I already go to Ace before anywhere else for the items I can purchase there. Friendly staff. Most employees know where to direct you when you ask where a specific item can be located. There's nothing worse than being at a retail location and asking an employee a question such as wear something is or if they carry this or that and they answer...I don't know. I'm not going to say this is never happened at this store but for the most part I can say I'm very satisfied from the time I walk in the door get what I need check out and exit the store.

I have been a customer at this Ace for over a year and spend around $10k. Today was a sunny day so I rode my Sur-Ron over and have a small day bag (since I don’t have my car). They made me either leave it upfront or leave.As much as I loved going here (although I paid more for for most items), I’ll be going to Home Depot or Lowe’s from now on

Very nice, well stocked, clean store with wide variety of products. They even have awesome vintage toys! Employees are helpful and attentive.

The employees are exceptional!Arriving right at closing but needing dog food badly (out of food and have 4 big dogs). I called and let them know I was coming. They had 2 big bags waiting at the register and held the door open for me. AMAZING customer service.

Helpful employees, a large variety of things on sale in every department. Would have been nicer if they had more sizes in the shoes but it is almost Christmas and they were all 50% or more off. Store is clean and well organized.

Awesome store! Cashiers are always kind, helpful, and willing to help people find what they are looking for. The music is a bit old fashioned and could use some updating. I can always find things I need that aren’t necessarily tool related (I bought a nice pair of shoes here😁) but they also have a great tool selection! I love supporting my local businesses, especially this one.

The CLEANEST Ace Hardware Store Location that I have been to. Clean floors. Good indoor lighting. Clean Air. Absolutely a good experience as an 'everyday' hardware customer. Very helpful customer service, especially finding the right tool or part I needed.

First time Shopping at this Ace Hardware store, I couldn't find what I was looking for. I had to find someone to help me, Staff told me the aisle number but wasn't interested in actually showing me where the item was located. After looking for my item it was out of stock. Hopefully on my next visit the staff will be more willing to be more helpful.

Nicest ace I’ve ever been to! Big store nicely organized and very clean! The employees are very nice and helpful. Gina was our cashier and was very patient with us as we made a return and bought some other things. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

We bought a Traeger smoker a few weeks ago. It had an issue that had to be replaced. Scott went above and beyond to take care of us!! He remembered me when I came in and had us loaded up in just a few minutes. The entire staff there is amazing!! Thanks for always taking care of us!!

I wish I could give them a zero!! Bought a propane heater at Ace in Jackdon, WY. It stopped working after a week and we took it to NEPHI, UT Ace to exchange it for a new one.The clerk took it to management and they absolutely refused to take it back. They said we must take it back to the specific Ace where we bought it. We just exchanged it at the Pangwitch, UT Ace and they said it was a Code A item which we could return no problem. Don't buy ANYTHING from NEPHI Ace unless you're sure you can return it thetr.A
