Didn’t enjoy our stay in January but decided to give it another chance. The people are nice and I think they try hard, but the property is a dump. Obviously no insulation in the walls, so the terribly inadequate heater cut in and out constantly all night long and was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep. It hasn’t been cleaned ever because every time it cut in the room filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. I didn’t use the shower because the bathroom was so cold and the heater didn’t seem to warm it up. We have a dog so appreciate that the property is pet friendly, but the entire area in front of the room doors reeks of urine. Overall, this hotel is not worth more than $80 per night, nevermind $160. I will never stay here again.Food & drinks: Not the hotel’s fault, but know that if you visit on a Sunday, there are no restaurants open in the entire town other than fast food.

We stayed here for one night on Dec 17/23. The lady at checkin was very polite. The heater in the room was so loud that we kept waking up all night from the noise. The wifi was nearly impossible to get so I would say there was none. The comforter on the bed wreaked with B.O. At 6 a.m. the same lady was at the checkin counter as when we checked in the previously night and she was all alone. She was trying to put the breakfast out and handle all the people that were trying to check out at the same time. As a result, the breakfast was very minimal, no bowls for cereal, scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery and hardly anything was put out to eat. We would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

Was advertised as having a kid friendly pool. Pool was closed upon arrival. Price paid was way over the quality of the amenities at this Hotel.Rooms: Room was clean with a comfortable bed.

Stopped on our way to SLC. The only issue we had was we booked through third party app but was charged again by front desk. Still waiting on refund.Other than that service was great, room clean, plenty of parking and good breakfast

Clean room. Beds comfy. We had to take our shoes off to avoid bringing the outdoor filth in. Looked like someone vomited in the stair well and it was given a cursory spray with a hose. We were on the upper floor. The second hand smoke from below was bad. Need to have a designated spot over by the pool. Really annoying air conditioner that came on and off every 10 minutes all night. The smallest toilet we've ever seen. If you are large it will be difficult. Breakfast was rubbery eggs, limp bacon and assorted awful rollups that we spit out into our napkin. Nephi has no restaurants worth going to. Go to Payson about a half hour north.

She went above and beyond anything I could ever imagine.and Helen came in for the late shift and was just as awesome.thank you both for being there for me at a really bad time.i was a broke down truck driver and they went out of their way to help.

My Husband and I were traveling through the area for business. This place and the Holiday Inn were highly recommended.Melissa (general manager) went above and beyond doing an awesome job!The Rooms were clean and bug Free as well as there was no worrying about our vehicle safety while sleeping.Highly recommend this place and the great staff.We will definitely go back..

Very enjoyable stay. We got a room in the bottom floor and it was so easy loading and unloading. The pool was very pleasant my girls enjoyed the late closing of 11pm. But there is no hot tub. The room was very clean and we slept great. Another plus is they have a small playground on-site. It's a little bit warndown but my kids still had fun and where able to run around after a long day on the road. Free breakfast with a very good selection of breakfast burritos, eggs, sausages, and yogurt. It was a great stop as we where heading to Little Sahara.

They are trying but still have a way to go. The handle on the tub didn’t work properly and you could barely get the water to turn on. We had 4 people in our room, all with devices that needed to be charged, and there were nowhere near enough charging ports. I realize that in these older motels it was not built planning on everyone needing to charge something but there are plenty of light fixtures and such that have multiple charging options that would help accomplish this without requiring a huge capital expense.However, the shower appears to have had new tile surround that was recently done and is nice. The beds/bedding appeared to be new. So they are trying but haven’t quite gotten there yet, especially when charging $150 per night. The new holiday inn express could be a rude awakening when it opens.

This is NOT worth $157 per night. Very disappointed. The motel is old, bathroom area is tiny. Room has an odor, bed is really hard. Air conditioner is sooo loud!All the pictures clearly show a hot tub in the pool area, nope it’s not there AND the whole pool is closed for maintenance!! Nothing on the reservation site about this. We were counting on both of these amenities.I expected better for this much money. It’s not even a destination town.

We got in very late but the staff was nice enough to bring our rollaway bed! The beds were so comfortable!! Good breakfast.From our 7-year-old: The toilet paper was so scratchy... I'll never poop here again..."But really, everything was great!

I enjoyed the stay here, beds were decent, but I like the sink separated from the shower! The indoor pool in a glass house was a great feature, and also a playground on the south end. Good family place to stay. And the breakfast is fantastic. WARM BREAKFAST! I definitely look for places to stay with a good breakfast. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place. But definitely will plan on staying here again, when needed!

The staff were super friendly and the bed was comfortable ... what more can you want.Unfortunately, like other BWs ...the facility is getting tired.We noticed the entrance door to our room needed cleaning on the inside and the phone didn't work because the cord to the wall was missing. It was nice to see a computer and printer in the lobby. Unfortunately, the printer was out of ink.All deficiencies reported to staff.All in all, I would give the motel a 6 out of 10.

Clean room, comfortable bed, fairly quiet even though it was close to the road. We did hear a train twice during the night but it wasn't overly loud. Breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of choices and the staff kept the serving dishes full. There is a covered pool and spa on site, but we didn't use it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor and we were told it had been recently remodeled and we could tell it was, except for the old bathroom window. We couldn't understand why a fan had not been installed in the bathroom - there was no way to vent the steam from the shower other than open the bathroom window. Other than that minor thing, we would happily stay there again.

After being on the road for 9 hours, we were very tired when we arrived. Kathy greeted us with a welcoming smile and quickly found us a great room, and recommended a local place for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here in the future.

This place is a pleasant surprise. It looks kind of old and outdated on the outside but everything was actually pretty nice. The rooms were updated and had nice beds. The breakfast was better than expected and had eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast sandwiches, in addition to the normal waffles, toast and cereal. The one criticism I would add is that parking is limited. The pool looks nice but was closed for maintenance this time around. I would definitely stay here again though, and probably will!

This is a recently updated motel in Nephi, UT which was very nicely done. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. They have an indoor pool that we did not use, but it looked very nice and we saw the maintenance personnel check the water. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was better than most.This is a very clean motel with friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel was clean. The room was quiet and tidy. Staff was amazing. My only complaint was there was a sticky spot on the bathroom floor, like someone had spilled some juice. Thankfully I travel with Clorix wipes and fixed the problem. Best place to stay in Nephi for sure!!Update: Traveled back through Nephi and I booked my room at Best Western again. (By far the best hotel in town!!) The cleanliness of the room was perfect!!! Thank you for ensuring the rooms are neat and tidy!! It sure puts my mind at ease!!
