Needed to rent a plate compactor for 2 hours. Was more than willing to pay the 4 hour minimum. However, due to scheduling I wasn’t able to pick the compactor up and return it the same night and was told it would cost me and entire day worth of rental, even if retuned by 8AM the following day. The cashier was AWESOME, but the manager wasn’t willing to bend. It can sit there rather than being rented making money. ACE was more than willing to accommodate, and because of that I’ll shop there from this day forward and never refer anyone to Choice Hardware in Nephi, Utah. .

If i could give them a - 10 i would i purchased a product from this place and on the receipt it says that you can return it as long as it's in newcondition it was new never used I had It for ten minutes. It had to be taken out of the package to see if it fits they would not honor my receipt because of the way the package was opened? Seriously? What kind of s*** is that?

Went to this location in Nephi to buy lights for an under the cabinet project! Upon purchase we were told we could try it and if it didn’t work we could bring it back only if we had the receipt. We came right up the street! Opened the package and tried to size it up! The only way to do that would be to open it and the lady at checkout advised us that would be okay! When we sized it up it didn’t fit, so we drove down with the product and were told we couldn’t return it! Is no returns after 60 days, it was only 10 minutes after we bought it that we were returning it due to size issues as mentioned before!The policy states all returns must be brought in with a receipt and in “NEW CONDITION”THE LIGHTS DIDN’T FIT SO THEY WERE NEVER USED AND WE HAD A RECEIPTBAD BUSINESS BAD BAD BAD
