The Manager at Nephi, Utah store is so kind very friendly and does her Job well. Vanessa Scott assistant Manager is just as wonderful. They are a good team. They always welcome you with a friendly greeting. Love this store and the great bargins.

We have shopped at Dollar General forever,but the last time I went in was to see if I could post picture with info of my Down Syndrome who had wandered off and we couldn’t find him. All of the others stores in town were sympathetic and so willing to help , but not the manager. She told us the store policy was no flyers...absolutely. Many customers in the store chastised her and the policy for not helping. I told her I would never set foot in the store again until I receive an apology from her or Dollar General Corporate. I won’t hold breath, how disgusting is there policy when when the life of a disabled boy is at stake!

I was disappointed in the selection. Seemed they were lacking in lots of items. I wanted to buy some acrylic paint, but only 2 small bottles were left in only two colors. I wasn't able to find anything I was hoping to. I like dollar tree better where most items, if not all, really are just $1.The cashier was okay but he didn't even bag my items for me, just left them on the top and I ended up having to bag them myself. Seemed understaffed, I only saw one employee and he was stocking shelves and cashiering.Most likely will never come here again.

Great low prices and major brands found there. I am thinking of shopping there first, before I go to Walmart or target. They have all my pet food that Walmart discontinued and laundry soap is cheaper.

There is never anyone at the checkout. 2 days ago I waited for like 10 min and went and found someone and they were just sitting in the employees only place. Other than that they are pretty good.

For the first time, we were greeted with a smile and a friendly "holler if you need me". I usually avoid the Dollar General in town because the employees seem to be bothered when asked a question or to check out.

There is a gal their name Jeremie she is so nice she goes out of her way to help us I have an issue with my car and she even brought in a code reader for me to use He is awesome

If the store has a sign that says open till 9pm, you probably shouldn’t have employees locking the door at 8:50pm. Poor customer service there as well. You will stand at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to be helped.

The visit was good and the staff is great especially the one they call Toni she is very helpful knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to as is the others that work there we fully enjoy shopping at that store and the prices are great

Store is not the cleanest, unorganized, always have to go find someone to help or check out, Prices are not much of a Savings better off spending the money in gas and just go to Walmart
