This hotel was a large disappointment. We called to make a reservation and asked if there was a pool, they said yes. When we got there they said it was closed for maintenance. Beds are super uncomfortable and dirty, room was dirty, one of our rooms reeked of smoke and three years after Covid, they still don't have their continental breakfast available. TV didn't work "because of the snow". There were clouds but only a skiff of snow on the ground. We ended up checking out a night early. See pics for proof.

Breathtaking view with exceptional service, cleanliness and the friendliest staff you'll ever meet! The rooms are comfortable and updated! Big screen TV had a crisp clear view! And if your the social type id highly recommend there relaxing pool and hot tub for get togethers! also no need for a trip to Denny's their breakfast is second to none! I would recommend to ALL my friends family and loved ones! This will be my only place to stay when I visit Nephi (honestly im pretty sad to be leaving so soon!) ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Horrible. Unfriendly. The older lady that works the desk told me “I was worrying her to death” because I was trying to pay my room early! Then that “I always need something!” Because I needed clean towels every day. They give 3 towels there were 3 of us staying in the room! Of course I need 3 clean towels daily! Overall rude. Horrible don’t waste your money here! Then my room had dog hair all behind the mattress!

Arrived to check-in and the place had a fire and has been closed since December and didn't even let me know and Expedia kept the Reservation and now stuck with no place to stay at a small town where the event is happening.

Rude & unhelpful.My husband and I got stranded in the canyon and were looking for cell signal or wifi. I needed internet connection to call a tow service, and she said the only way she could let me connect to the internet is if I checked in and paid for a night. 🙄🙄🙄The Wendy's across the street was much more helpful and service-oriented. Not only do they have free wifi, the manager suggested a local service that was trustworthy.Don't waste your time here.

Just don't do it. You deserve better.Sheets and pillowcases had tons of stains. Everything smelled like cigarettes. Hair on the bed. Only enough shampoo/bodywash for 1 person despite being in a double queen room. No breakfast.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!We booked 3 rooms for 4 guests, for one night. While my friend and I were getting ready my husband went to the gas station to buy beer since we were going to a wedding. We were gone for a few hours, when we got back around 9:30 p.m. the staff had placed sticky notes on only OUR doors saying "no noise after 10 p.m." NOBODY else had notes on their doors, just us. We had some friends with us but we were only there for about 15 minutes to change after the wedding then we left to go somewhere else. When we were leaving we stopped at the front desk and asked the staff why we were the only ones with notes on our doors and they said because we brought beer up to our rooms, we said that was uncalled for, assuming we were going to party in the rooms, this is where they say there was "name calling" when we were actually trying to speak to the manager and couldnt get one. The next morning when we went to get our deposit back the lady at the front desk said she wasn't going to give us our deposit back because of the "name calling", which we did not do, there was no name calling, the rooms were left clean and nothing was destroyed. In fact only my husband and I came back to the hotel and stayed the night, which means nobody slept in the other 2 rooms. My husband asked the lady for the manager and she said she was the manager, she said she was keeping our deposit because of "name calling" he said you can't do that so she proceeded to say "there was noise" she then said she was done arguing and was going to call the cops.If you read any of the reviews on here the majority of them are because of bad costumer service, the owner replies back to every review justifying anything considered bad service. It's almost like they try to find excuses to keep your deposit which by the way, they run your card for the deposit when you check in then you have to bring your card back to the front desk when you check out so they can run it AGAIN for you to be able to get your deposit back, which most likely you won't.Also, I guarantee you the "owner" is going to reply to my review justifying their terrible service.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. Do yourself a favor and don’t stop here. Keep driving for something better. We checked into a room and it was immediately clear it had not been cleaned since the previous guest. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed, the sheets were covered in bodily fluids, and there was a bra hanging on the bathroom door. We asked the front desk for new sheets and let the lady know it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. She argued, but gave us new sheets anyway. When we went to change the sheets, we noticed the mattress pads were covered in blood and urine, and had also clearly not been washed or replaced in who knows how long. We went back to the front desk and were then asked to leave and told we weren’t getting a refund. We knew it wasn’t a 5 star hotel, but we expected basic sanitation. This place was straight up disgusting!

Great value for the price. What we liked: the room was clean, large, and comfortable. It had a working TV with remote, fridge, microwave, and other expected amenities. What could be improved: there was no breakfast even though it was advertised (due to COVID restrictions), so updating their advertising to let patrons know would have been nice. Also, the pool was out of service with chlorine balance problems, so that was a bummer too. And we really would have liked to have laundry services at or near the hotel. As far as I could see, there weren't any. Overall though for the price, if a comfortable night's sleep is your priority, it's a great deal.Update: I really should have just asked for laundry service. I didn't see any signs, and just assumed. This, plus the fact that the pool is up and running again, makes this hotel an overall great stay.

I was getting married and needed a hotel for all of my guests. The manager was very helpful and helped me reserve all the rooms with early check in. The price was awesome too! Not to mention we showed up to our honeymoon suite to find rose petals, chocolate and towels shaped like swans. Thank you for making our night special!

Staff complained at check in that we used a 3rd party site to book the room. Also the deposit for the room was not a hold on the card it was a charge and they are refusing to refund it. We used the room briefly and changed after the wedding we had alcohol and they assumed we were going to party and left sticky notes on our door and were rude when we came back to the hotel due to an argument they want to hold our money when the rooms were barely used and not damaged. The staff is highly unprofessional and I would never stay here again beware of the deposit scam at this hotel. Out of all the reviews over the last year the owner can clearly see there’s a problem yet continues to defend his scam. Next will be to file a complaint with the better business bureau as this is just ridiculous. The place also wants to charge a per person fee like it’s a all inclusive resort.

We came here the night after we got married, and they were so nice to us! They gave us one of their best Roma, and it was very clean and comfortable. We missed the checkout time, but they were still sweet to us and gave great service.

We stayed there twice the first time was great we were running late to get there and the older lady called us to see if we still needed the room. When we got the they were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and ready for us The second time the room was not as clean stuff on the floor the young girl working there was more interested in hanging outside with the guys. It is a good place to make a quick stop.

It needs major upkeep. The staff is nice and friendly except you can’t find someone in the office during the afternoon and evening. The bedspread and carpet had burn holes in them. The light and fan fixtures in the bathroom were uncovered and you could see the dust. The pool had green growing on part of a wall. My grandkids got in the hot tub after it reopened and said it stunk terribly.I also had my credit card info stolen and they were the only ones to swipe my card. I always just use the tap.

For the price and location to golf course and restaurants you can't beat it. Mary was so accommadating and worked well with our large group ( 4 rooms). A great place to stay for short haul. Some things need attention but we were not going pay double like other hotels in the area were charging. Canyon Pizza has great food & One Man Band restaurant is always good with excellent prices. Play corn hole on the front grass!!!

Room was clean, service was horrible. The older women at the front desk was very rude. Example...if you want to have family stay there be sure to understand you can't vist them, or you will be charged a $10 fee per person. When you check out, you are unable to leave key card at desk, and make your way to the next destination. You have to physically give them your credit card or debit card to receive your $50 deposit back from them. No one except for the individual who are on the room paperwork can use the pool, so definitely not a place to have family stay with kids. So if you have a family this is not the place for you. If you are by yourself and just passing through this place might work .

The location was perfect. The rooms were pretty clean and the beds were comfortable but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice too. The free breakfast was delicious (pancakes, muffins, juice coffee). There are bright lights in the parking lot which is great for safety but some light does get into the room, but it wasn't too bad. The hotel is a little bit older,but things have been kept in pretty good shape. The person at the front desk was very nice and got us checked in quickly. There was a mini refrigerator and a microwave in our room as well as a flat screen tv.

Nice place, generally clean. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Bed comfy, A/C worked well, plenty of hot water, good shower, quiet. Good price. There was some duct tape on the sofa arm and the light covers were missing on the bathroom light and fan with quite a bit of dust inside the fixture that could be a fire hazard. The fan was really loud in the bathroom as a result. Aside from this, we were very satisfied with this motel and may stay here again.

We arrived very late from a long leg of our road trip, with a dog in tow. The manager was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Got us our room quickly without any hassle. The room was clean and simple. Despite being next to one of the exit doors and the swimming pool, we were not disturbed by a lot of noise. Much better than I expected.

It's in a good location, and safe... however, this facility is a little bit worn down. The pool area was not in good condition - the doors which should require key cards to get in were both unlocked, and did not lock even though it appears that they should. The bathrooms were small - very small - but the beds were comfortable. Breakfast area was small and there was not a very good selection. So, if you are staying here for a quick visit, then it's good - but not really for long term stays.

The stay was fine, though the rooms were in slight disrepair. We were only staying one night. Upon our arrival home yesterday, we realized we were bitten by bedbugs and have numerous bites. I would have reached out to the hotel directly, but they don't have an email to send comments to. Please check your bed before going in your room and take this up with management. I would love to hear back from management regarding this issue.Edited to add photos of the bites, they were painful

Scammer. Charged 1,500 for nothing.Claimed we smoked in room when we never did.Management was rude. One of the people that worked there was always drunk and a horrible flirt.Rooms: Disgusting,Nearby activities: Pool and everything was closed. One of the desk workers said the health department closed it down.Noteworthy details: Workers were drunk and or stoned. The workers stayed at the motel and still couldn't take care of guests. And take advantage of people who are in a dark place

The staff was rude. We had family come visit and we were swimming with them. Staff came in and told us to either pay extra or leave. There was only 5 of us total. We tried to explain that they weren't staying just visiting. She told us to get our stuff and get out or she was calling the police. They won't refund us our money since we were staying till Thanksgiving. I highly don't recommend staying there unless you want to be treat rudely.
