpful. If we are ever in this area, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I booked a room back in February for a stay at the end of September. When I called to inquire about a modification to the reservation, my reservation was changed and I was billed more than twice my original booking. This was done without my authorization or knowledge. I found out only when I went into the IHG app to confirm things. After several phone calls with customer service I was referred to the hotel itself. The manager April refused to help me and then told me to "shut it" and was going to cancel my reservation. My reservation was cancelled without my authorization and no email confirmation regarding the cancellation. The general manager, Jodi, didn't speak with me and then refused to allow me to book another reservation. This reservation was for my wife and kids for a bike race and I was not actually going to be there at the hotel. Now they are refusing to allow my wife to book a room. Jodi and April should be fired and should consider a new line of work because they have absolutely no customer service skills.

great stay, impecable facilities and absolute fantastic customer service. Lauren and Shad were very helpful and prompt with requests. we did find some used ear plugs in the sofa bed between cushions so a bit questionable in-depth housekeeping. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because AJ who was in charge of breakfast was extremely rude, did not keep breakfast bar replenished and got upset when asked to do so. AJs level of care is not meant for the hospitality industry. regardless him being asked by other staff to make more biscuits and gravy he said there was not enough time with 30 min left in breakfast hours - he yelled and was extremely rude. we waited 30 min and he ended up saying he was doing dishes and had no time. there was no bacon, no cinnamon rolls, no milk, no yogurt, no pancakes, hardly any oatmeal, no boiled eggs. very disappointing from that but everything else was great.

Very good rooms. We decided to call it quits with the snowstorm about 11pm last night and stopped in for some shuteye. This hotel did not disappoint. It is conveniently located and very new still.The queen beds were comfortable and gave us the rest we needed to get going in the morning. We also enjoyed the breakfast with pancakes, cinammon rolls, muffins, juice, and yogurt.If we ever need to stop again, we will be back. Holiday Inn Express has stepped up their game.

The room was great, cleaning crew does a great job. The people in the breakfast area was very nice. My problem was when I asked if there was anyone that could help us lift a chair into the car, all I got was attitude. I would have been perfectly fine with a, “no, I’m sorry”, or a “we don’t have anyone right now”. I was met with such attitude. I was asking very nicely for help, not expecting a yes, but what I got from a rude attitude was, “ we don’t get paid to do that”. She even made such a snarky face after. I said okay thanks and walked away, while I was walking away I could hear chuckling from the front staff just making the final experience horrible.

Horrible customer service!!This hotel is “short staffed.” So don’t plan on checking in at the time YOU PAID FOR!! I sat in the lobby for a good 30 minutes past the check in time of 3pm waiting for SOMEONE there to clean the “only room like this one” (two queen beds) apparently this hotel only has 1 room with the double queen beds.The nasty red headed “manager” is plain pathetic! She REFUSED service and told me the hotel “reserves the right to refuse service” then went on to tell me to leave the premises because I was supposedly “accusing staff” of stealing my belongings after I questioned how safe my belongings would be in their “luggage closet” that I wouldn’t have access too if I chose to leave my belongings there while waiting for my room.. um okay??? Damn right I’ll be questioning where my belongings would be held and WHO would have access to my things!! Absolutely ridiculous! My mind is completely blown at what just happened!! If you want a pleasant, stress free get away this absolutely is not the place for you!The complete lack of concern over THEIR tardiness of getting my room ready at the check in time of 3pm is baffling, they RUINED the time I had planned with my family (the whole reason I was in Nephi) then they took it a step further by telling me to leave the premises! Complete SHOCK!! WOW!! Sooo disrespectful!!!While waiting for my room to be cleaned in the lobby, I saw multiple family’s go to their rooms, but only after hearing them complaining to staff about the extra $50 charge, and extra tax charges the hotel charged them at check in. Yup that’s right!! The price you book online isn’t all you will be charged!! Literally MULTIPLE people were upset with that manager about the extra charges they had to pay at check in!!Don’t stay here! I booked a hotel at best western down the street and had the best check in experience, no stress no worries!! Never again!!***Word of advice.. the owner of this hotel chain really should get rid of this locations “manager” with red hair! I have literally NEVER been treated so horribly at any other hotel!! I am still in complete shock at what happened today!!! Watch the surveillance videos!

Basically, brand new. Everything is clean and new. Very nice staff. I'm here on business. Hot breakfast, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and computers in the lobby are the perks. Also, hot coffee and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies are a plus. The best hotel in Nephi hands down!Rooms: Comfy beds!Food & drinks: Dennys is right next door.

This was an amazing stay.The hospitality that was shown to my 2 teenage daughters at the end of the night, (after hours) was so much appreciated. 💕I have 2 small complaints .....There were SEVERAL construction workers staying the same time we were. After being at an ALL day tournament, we weren't able to find a parking spot. There were at least 3 available spots, but the big construction trucks had parked in between lines and left no stalls for anyone else to get into.We paid the extra fee $ for an early check in. We were told noon. We had a set back where we were late. When we checked in at 2ish pm our room still wasn't ready. Not a huge deal, but if we had shown up at noon, would we have had to wait even longer.Thank you for a great stay.

To be honest horrible front desk attended didn't even get her name but she was a young lady and seem like she didn't have a choice of job or want to be there. Second, the room wasn't done bed sheets were reused and dirty stains on pillows. Called front desk but no answer went downstairs to get it resolved but they didn't have any other rooms. The front desk lady said if I want another room I would have to get charge full prize for a suite, okay I said never mind spoke to the young lady about the room being serviced and she said that they didn't have a house keeper later that night what kind of hotel has no house keeper at any time of day on duty. Had to put on my own sheet and replace the old used ones very disappointing

IHG Platinum Member tried to check in for reserved room at 2:30pm; told can't check-in until 3pm - no rooms were ready due to being fully booked night before - ha ha! (Early check-in opportunity is a Benefit ascribed to Platinum Members.) Returned at ~3:15pm and checked in. Reception staff was less than glad to see us return. Room was fine, new. Charged us $50 "deposit" for damages, which is not in reservation disclosures....still waiting for credit to CC. Accommodations for pets is a joke even though a fee is charged. All onsite "landscaped" areas are large stones, and no facilities for poop bags or disposal of same. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Front desk clerk changed the billing from the company credit card to mine. I used my card for the $50 charge for incidentals' that is removed at the end of the stay and the clerk changed the room charge from the company card to mine. I asked the manager if it had been addressed and she was extremely rude and told me it was taken care of and to not ask her again. It was not taken care of and now I am stuck with the bill. I have informed my travel coordinator to never use this hotel again.
