I was thoroughly enjoying my trip through Utah until I stopped at this Flying J at Nephi, UT. We are traveling pulling a 35 foot travel trailer so I always research Flying J since most have RV pumps that make it easy for RV'ers to pull in and out to fill up. That process stopped today and I will never use another Flying J until I see either a positive response to correct the issue I encountered today or I am contacted by some authority in Flying J management explaining why they exhibit such disregard for their RV customers.We pulled in as usual to the RV pumps and just as I was finishing pumping gas I notice an 18 wheeler pulling in, backing up to the store and blocking my exit. I checked with the driver and asked how long he was going to be there and he informs me 40-45 minutes unloading his delivery. I look around wondering is this the only place he could park and he informs me that is where the store directs him to park. Now I'm stuck, I either wait until this truck is moved or try and back out of the pumps without hitting something and damaging my RV and/or the Flying J facilities. Guess who would be at fault if any damage was done. Fortunately no one had pulled in behind me or next to me so I was able to carefully back out at considerable risk and clear the pumps. Fortunately I wasn't traveling in a motorhome pulling a car or I would have had to unhook the car and try and back out and then rehook or wait for the truck to move. Not acceptable options.Right next to the RV pumps are truck pumps with a lane, not used by trucks, that pulls-up to the same door the delivery driver was using. Seeing this I suggested to the store manager they have the delivery driver park there instead of blocking the RV lanes. Her response was “that was for trucks”, since there are no gas pumps there that made no sense to me. I explained to her that she was blocking her RV customers and creating a hazard for the RV'ers and the facility by causing them to have to back out of the pumps. Her response to that was “that's how we do it”. Now pissed I said “then that is stupid”. I will not apologize for that response because I don't respond well to stupidity.I encourage all RV'ers to avoid the Flying J in Nephi, UT, they don't deserve our business. If they don't fix the problem then I would suggest avoiding Flying J's altogether. There are other businesses to choose from that appreciate their RV customers.

Nice place for a pit stop. Even has a Denny’s. Always a fan of truck stops but this one specifies that showers and laundry are for truckers. What’s up with that, moneys money. I didn’t need it but since I’m on the road a lot I’ve used such facilities in the past. Not cool. Anyhow got my gas and took a break dispute the unwelcome ness. Prolly will avoid Flying J’s and use the their competition.

This flying j has a spacious parking lot and very easy in and out. They have rv fuel lines that easily accessed. The employees were friendly and the restrooms were clean and sanitary. The store was typical of flying j and lots of bling. A little over priced but it is the convenience that you pay for.

Great place, clean, restrooms can get dirty because of ither guests but can be cleaned pretty easily by talking to guests. All the employees I talked with had great personalities. As a truck driver it gets full at night. But great place to wake up with the morning air.

This seems like a nice convenient stop for fuel and food. I got here late at night so not much was going on and the convenience store hadn't cleaned up for the day. So it was a little messy. But they seem to have a real good selection and inventory of just about anything you would want on the road. I really like that the Denny's was here although I didn't get a mule as I walked through I heard the service staff talking with people and the same. Very kind and helpful. The Denny's was clean and well-maintained. There were a lot of people in the Denny's for the hour so it must be a pretty good place to eat.

Plain and simple, this location needs work. The service is poor, the overall facility is dated and 60% of the time, it’s not clean. But they have everything you need for your travels. They have all the services and options for beverages and snacks as any other location.

Nice place overall, but I gotta knick it 2 stars for not having a somewhat flat parking area for truckers. We don't have self leveling systems for our beds and the entire lot makes any trucker sleep at a weird angles.

I usually like Flying Js becauseb they are clean. I'd usually stop at any of them for that reason. From now on when I'm heading through to our from Salt Lake I will stop at this one specifically because the service was AMAZING! I don't know how you spell the woman's name, but I think it's Joey... maybe Jody... I don't know, but she was really friendly and upbeat. I came in to get coffee because I've got a drive in front of me and just the interaction with her gave me a boost of energy. She's truly a gem. While I can say that I like the cleanliness of most Flying Js, she's given me what I actually want when I spend my money somewhere. Great service! Thank you!!!

Showers are outdated and ridiculously small. I have never had the displeasure of having to clean myself in such a small space.

Good sized truck parking,Denny’s for food and lots of snacks store small and restroom clean but tight..good suggestions please tear it down and start all over again 🙏

The showers here are a little outdated, but they keep them nice and clean. I really enjoyed all of the people who worked there that I had the pleasure to meet. We will be returning one day. Thanks for everything, all of you. God bless! 💜✝️💜

No qualm when I got my reserve spot. The breakfast sandwiches up by the registers were disgusting. Not real meat, most horrid taste ever... should have tried it there then could have fed the local ferrel cats.

Plenty of parking for the convoy. Always stop here every year cause this place has enough room to park a field artillery unit. Also really nice store with great bathrooms.

The staff is very nice other than the skinny chick with red hair who works morning shift. I go to this store 4 times a week fuelling my semi but everytime she sees a person with color,her attitude changes. Got no idea why. She never greets unless you’re white. Other than that,the service is excellent.

My Husband and I are truck drivers and we pass by this Flying J at least 4 times a week and every time we stop no matter what time the restrooms are a mess, today we stopped and the woman’s restroom across from Dennys was disgusting toilet paper all over the floors in all stalls. Toilets were nasty and needed to be cleaned. I tried going to the restroom in the truckers side and it was closed for maintenance to I had to pee in the nasty restroom . Also the workers were standing around the register talking badly about the customers. I do t know where the supervisor was but this workers need to do better. Truck drivers rely on this truck stops everyday weather it’s for restroom needs or food and it is not ok to have to deal with the dirty rooms and unfriendly staff.

We locked ourselves out of our truck and the kind lady behind the desk called the local Police department and had us inside in 15 minutes or less. The kind lady and friendly police turned our bad experience into a good one. Thank you kind lady!!!

Very dirty. 12:30 at night and the place is quiet, yet the bathrooms are disgusting and look as they haven’t been cleaned in the past couple days. Seems like all Pilot and Flying Js are getting worse and worse… but this one really needs help. But the Dennys inside was clean… so I guess that was one small plus.

Came here today I got a fountain water which tasted like straight up MOLD I literally wanted to puke...So don't recommend the fountain water I would rather get a water bottle over all everything else is fine from what I see.

Not sure how I've never stopped here before when driving between Vegas and Salt Lake City, but I'm positive I'll be back.The two ladies working were beyond friendly and helpful, even for stuff that goes beyond the standard job description, like helping me warm a baby bottle for a screaming child.The Denny's was good, the place was clean, and it's an easy pull off from the interstate.Thank you for everything today.
